Unfortunately, the entire session was not what I expected. For most of the 90 minutes, she used her elbow to press very hard on my shoulders. It did not feel like a Swedish massage at all -- it felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. Today I woke up with severe shoulder pain. My shoulders are extremely sore, and I honestly feel worse than before the massage. I came in to relax and receive a proper Swedish massage, but instead, the session consisted mostly of intense elbow pressure and stretching. It was very disappointing and not what I paid for.
