Melissa has a great eye -- she quickly identified that I had anterior pelvic tilt and explained how it was likely contributing to my tension patterns. She recommended specific exercises to work on between sessions, and also noticed my inner thigh muscles were tight, teaching me how to use tools at home to stretch them out on my own.
