As a massage lover, I can claim that she is the best! Never had such relaxing massage, even fall asleep for 30 minutes after massage :-)

Came by for a foot massage the other day and it was a decent experience. Called ahead requesting…read morefor a strong masseur and the operator confirmed that this was available. Parking is plentiful in the private strip mall lot. Checked in with the receptionist as well as paid for the foot massage. The massage parlor features a stamp card where one gets a free massage after 10 visits. The foot massage takes place towards the back of the massage parlor featuring 4-5 massage "beds" in an open area. Massage started off with a warm foot bath before moving on to a thorough and strong foot and arm massage. The foot massage was pretty strong and so was the back massage. Massage finished off with a cup of tea along with a chocolate. ~$50/hour foot massage + $10 recommended tip.

I had already planned to leave a tip, but when it wasn't what they considered their "minimum," I was questioned about it and even laughed at. That alone was unprofessional, but it didn't stop there. The front desk staff then pulled out a tip sign that was hidden behind another sign--something that should have been clearly visible from the start if it's truly their policy. On top of that, I was charged more on my card than what I was told. Fifteen percent does not equal twenty percent, and that kind of discrepancy is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the towels used during the service had a noticeable mildew smell, especially the one placed on my face, which completely took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. I would not recommend this place.

I previously enjoyed either swedish or sports massages, but the stretching incorporated into Sanity's massages make them my new favorites. I was excited to try this place after seeing all the 4.9-star reviews on Google, but unfortunately, I left pretty disappointed. Right when you walk in, there's a tipping guide posted down to the dollar amount, which felt a bit off-putting. I'm someone who always tips well over 20%, so I don't need guidance. It just didn't create the best first impression. My friend and I booked different services since we had different needs. I scheduled a 90-minute "sanity signature" massage and specifically wanted medium to firm pressure with a focus on my hip and back. My friend booked an aromatherapy massage and wanted light pressure focused on her shoulders. When we got to our separate rooms, it quickly became clear that our therapists had mixed us up. Mine asked if I wanted aromatherapy, and after I corrected her, she didn't ask any follow-up questions. She ended up spending over half of the session on my right shoulder, barely addressing my back or hip, which was the whole reason I booked. Meanwhile, in my friend's room, once they realized the mix-up, her therapist asked detailed questions about her preferences. However, she still didn't actually receive an aromatherapy experience. She said the closest thing to it was just lotion. After comparing notes, we realized what likely happened: my friend had written down that she wanted focus on her right shoulder, which explains why my therapist spent so much time there instead of following my requests. Another small thing, the website mentions a cash discount, but it's only $5, which felt a bit misleading. Overall, the quality of the massage itself was pretty subpar compared to other Thai massages I've had. If you don't have much to compare it to, it might be fine, but as someone who regularly gets Thai massages, this didn't meet expectations. Additionally, the room was really bright and cold, and the music was really low. I'm honestly on the fence about going back. Part of me wonders if it would be better if they actually followed my intake sheet, but another part of me isn't convinced the overall quality would improve. I'm not sure I want to go back just to find out.
