Massage started off with a warm foot bath before moving on to a thorough and strong foot and arm massage. The foot massage was pretty strong and so was the back massage. Overall, between the lack of transparency, pressure around tipping, being overcharged, and poor hygiene standards, this was not a professional or comfortable environment. Their online booking system is also very convenient and there is easy parking in their lot. The offer a 5 massage package (you get a discount if you pre-pay) and we usually get those. The signature massage (mix of Thai massage and other techniques) and Swedish massage are both excellent. If you have any areas of focus you can let them know beforehand and they really do their best to focus on your problem areas. I highly recommend them and have been disappointed with other massages after I started going here :)
