I've been seeing Crystal for almost a year now, and I can't recommend her enough. I have compressed cervical and lumbar discs, bulging discs, and spinal stenosis, so chronic pain has been a part of my daily life. Her massage therapy has made a tremendous difference in relieving my pain and helping me move more comfortably. What I appreciate most is that she truly listens. Every session is tailored to what my body needs that day, and the fact that she comes to my home makes the whole experience even more comfortable and convenient. Crystal is not only incredibly skilled but also kind, caring, and genuinely invested in her clients' well-being. She's also very responsive and accommodating with scheduling, which makes everything so easy. If you're looking for a massage therapist who truly cares and delivers exceptional results, Crystal is the one to see! read more

Crystal is a miracle worker. I've had a herniated disc in my L5-S1 for 9 months now. Limiting my ability to walk, sit, go to work. Ive seen multiple doctors i have a had them all tell me the same thing. To get the surgery or live with the pain. I hired Crystal because i wanted to give everything a chance to cure me before going into surgery. SHE HAS DONE IT. Iam so much better today than i was before and thats just with 3 SESSIONS ! Iam able to walk and put pressure on my foot iam able to move around freely, stretch better, sleep better. My fiends and family say i have a brighter look on my face. Her energy is unmatched and she knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain. Looking forward to work more with her and get this pain resolved and get me back to work and to working out ! read more

Crystal is a full body healer. She had such a wealth of knowledge and uses it to treat you accordingly. When I had surgery she did lymphatic massages and now that I am recovered she is working on a pinched nerve in my neck, I'm just one session she released so much tension I was holding in my neck and shoulders my neck looked twice as long when she was done! I love her as a person and as a healer I think she is incredible 10/10 would recommend! read more

If you need to feel brand new, posture fixed or just be relaxed with healing hands then she is the one for you! I had the best deep tissue that did not leave me sore or hurt but instead left me feeling looser and lighter. I was amazed. She fixed my shoulder tension to the point where you could see that they weren't as high or tight as before crystal put her magic hands on them. When I was pregnant, she helped with the aches and tension in my hips, while being gentle and aware of my delicate situation. Plus, she's a traveling healer so she comes to you. What's better than that! Absolutely love having her massage me and recommend her to everyone I know! You will not be disappointed. read more

I LOVE THIS WOMAN! Crystal has been my masseuse for maybe 10 plus years ever since I found her at Harmonie European Day Spa (now closed). Currently she is now situated in my favorite little walking/shopping neighborhood, Willow Glen on Lincoln Ave., in the business offices above Icicles. I see her on a regular basis, because I deserve to treat myself and my body well. I call it my recuperative and rehabilitative therapy. Crystal usually begins each session asking me how my body is feeling and if there is any area I need her to focus on. It always amazes me that she can take just one look at my bare back, while I'm lying flat on my face, and she will know EXACTLY what my issues are and what muscles she needs to work on (without my even telling her!) I usually opt for a 45- minute massage, but if during the session it becomes evident that I need some extra time to work out the kinks (and if she is available) she is happy to extend my session. She always recommends that I hydrate myself with lots of water afterwards and to take an epsom salt bath to release the toxins incurred by the massage. Once after a session I mentioned that the muscles behind my knee were hurting when I walked, and Crystal suggested that I roll those muscles on top of my foam roller. She said it would hurt...(yes it did!) but the next morning the pain was non-existent. What can I say? I listen to the woman, she knows of what she speaks! Wherever she goes, I will go, because when you find the perfect massage therapist, you'll never let them go. read more

I have been having massages with Crystal for several years. My mom came to visit me recently and she's having severe keen pain (hard for her to walk for more than 5 minutes). She had tried all sorts of things, hot pads, ice bags, pain killers, but nothing helped. I brought her to Crystal, after a one-hour session and two-day rest, she already felt much better. It worked like magic! My mom is a very conservative person. She has never tried massages before and used to be very scared of it. Now she is looking forward to every remaining session with Crystal to not only fully cure her knee, but also other areas around her neck and shoulders. Thank you Crystal! For people in similar situations, I strongly recommend to give it a try at Crystal's place. read more

