It was an amazing experience! We got the couples massage and had bodyworks by Courtney and associates! They're very understanding and knowledgeable. They can sense tenseness and knots and will work through them with you. Remember to breathe through the motions! I've been going to Natasha for at least 2 years now. I have consistent back issues and now knee issues, and if someone massages it wrong, it can be very bad (trust me, it's happened). When I finally made an appointment with her, and what can I say, I was REALLY impressed. She really listens to what you want, whether it's a strong deep tissue massage, or a relaxed therapeutic massage. From what my sister said, her massage for headaches/migraines is also really effective. She's also very convenient with busy schedules because her hours are anywhere from morning to late evening. She takes her time to read over your intake form where you share your goals for healing and what you're currently working on. I've been seeing natasha for quite sometime now, and the experience has always been the same... AMAZING! I tend to be the kind of man that likes to take life on the wild side, leaving my back and shoulders in constant turmoil. She recently recommended a reiki session since I had a case of the blues for awhile. Now note I'm a bit skeptical when it come to eastern medicine and "healings". Please excuse my novel of a review, but it's definitely necessary to tell you how great they are! I saw Courtney today for a 90 minute massage as I was extremely sore from my workouts & Natasha was booked as usual. I'm usually a person who doesn't like "new" (aka not Natasha lol) people, but Courtney was excellent! Her technique is VERY similar to Natasha's. I told her what areas needed the most work & she focused on them, adding some wonderfully relaxing stretches to my body during the massage that I didn't even realize I needed. She applied the perfect pressure (I prefer deep tissue & requested that) & would adjust it to my liking in different areas. I didn't expect the strength she had in her tiny body. When the massage was done she showed me some stretches that I can do at home that I found really helpful. I'm completely relaxed right now & thanks to Courtney I'm sure I'll finally get a good night's rest. I am more than happy with the services provided here as a whole. I've tried a few of them now - massage, reiki, and body wrap. I have yet to do the light activation and acupuncture, but they're on my to do list! I've had tons of massages in my 35 years. Way too many to count since I've been 18. I workout often and have chronic back pain from an accident years ago. My gym gives me two a month included in my membership, plus I get them regularly now with Natasha. I cannot reiterate enough that Natasha is the best massage therapist in the area! The best masseuse I've ever encountered throughout all of the massages I've received. I never realize I have knots in certain places that she always gets out. Her technique is like no other I've ever experienced. Just the right amount of pressure, the exact right spots, and so calming. I always feel like a brand new person after I see her! She's also done reiki with me which I found helpful. A lot of stress I was dealing with at the time seemed alleviated after my reiki session and my health improved. I've also done add on stretching to my massages that she's top notch at. Sometimes I get really stiff from my workouts and it feels so good to be stretched by another person. You don't really even know how much you need it, until you do. I've also bought a package of body wraps to aid in weight loss & tighten my skin following my gastric bypass surgery. I've only done three of them out of five I have bought, but I have noticed a difference following my sessions - from the way that my clothes fit in addition to weight actually lost, as well as inches! I find the online appointment booking system extremely helpful. It's nice to know I can book whenever I want, don't need to talk to a live person but see all the available appointments online for my choice, and it's easy. The best part about Nirvana besides the therapists skills is the reward program. Yes, a reward program! So the more you buy the more goodies you get. Works for me! Needless to say if you're looking for any place that offers any of the above mentioned services, then look no further! All of the money I have invested into Nirvana has been well worth every penny! read more

I booked my wife and I in a couples' massage class for Valentine's Day. It was the best Valentine's Day present ever. First, Natasha led us through some warm-up exercises, then she demonstrated several techniques on another massage therapist. After that, the women in the couples gave their men a full body massage for an hour, while Natasha gave advice and sometimes demonstrated techniques again. Then it was the men's turn to give massages to their women. I was a little concerned that it would be awkward with another couple in the room, but it turned out not to be awkward at all, and it actually really enriched the experience, as we could learn from each other. My wife had a couple of troublesome spots, one of which had been bothering her for months, and one of which she didn't know about until I started massaging that spot. Natasha was able to show me how best to address those spots, and my wife said she felt a lot better afterwards. I think every couple should take this class, and I'm just sorry that we didn't do it sooner. read more

I'd heard great reviews of this place, so when I hurt my self a bit while working out I decided to give it a try. One of the best decisions I've made. The masseuse that I saw was named Will. I told him what was hurting, and an hour later I felt amazing. I've been going weekly since then and he's always been able to help me out whatever was hurting. He's even had lots of great advice for treatments that I can do at home to help me feel better between appointments. I recently had my first experience with this spa. I was stressed and I needed to clear my mind. I decided to try Reiki again. I tried it once years ago with my mother in law from India. She was very talented and practiced Reiki for years and it gave me relief from a migraine and stress, so I decided to try Nirvana to see if I could get the same results. I go there and Natasha was my practitioner. She lead me to a room that was much larger than the other cramped massage rooms compared to even the high end spas in Ojai or some of the Las Vegas top casinos. Natasha made sure that I was comfortable. My mind was racing from well, life and I needed to calm it down. While I was lying there it did take me a couple of minutes to relax, then it happened total relaxation, exactly what I needed. In that spa room, Natasha had a way of just removing all the stress I was experiencing. All I had to do was to allow it to happen.
