Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

If you can relate well to spiritual healing, it would be a mistake if you choose not to see her. Christen is technically a doctor who looks at your soul, and pinpoints the problems. As easily as a primary care doctor who examines your throat and writes prescription for a cold, she taps into her intuition and finds an answer for you. Although, I know a good number of highly intuitive people, I'd never met someone of such great intuition whose gifts are so aligned with her profession as a healer. Christen has a ton of tools in her tool belt, and can quickly get into the root of someone's problem. In her work, she leverages both her psychology degree, and spiritual training. If you add her intelligent mind, generous heart, great intuition, and gifts on top of that you won't be surprised why she is so successful at healing. Being an intuitive person who can evaluate what she hears to a good degree, I never heard a single comment from her that didn't resonate. In the course of 3 months we made so much progress with discovering the cause of some of my deep problems that rooted in early childhood or had ancestral roots. Navigating the subconscious mind seemed as easy as getting directions on Google Maps. When I finished working with her, I was at a stage in my life that I'd always struggled to be in. Initially stepping into this realm, I had little idea of what to expect, but a strong sense of trust led me forward. And what a journey it has been! One of the most profound aspects of this experience has been the sense of belonging to a community of kindred spirits. Surrounded by like-minded souls who understand me at a deep level, I've found a space where explanations are unnecessary; we simply 'get' each other. This sense of understanding and acceptance has been invaluable in my personal growth journey. I look forward to our monthly sessions because I know that everything that I share will be heard and accepted with grace. . One of the most profound lessons I've learned is the intricate connection between my present experiences and the echoes of my ancestral past. Family Constellations has illuminated the hidden threads that connect us to our lineage, showing me that the struggles and triumphs of my ancestors ripple through generations, influencing how circumstances unfold in my life today. As a result, I have a stronger acceptance of my family members and understanding why I have financial issues. Through this process, I've come to understand that my healing isn't just for me alone; it reverberates through the tapestry of my family line, touching those who came before and those who will come after. As I heal, I become a conduit for healing not just for myself, but for my ancestors. And while I do not have children in this lifetime, this healing impacts lives I will have in the future. In this journey, Hemla has been a guiding light, a true angel who embodies genuine love, guidance, and support. Her wisdom, intuition, trustworthiness, and honesty have been the cornerstone of our learning, growth, and journey. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher to walk alongside me on this path of discovery and healing. While I'm still not entirely confident in my ability to be a facilitator, I'm learning to trust myself more each day. With each small step, I'm gaining confidence that I can lead and facilitate a constellation for a client. It's a journey of growth and self-discovery that I'm grateful to be on, knowing that I have the support and guidance of Hemla and my community every step of the way.