Crystal is by far the best and most knowledgeable and professional massage therapist I've been to. I walked in with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and she not only noticed the knots in my shoulder, but she found more in my arms and neck. Her advice for home remedies is definitely spot on, and I already feel better from a 45 minute massage. I can't wait to go back to see her again! Thanks again, Crystal! read more

Ugh what isn't there to say about Crystal?! She is truly a gifted person and healer. She can sense and feel every tight spot, tension, or stress you are holding in your body, and will adjust the session to meet your needs. Her technique is unlike any other massage therapist I've been to, and I melt instantly. As a fellow massage therapist and chiropractor, I understand the importance of self care, so I make sure I see Crystal at LEAST once a month. I'm VERY picky with my massages, and I'm so so happy I found her. Go book your next massage with her! read more

Crystal is at the top of her game and in my opinion, you won't find someone better at what they do. I originally came to see her after having issues with my hand/arm. I had seen multiple Drs, tried traditional physical therapy - and nothing was remotely helping what they classified as 'carpal tunnel'. I was at the point that I was wrapping my hand with KT tape every day just to make it through work and was seriously concerned for the longevity of my career even tho I was in my 30s. I'm so thankful that I crossed paths with Crystal. Over the course of the next six months or so, she helped to completely restore my arm to normal health. In addition to her healing skills, she taught me a number of things that I could do at home to help feel better. In the 2 years I've known Crystal, I tore my ACL and had a few other nagging health issues as well. She's been there to help bring me back to 100% each time. Crystal is an awesome person and someone that I'll definitely miss now that I've moved out of the area. Do yourself a favor and go see her. She's busy, so book ahead of time and she puts a ton of energy into your well-being..so make sure you tip well! Thank you for everything Crystal! read more

My review is based on my experience with Crystal from a 6 session package and it is only fair to give others a heads up on what they may experience. Pros: Like any CMT - she knows her anatomy, modify to your needs, & convenient location in SJ Cons: Not reliable and you cannot count on your appointment (would not give as a gift), unprofessional manner in handling feedback, schedule is not updated on yelp (she let me know she doesn't work Sundays), no special techniques or tools used - I mention this because I saw a CMT after Crystal that used different techniques & tools did wonders!  -----Long version of low rate:  I bought a 6 session package after my first massage because she did a great job the first session. Normally, CMTs have a 24 hour cancellation policy (both-ways), but Crystal doesn't. It was really hard to look forward to my sessions with Crystal because she would cancel/reschedule constantly either hours before or the day before my appointment. She even rescheduled an appointment I made for my mother's birthday as a gift.  My last appointment with her was a gift from my mother. I finished a very intense semester (nursing school) and scheduled my massage right after my last exam. I was kinda looking forward to it but as always, I could not count on it. She texted me hours before our appointment to let me know that she needed to attend her child's orientation at school. I understand family events come up and I respect family. However, it was a little hard for me to understand that she texts me hours before my appointment given that school orientations typically give advance notice. It would have been nice to let me know the day before so I could have found a different massage therapist. Which is why CMTs have that 24 hr policy - it gives time to fill in the spot.  Anyway, as a paying customer, I thought I could give her some professional feedback on how I felt being rescheduled constantly (over 5 of my sessions) because I was not sure if she did the same to others and if they felt the same. Instead of being understanding, she responded in a defensive way with explanations of why she has to reschedule often. She even mentioned that she has a client that she reschedules over 10 years without a problem. And lets me know that "If that means I lose a client, so be it." -which I found unexpected and unprofessional. At the end of her message, she suggested me to find a different practitioner, which I was thankful because I really wanted to find someone who is reliable. I was just honoring the gift from my mother. The day after, I asked for a refund from my mom's gift. I had to reach out to her 2 weeks later because my mother had not heard from her.Without responding to my message, I saw that minutes later she finally refunded me via venmo. Her approach was passive aggressive and unprofessional in my opinion. read more

