I've been coming to Restful Spa for quite a while now, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The first thing I noticed was how clean, peaceful, and quiet the spa is. From the moment you walk in, you can actually relax. During the massage, the rooms stay quiet, which makes it so much easier to completely unwind. What keeps me coming back, though, is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, and after visiting regularly, they know exactly where my body needs the most attention without me having to explain much. I work out often, so my muscles are usually very tight. Every massage leaves me feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. It's one of the few places where I can truly feel the difference after my session. I've also tried their cupping therapy and their CBD massage oil. Both are absolutely worth it. The cupping helps release my tight muscles, and the CBD oil has become my favorite add-on. It helps my body feel even more relaxed during and after the massage. Once I tried it, I started asking for it every time. For me, taking care of my body is an investment, and Restful Spa has become part of my routine. The quality, professionalism, and genuine care they provide are hard to find. I highly recommend Restful Spa to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly professional massage. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

I've been here twice now and both times have been nothing short of a great experience. For starters: It was very easy to book online. The only thing I'd request (to make it even easier on future clients) , is the ability to choose the gender of the preferred specialist or have a list of specific specialists that work there. There is a space in the "Notes" section where you can input that sort of information, which I do appreciate. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a representative there. I was fortunate to have met and work with Ada. They then walk you to the room. The rooms were pretty clean both times, dim lighting , clean sheets, clean atmosphere, and soothing, relaxing music that compliments the ambiance. I have chosen to purchase the 60 min Luxury CBD Deep Tissue Massage both times and have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of my overall body & well being. I appreciated that Ada asked me where my areas of concern & focus were. Ada also asked follow up questions regarding those areas as far as experiencing any pain. Throughout the massage, Ada continued to ask if the applied pressure was okay and was very good at noticing when my body was reacting to the pressures. That was also much appreciated! Since the two massages (both a week apart): I feel much lighter and a lot less tense. As someone who works 12-16 hour days, and holds the weight of the world and stress in my upper body, I can safely say this is the best I've felt in quite some time. I look forward to continue coming to Restful Spa in the foreseeable future. To conclude: you pay at the very end. No deposit required (which is awesome because so many places now require one). After payment , they send you off with some water for hydrating which I found to be super thoughtful and hospitable. read more

Ever since returning from my honeymoon trip to Thailand, Restful Spa in Saratoga has been my absolute go-to spot. On top of the stellar service, they have excellent pricing that provides incredible value. I just visited this afternoon (if the staff is reading this, I'm the bigger guy who specifically asked for a neck pillow for the face opening!). I decided to switch things up today and try the relaxation massage. It wasn't exactly what I had pictured going in, but I was completely blown away. I left feeling more deeply relaxed than I have after any other massage I've ever had. I've booked with several different massage therapists here over time, and every single one of them has been phenomenal. The spa itself is spotless. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but you don't even notice it once you're on the table. Speaking of the tables, as a larger guy, I fit on their beds perfectly, which is always a huge relief. They also nail the ambiance--the speakers are high quality, so the background music is crisp and clear rather than muffled. I would absolutely recommend Restful Spa to anyone! read more

The environment was clean and relaxing. Great service and a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love this spot! Very professional and the therapists use very good practice and techniques. Will definitely be coming back here! Pricing is also fair! read more

This was an amazing experience! They have been open for about a year now and I decided to drop by after my class. The overall vibe was very calm and relaxed AND especially friendly. The staff were above and beyond and the room was aesthetically pleasing. I got a 60 minute full body massage with hot stones included. By far 10/10 will be coming again! read more

This was my 2nd time here, I brought along my two friends & they both loved it. 10/10 all around. I had Ada, my friends had Angela & Emma. Ada usually takes care of the front desk also and she's super sweet and helpful. I booked a 90 min massage and received hot stones and a scalp massage. Ada took great care of me and knew exactly what to do and helped restore my body. I'm definitely coming back soon! read more

Their relaxation massage is fantastic! Came twice already and love it! Rose was great! Highly recommended. Thank you! read more

