Some of the rooms could only fit 4 people lying down, so I can't imagine how this would work on weekends when there's more people. More recently, however it seems as the manager and other staff have been very aggressively feeling entitled to a high amount of tip, regardless of the quality of the massage. At times I have come here in between paychecks to help my body recover from work. I pay upfront for the price in cash or rarely on my card; and at times when I don't have additional cash on hand or anything over $10, the staff and manager become aggressive as if they are entitled to a $25 to even $30 tip, regardless of the quality of the massage. It's becoming a reoccurring thing that I've reduced the time coming here and try to push through the pain, but still every time I do come they are aggressive and demanding that I tip at a high dollar amount each and every time sometimes even higher and what I tipped the previous visits. And to what further surprises me is, there was a time within the last year when I visited and paid with my card tipped the bare minimum of $10 for the one hour massage I was given, and yet I saw on my bank statement that they took out $30 additional for tip. Basically double dipping. Bottom line the quantity of massage varies, depending on the worker, but the aggressively demanding and entitlement of high dollar amount tips combined with a sneaky tactics is causes for alarm. Which leads to the vibe of the place becoming a little unfriendly through the aggressiveness demanding of tips and lack of understanding that not everybody can tip every time. As an individual who works in the industry, I can understand the tips are important, but what also plays a factor is the quality of work done, the friendliness as well as an understanding that sometimes a customer is not able to tip because of other financial reasons, and thus the service and staff should be practicing the sense of understanding instead of aggressiveness entitlement.

Now, she isn't going to be everybody's cup of tea, especially if you're expecting a relaxing pampering massage to fall asleep. I appreciate that type of massage, but this time I came in with acute back pain. She honed in and went right to it. Honestly, at first it seemed rougher, but it was clear her expertise provided the relief I needed. I did not even mention any other pain points but as she worked, she identified three other pain areas that I've been dealing with for months. That's how I knew she has a keen understanding of how the body should move and feel, and the skill to guide my muscles/fascia back to where they should be to be able to function properly and without pain. She adjusted her technique as she felt my body could tolerate (e.g. she threw in some Thai massage technique to lengthen and stretch at the end). After 60 minutes, my pain levels reduced significantly from 7/10 to 2/10. I couldn't believe it! My heel pain of six months was gone!
