It's too bad the masseuse started over the covers so the rough hands situation wasn't immediately discovered and the timing to bring it up felt questionable. The biggest surprise, though? My gift card had somehow shrunk 45%! Apparently, it was charged a fee back in January. Definitely something I wish I had known about. The receptionist was emphatic and offered a $10 credit. For the pricing, I believe there are better options out there.
