Her pressure was perfect, I upgraded to some hot stones and they were the perfect temperature. The only thing that I think could have been improved upon was one side of my back got more attention than the other, but for all I know it's because that side felt like it needed more work - so I'm not going to dock points for something like that when the whole service was exactly what I wanted out of a massage. Next time I think I'll spring for a longer one though - 60 minutes wasn't quite enough, I wasn't ready to go back to the real world! Thank you to Allee Massage for fixing my last visit and letting me give it a second chance. I'll definitely be back (and referring my friends as well) now that I know just to avoid whoever the heck I had last time lol

They also offer full body massage, which we've tried a few times that were also good. My only dislike is your in the same room as the foot massage separated by curtains... so for me hearing the others working and walking by seriously affects my ability to relax with only a curtain and a towel separating us. So 5 star foot massage and 3 star full body.

The only thing I'd request (to make it even easier on future clients) , is the ability to choose the gender of the preferred specialist or have a list of specific specialists that work there. There is a space in the "Notes" section where you can input that sort of information, which I do appreciate. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a representative there. I was fortunate to have met and work with Ada. They then walk you to the room. The rooms were pretty clean both times, dim lighting , clean sheets, clean atmosphere, and soothing, relaxing music that compliments the ambiance. I have chosen to purchase the 60 min Luxury CBD Deep Tissue Massage both times and have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of my overall body & well being. I appreciated that Ada asked me where my areas of concern & focus were. Ada also asked follow up questions regarding those areas as far as experiencing any pain. Throughout the massage, Ada continued to ask if the applied pressure was okay and was very good at noticing when my body was reacting to the pressures. That was also much appreciated! Since the two massages (both a week apart): I feel much lighter and a lot less tense. As someone who works 12-16 hour days, and holds the weight of the world and stress in my upper body, I can safely say this is the best I've felt in quite some time. I look forward to continue coming to Restful Spa in the foreseeable future. To conclude: you pay at the very end. No deposit required (which is awesome because so many places now require one). After payment , they send you off with some water for hydrating which I found to be super thoughtful and hospitable.

Tanya focused on my legs which seemed odd, but said that's how to release the rest of my body. It hurt (deep pressure) but my god it WORKED. Each appointment removed an area of soreness/tightness. I no longer felt my body gripping when I move in certain ways - my body now feels fluid. I think my range of motion improved?? Also the results stick! I space appointments out a few weeks, and the tension doesn't return in between appointments!! (In past massages, the release only lasts a few days.) Highly recommend Tanya. Trust her process. P.S.
