Her pressure was perfect, I upgraded to some hot stones and they were the perfect temperature. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon was one side of my back got more attention than the other, but for all I know it's because that side felt like it needed more work - so I'm not going to dock points for something like that when the whole service was exactly what I wanted out of a massage. Next time I think I'll spring for a longer one though - 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, I wasn't ready to go back to the real world! Thank you to Allee Massage for fixing my last visit and letting me give it a second chance. I'll definitely be back (and referring my friends as well) now that I know just to avoid whoever the heck I had last time lol

Despite the small size, I'm thankful the option exists in the area and I thought the pricing to be comparable for the location and given it's smaller size. Attendees were diverse, different ages, some solo and some pairs, some new comers and returners, which I take as a good sign that this place is welcoming. I came on a weekday morning and there were only a few other folks, but by afternoon time it filled up. Some of the rooms could only fit 4 people lying down, so I can't imagine how this would work on weekends when there's more people. I opted for a 30 minute scrub which was thorough and rough, just as I was hoping. The scrub ajummas always want to know what ethnicity each person is.

I've gone to Dynasty foot spa for years and only had one bad experience a couple years ago when…read morethey tried to charge my card and said it was declined and hesitated to take another one of my credit cards to pay for the foot massage. Then I finally talked them into running another one and they said it was declined also and I knew that was not true because I had used my card all day and it's never been declined. The same thing happened when I tried to go yesterday with a friend and tried two cards and they said they were both declined and wanted cash. I think their machine is purposely set up, so that people will pay cash and not use a credit card, since this is what they prefer. This is the last time I'll be going back. It's such a shame that they have to resort to this kind of behavior by lying to their clients to get what they want. I went to another Foot Spa called Se'oul right around the corner called and it was unbelievable and like night and day compared to Dynasty. For only five dollars more, you can get a full body massage on a table in a private room and they were fantastic, so kind and the spa was so clean! I was so disappointed when this happened again, but I guess it was a blessing in disguise.

Review for Rose Garden Foot Spa (Santa Clara)…read more Absolutely amazing. She's tall, strong, and incredibly skilled -- the kind of therapist who listens for a minute and then somehow finds every problem area you didn't even mention. If you can take deep pressure, she can deliver it, but she also knows exactly when to ease off. The last five minutes are my favorite: she switches to a light, calming touch that almost always puts me to sleep. She's smart, intuitive, and genuinely focused on helping you feel better. The rooms temperature was comfortable and the blankets were soft and warm. My main review is for Sara who provided a 60 minute deep tissue massage that exceeded my expectations! Now, she isn't going to be everybody's cup of tea, especially if you're expecting a relaxing pampering massage to fall asleep. I appreciate that type of massage, but this time I came in with acute back pain. She honed in and went right to it. Honestly, at first it seemed rougher, but it was clear her expertise provided the relief I needed. I did not even mention any other pain points but as she worked, she identified three other pain areas that I've been dealing with for months. That's how I knew she has a keen understanding of how the body should move and feel, and the skill to guide my muscles/fascia back to where they should be to be able to function properly and without pain. She adjusted her technique as she felt my body could tolerate (e.g. she threw in some Thai massage technique to lengthen and stretch at the end). After 60 minutes, my pain levels reduced significantly from 7/10 to 2/10. I couldn't believe it! My heel pain of six months was gone! She is one of two therapists I've had in my life that actually healed my body's aches. If you want to be rejuvenated, I highly recommend Sara at Saigon Spa!

I will say they spend a lot of time manipulating your body under the sheet rather than an oil massage, but that just might be because I did not get the deep tissue massage. The room is very imamate.