I had been experiencing some extreme pain in the muscles in my chest, rib, shoulder, back, and neck after an ATV accident that left me in pain and a great amount of discomfort. The pain was so bad at times that it hurt to breathe deeply, laugh, cough, sneeze, and make the tiniest of movements. I had tried everything to ease the pain, I iced the areas, I used heating pads, I took Dr. prescribed Ib profen, I took tylenol, I tried ben gay, icy hot..you name it, I had tried it. After getting xrays to make sure there were no broken bones I felt the pain was strictly muscle related. I had posted to facebook about my symptoms and Cystal Lopez suggested that I come see her for a massage appointment. At first, I was skeptical becuase everyone I spoke to about injuries had all these theories and suggestions on what to do to help me feel better, but not one person suggested a massage. Boy was I wrong! Crystal spent the entire time massaging my injured areas. Taking her time to make sure as to not cause any further discomfort. She could easily feel where the pain was coming from just by using her hands. To top it off she gave me great tips on what to do the days following my massage and helped me put on some sports tape to help with the recovery. By the end of the massage I felt like a new woman! I could move and breathe deeply and felt at ease. Within 48 hours the pain was completely gone. Crystal's hands were a miracle for me and I only wish I had went in to see her sooner. Crystal knows what she is doing, and not only is she very knowledgeable in her field, she genuinely cares about your well being. If you are having any type of pain from injuries I highly suggest making an appointment with Crystal Lopez. She is amazing!! Thank you for all your help! read more

I am posting this review the day after I had my first appointment with Crystal. Let me say, if you are in pain do not hesitate to call her right now and make an appointment- she will cure you. For the past month I've been experiencing back pain and knee pain, which I could pretty much relate to wearing high heels to work everyday. Recently, the pain worsened to the point where I couldn't even bend down without being in horrible pain- all my life I've been flexible and in pretty good shape so this was really scary to me! I thought to myself either I go to a doctor or I'll try massage therapy and see where that puts me. A friend recommended I go see Crystal for an hour long massage session and thank God I did. Crystal knows exactly the right placement and pressure to use, it's unbelievable that she can do what she does using her hands! I'm all about aromatherapy essential oils and fun stuff like that- but I had no idea the power combined with Crystals skills what it would do for me (I also learned never underestimate the power of a foot massage). Crystal also teaches how to prevent the pain from coming back (she said I can still wear my high heels as long as I do the trick she taught me!) its obvious she is passionate about healing and her patients future well being! This morning I woke up feeling aaaamaaazing I've never slept so well in my life, and on top of that, whatever Crystal did made my skin glow! But most importantly, I can bend and move like normal!!! No more pain!!! No doctor visit for me! Thank you Crystal! Thank you thank you!!!! read more

Genuine and honest. First visit I could barely walk I had messed up my back so bad. After first visit about 50% better. She not only helped physically but gave some mental suggestions also. Go with an open mind and let crystal give you some pointers to help your body and soul. Follow her advise and direction and you wont be sorry. Going to my 3rd visit today and cant wait. Thanks crystal !!! read more

My old company hired Crystal to give us all personal messages. She was prompt with replies and showed up on time. Finding a good masseuse is more than just someone who gives a good massage, it's finding someone who can make you feel relaxed, who's energy is inviting and give an amazing massage and that Crystal! Can't wait to hire her again! read more

Wow! Just received one of the best massages ever. I'm 25 weeks pregnant, and felt so comfortable and received much relief from my pregnancy aches and pains. Crystal's space is clean, and warm. Willams SEVERAL times) I'm glad I found Crystal, and I'm all ready looking forward to my next visit! read more

I left 2 voice mail messages and no return phone call. Not a very cool. If your too busy to take in new clients, maybe you should indicate that on your voicemail. I normally would not take the time to write a review about business that I have not tried but this sort of carless behavior seems the norm in the san jose area. read more

Can't say enough about how skilled Crystal is in her work, but I'll attempt to do just that. From the moment you walk in you can tell she is a true professional. She does a pre assessment of any prior injuries and surgeries and of current state of health to tailor the massage according to your specific need. This is not a run of the mill massage therapist, she is interested in the long term health of body and muscle. She knows how the body is connected so she is able to focus on areas of pain or soreness but without the need to apply excessive or unnecessary pressure. Has excellent tips for longterm health and maintenance between massages. The end result was my back was loose and body was limber and blood flow was noticeably improved immediately after the massage. Mood elevator went to the penthouse. No regrets massage therapy is what Crystal offers. Copasetic. read more

