I was lucky enough to be assigned to Young, and she is in a class of her own. Small but telling detail: she uses a gel face pillow so you can lay face-down comfortably the entire session. If you've had enough massages, you know how much a folded towel starts to hurt after an hour. I asked if this was a house standard -- it's not, it's just her. That kind of thoughtfulness sets the tone for everything. Her scrub technique was the best I've experienced in 20 years. No exaggeration. Her massage hit every trigger point without me having to redirect her once -- pressure, focus, timing -- all dialed in perfectly. The front desk staff were equally impressive: warm, attentive, and they personally walk new guests through the space so you never feel lost. The one area with room to grow: the aftercare products in the drying area. Services have been downgraded, I've been forced to try new/incompetent masseuses as only the manager is educated. Tried again, was forced to try two masseuses for 30 min... paid $80 but when I tipped $100 to them at the end, and they didn't even do a whole half hour they weren't happy, I guess for 30 min massage they expected $100 each! I streedded how much pain I was in an needed the masseur I followed for years but they don't care about your pain or needs/only your $! I will be filing a complaint with the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health and a formal grievance against the business with the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC)
