Terrible. They cancel my booking when I have made plans with them. This is very unprofessional and bad customer experience.

I just came in for a deep tissue massage after booking this morning and was able to get an appointment. Inside, they give you a board to mark the areas you want (or don't want) targeted and the pressure desired. The massage went amazingly! The pressure was perfect, skillfully addressing my many knots. I came in feeling incredibly stiff and walked out feeling like I could run. My biggest regret was not adding on more time! I forgot to get the name of my masseuse but I hope to have her again in the future! read more

Horrible the lady that did my massage left me so sore, I told her so many times she was doing to much pressure she didn't listen at all. It felt like she was adding more tension to my back. After all that she tries to wipe my body with a hot towel. She doesn't wipe you all the way leaving you oily in other areas. Save your money and go somewhere else this place has changed so much. They didn't even bother to offer me anything for next time they just took my money without any care about how I felt they are pricey so save your money and don't come here. This review could've been 5-stars but it is not because of the front desk. There used to be a lady at the front end desk who was straight out intimidating - "bully" for short. Now, there seems to be a man at the front desk who is more approachable. But he will try to "move" your appointment around to "alternate time slots" to perhaps squeeze in someone else. "Can we move up your appointment by 30mins?" Why would I do that? "Actually, 1P is better for us, than 2P". I see, and I have to capitulate? LOL. Overall: Came here for the first time through Classpass a while back and I enjoyed the massage. I opted for the Thai Deep Tissue massage and since I did some research and I felt this can benefit me the most. As someone that typically works out, I love how they definitely put enough pressure during the massage and stretch . I've been to a couple of places where there wasn't enough pressure to relieve the knots. They are also really flexible as well, so if at anytime if you do feel that they are putting too much pressure, just make sure to let them know. Vibe: It's definitely not the nicest place, but it is very traditional Thai style with rods where they step on you like typical traditional Thai massage places. In terms of the pricing, I got this through Classpass a while back, but I also tipped a little on top of that as well. read more

DO NOT Recommend this place at all. Tried this place for first time last week, and regretted going there immensely. First the rude lady tricked us into opting for a more expensive massage without any heads-up how much more it will cost us, Second we ended up getting completely sore instead of relaxed as the lady didn't understand that she was too strong handed even though I gave feedback asking her to ease up. Finally the rude front desk lady bullied us into giving a tip even though I did not want to at all. So fed up of people expecting a tip as mandatory instead of directly related to quality of service. I've been going here for over 3 years (i book with Bebe only) and I get the 90 min traditional Thai massage with mediumpressure. This means there is a sheet over me and I let them do their thing while I'm laying on a thick pad which can be heated if you want, ( they walk on me, crawl on me) honestly I know a lot of people who find the style of massage weird but it's worth trying at least once. Also this place doesn't have a shady feel at all...no back rooms, no VIP services, and the stations are divided by curtains so no "special touching " can happen unnoticed. read more

The place is legit. You come in & they give you a 'menu' of their services with questions on where you want to focus and what you don't want touched. I like that touch as it make's communication much easier. The only negative is that I specifically wanted to be stretched but it was only done in the latter part of the massage. I had 1.5 hours and about 45 minutes was intense Thai massage movements. I was hoping that because the service I chose said I would get yoga stretches + the fact that I noted my primary goal as a stretch... that the majority would be stretching. Came here for the first time today, and it was fantastic. I got a 1 hour Thai traditional massage for $90 (it's more for other types), and my next one will be 1.5 hours. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's the Bay Area so it's to be expected. Yes, your typical Asian foot massage place is $40, but I personally opt for quality over quantity. As somebody who's gotten over 100 massages (at least 10 in Thailand), trust me when I say that Sawadee was top notch and authentic. Sunny was awesome, I will definitely request him again...I love that he knows what pressure to apply and you don't need to say anything. read more