Crystal made such a HUGE difference in only my first visit. She was able to get the knots out of my back, shoulders and neck. She was very knowledgeable and it's easy to tell from her touch that she is very experienced. She knew right where my body needed attention. She also gave me some excellent advice for what I can do to feel good between appointments! I highly recommend her, not only is she great at what she does, but she's a really nice person as well. read more

My name is Chris and I am a highly active athlete. I mostly specialize in strength training, but i also perform a lot of athletic type cardiovascular workouts to keep my body in shape. over time, my body feels broken down and all of the muscles feel tight. that's when i go to see Crystal for her expert massage therapy. Now, I've experienced a lot of massage therapists in my time, but no one ever gave the attention and care that Crystal consistently provides. She really knows how to work on the body and make you feel right again. If you are an athlete of some sort, I would highly recommend Crystal because she really listens to you and caters to your needs :) read more

Crystal is honestly very knowledgeable and very good at her craft. I had a therapist before her saying I needed to go to aChiropractor and that I needed peck work. Which was true. When I came home I started looking for a regular massage therapist. I texted Crystal asking if she did "peck work" and I was happy she said yes. When I came in for my appointment I was so blown away at how knowledgeable and professional she addressed my problem areas. She really taught me so many things about my problem areas and helping me understand why my shoulders were rolling forward etc. When I left I felt so much better and my shoulders were finally aligned again! Amazing! It's so important for me to go to someone like her to improve my problem areas. Her work goes so much further than just a relaxing massage, it's exactly beneficial! That being said I already booked my next appointment, I need her in my life and if you have any problem areas you need her in your life too! read more

I've known this woman since our early 20's.. she's become my long term best friend and sister-in-spirit (aka soul sister). She has not changed a bit after all these years being her friend & have always been consistent; just a pure loving soul & is just so full of light & is so knowledgeable in all aspects of life. I am so very blessed! Now I will talk about her work/gift: I finally was able to visit her office and she was kind to share her gift with me when she noticed the tension & stress on my body (head & shoulders). After getting an hour massage from her, she literally changed my whole perspective on other masseuses I've seen in the past; nothing like her energy work and she is truly a healer!! She worked through God using her hands to find where I needed healing on...well, after my session, ALL OF MY TENSION was lifted off me & I felt so light & relaxed! Magic! She isn't just a crystal (hense her God given name) she is GOLDEN! One of a kind!! I love u beautiful goddess (in & out)!! read more

A highly recommend Crystal. She has a really gentle and personable demeanor that makes you relaxed right away. She really knows what she's doing, too! Her massage table is like floating in heaven. I went twice in one week and will definitely be going again soon. read more

I went to Crystal after thinking I hadn't had a real massage in a while. My experience was truly blissful. The environment is totally relaxing and her room has very nice ambiance. From the start Crystal was asking me a lot of questions. About my sports, past injuries, habits, lifestyle. I really felt like she did an analysis of me before she dove in and got to work. the massage was like a cross between sleeping and entering another dimension. I say that because Crystal's slow technique put me in this very strange but blissful trance like out of body experience. My brain definitely shut half way down and I was lost in darkness and pleasure. It felt really good. At the end she left me with several homework assignments and I felt like I had learned a lot about taking care of myself which was something I had never gotten before. I highly recommend crystal. read more

My name is Carlos I've worked in the fitness industry for over ten years, and now owned my training business in Campbell Ca for just under two. I first met Crystal about five years ago whale training she had a few questions about some of the new equipment the gym had just received. As I was showing her the proper form she noticed my bad shoulder (which I had been nursing for about a month do to over lifting). I told her how I love lifting heavy but this injury really is taking me off my game not to mention the pain I was in daily. She then went in to tell me she was a massage therapist and maybe she could help. When I got to her location (in Los Gatos at the time) she created me with a huge, a big smile, and asked about my day. Immediately I felt comfortable and relaxed due to her good energy. My massage was on point! The shoulder that was killing me felt way better she really did a great job. Her new facility is even better then the last not to mention even easer for me to get too. She has a bigger room with a bigger a table and her own line of therapeutic massage oils that really enhance the experience. Even a cold steam shower for clients. If you're looking for good energy, knowledgeable massage therapist, and clean well maintained location this is for you! read more