As someone who has been training in Muay Thai for over 8 years and pretty much always ignored stretching, every masseuse I've gotten has done a great job working out the knots all over my body. During my last visit, I had an appointment with JJ, and she was TOP TIER. Definitely felt like she went above and beyond to repair my body from the beat down it's gotten over the years. It's Saturday afternoon and I'm feeling super sore and stressed. Thinking all day what should I do to make this all go away. Suddenly I saw an add and decided to try getting a Thai massage. Since I'm new to the area I did a quick search and this place popped up first. The reviews look good and I decided to give it shot even though I was not sure if I could get a same day appointment. I check online and there was no available appointment. I decided to call and ask to see if they can squeeze me in somehow. Actually they guy told me they can take me in half an hour and I immediately booked a 90min Traditional Thai Massage session. The place is in a corner of a plaza with a very small entrance so took me a while to find it. I posted some pictures to hopefully make it easier to you guys to find it. They seemed pretty busy but I was treated nicely. They have water and hot tea so you can help yourself with some in case you don't wanna be just looking at the walls until your room is ready. After 10 min I was instructed to go to the room that the therapist was waiting for me in there. Here starts the exciting part, OMG the massage was the best I've ever had. The therapist was so nice and knowledgeable. The massage was so even on both side of my body. Lots of stretches and a lot of focus on the areas I asked for. She was awesome. But I'm not telling you her name. Lol There is only one downside. The rooms are not very quiet. The rooms are separated with a curtain only so you can here small noises here and there the whole time. Also you here people walking outside your room. I've seen people complaining about this in some reviews which is correct. But at the end, who cares, the massage was awesome. This was a Father's Day gift for my husband and he loved it :) we've never had a Thai massage before and seriously thought some of the reviews might've been over exaggerating a bit, but nope. Not only that the girl that was at the front desk charged me an extra $10 for a tip that I did not consent to already tipped 18% but she wanted more I guess. Very great masseuse helped me relieve neck and some back pain, and open up my long torso, neck, and arms/shoulders. The massage was a deep tissue style massage and it helped release some very tense nodes that were causing pain in my neck. This place is very expensive, and the people who work there are very rude especially the woman in the front who was covered with tattoos. The massage is not good at all. I paid for deep tissue massage, but instead I got very light massage. They still charged me for deep tissue massage despite the fact that I told them that it was not deep tissue. If you enjoy leaving with deep scratch marks on your back and loud activity going on on the background of your massage, then this is the place to go. During our massage we heard loud bangs, the microwave, people opening sodas, and eating lunch. Not super relaxing. Woke up the next morning and had deep scratch marks all over my back. I've been here probably 10+ times now, either alone or with my wife, and we've always had good experiences, but today my wife went by herself and while the massage was great, the treatment by the receptionist left quite a bit to be desired. First off, she had picked a female masseuse, but then due to an error in the spa's system, it didn't go through, so the receptionist asked if she was comfortable with a male masseuse even though she requested a female one. Then the receptionist offered a white lady to use the restroom, but said to my wife "you don't need to use the restroom, right?" in a completely different tone. Finally, the receptionist asked if my wife needed the loose clothing that we've always been provided when receiving a massage there, as if it was now optional and she wouldn't need it. Throughout the whole experience, the attitude was completely different from the attitude provided to the other customer, who was offered reasonable treatment without attitude the entire time. We liked the massages here quite a lot, and all the staff have been very kind to us up until today, but this experience really left a sour taste. We'll be trying other spas where the service is more appropriate. read more

The massages at this place are great. Had to take away two stars for the ambience . I've been a few times but the last time I went it was so loud. The store is right next to a restaurant and you could literally hear them pounding (?) something in the kitchen of the restaurant. The massage bed was also right next to the bathroom so you could hear people washing their hands and going in and out. It was just very distracting to what's supposed to be a relaxing experience. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially because my review is only based on the masseuse/massage I received, and there are many masseuses here, so take what I say with a grain of salt. It was super easy to book an appointment immediately, and the place had easy parking and was also really nice and peaceful inside, all positive. They had water/tea in the waiting area which was also really nice. Prices are more than a normal Thai massage, but hey it's the bay area, so it's not surprising. I decided to get a deep tissue massage since I had slept weirdly and had developed a spasm in my neck in addition to my chronic back pain, so I figured a deep tissue massage would better address my issues. Perhaps that was my problem and a traditional Thai massage would have been better at a Thai massage place (shocking logic), so if you decide to come, perhaps choose a traditional massage (there goes some of my asian self-blame). My massage felt... frantic. I get a LOT of massages, so I have a big variety to compare with. Her movements were jarring, asymmetric, and it felt that her knowledge of anatomy was limited. A lot of the massaging was performed in the middle of a muscle without extending along the length of it, not addressing an attachment or insertion, so it just felt like it wasn't doing much to relax the spasm or other areas of tightness. There was some serious massaging of bony areas (I thought my transverse processes were going to be fractured). I felt more stressed than relaxed, with bracing before each touch (and yes I have had plenty of deep tissue massages and love a strong pressure). I sweated like I was in fight or flight mode and wanted to end my massage early. This NEVER happens. At a certain point, I fantasized that perhaps this was what it felt like to be tortured without knowing what type of pain was coming next (OK maybe I listen to too much true crime podcasts). Also, I marked on the paper that I did not want my calves massaged, and of course, my calves were massaged. Either way, my masseuse was super sweet, but I hated my massage. I have no doubt there may be other fantastic masseuses there, and that an actual traditional Thai massage may be much better. read more

Been here a few times. Always had a positive experience. This last time was a little weird, was told there were no female masseuses and that I would have a male masseuse (which was fine) but as I was walking back to to the table I noticed there werent to many clients and many masseuses were available (male/female). Thought it was strange, but didn't think much of it. Massage was decent, and left per usual. 2 weeks later the front desk person, who also was my masseuse found my Instagram. I found this really unprofessional since 1. I didn't share it with him or offer it 2. The only way he could have found it was via my phone number that was in their system. The whole situation makes me a little uneasy and I won't be going back there. read more