Zero stars. Store/online advertises that they're open 7 days a week from 10AM-9PM. Made an apportionment online for 10:45AM; even received confirmation email/text. Showed up for my appointment at 10:35AM, and the business is completely dark, doors locked, no one answering phones. No call or notification from the business that they would not be able to take my appointment today. Terrible professionalism from a business. Will not be returning. read more

This was my first time at this spa, and I am so glad I gave it a try! I booked a 60-minute full-body massage, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I struggle with sciatica, and the therapist was amazing at addressing my lower body pain. She used a combination of pulling, kneading, and stretching/folding techniques around my legs that provided so much relief. My muscles feel great, and the pain relief is significant. On top of the quality of the work, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. It's the most affordable rate I've found in the area, yet I feel like I got way more value out of this session than I have at more expensive places. Needless to say, I will be coming back here again and again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant, effective, and budget-friendly massage. read more

Really great massages for our family. We went on Sunday evening. Reservations were convenient, we booked over the phone but their online system is great too. The outside is not fancy but the rooms are clean and quiet. The therapists were excellent and addressed our specific needs. $80 for 1h deep tissue is a bargain in the Bay Area and for this quality, it's a real deal. read more

Very cozy and clean spa. Friendly staff. Very good massage for a reasonable price, will be back!

I first booked a massage here for my mom, and she loved it so much that I decided to book one for myself later that same week. I had been dealing with some shoulder pain and kept telling myself I needed to get a massage, but I kept putting it off. I'm so glad I finally made the time to go! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming when I arrived. The whole experience was relaxing and professional. My massage therapist really focused on the areas where I was feeling tension, and I left feeling so much better and completely relaxed. The hot stones were AMAZING -- seriously the best part. 10/10 experience and I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Finding a luxurious massage experience without breaking the bank can be challenging. While many massage parlors offer average services, occasionally you discover a truly exceptional one. At Restful Spa, I found my healer, Ada. A great massage therapist understands your body's needs, and Ada knows exactly when to adjust pressure to avoid pain or discomfort. I'm frustrated by generic massages that follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Ada, however, tailors each session to her client's unique needs. I've referred others to her, and they agree she works wonders! read more

I've been going to Restful Spa consistently for over a year now--since they first opened--and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Ada, the owner, runs a top-tier operation. She's incredibly professional, welcoming, and intentional about the team she builds. It's clear she only hires high-level massage therapists who truly understand their craft. The environment is always very clean, calm, and respectable, which makes a big difference when you're looking to fully relax and recover. As a basketball player and business owner, taking care of my body is a top priority. I trust the process at Restful Spa to help keep me in motion, and they've been a key part of my routine. I recommend Restful Spa to all of my clients to help assist them in taking steps to keep their mind and body True Form - so they can better themselves daily. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality relaxation and a professional atmosphere. read more

This is probably one of the best massage places we have been to. The word I want to use is transformative because we truly leave here feeling completely new. I personally love having my back walked on and they provide this and do an amazing job. My Fiance and I love Ada & Ema however I'm sure others are great too. The atmosphere is clean and professional. The customer service is top notch. We'll definitely be back. Thank you! read more

I just had my best professional massage!!! When I say firm/hard massage it usually is far from it, but this was spot on perfection!!! Clean, friendly and great job read more

I called today (Saturday) asked if there was open availability for a 1 hour massage. She had me coming in one hour later, great! Came in, was greeted by the massage therapist and was asked to pay $70 up front, which is fine, and nothing too out of the ordinary for these kinds of places. First of all, the bed itself is so uncomfortable. They need to fix the head rest situation as I've never been so uncomfortable during a massage in my life. Tried to ignore it, therapist asked what pressure I wanted, I said medium. Personally I felt the medium could have been more firm, but I didn't exactly speak up either and ask for a firmer pressure. I did appreciate the free hot stones, but had no warnings to when she was applying it on my skin and it was HOT in those first few seconds she put it on my body. Other than that, she didn't really have any special techniques. It felt like an hour massage you would receive at a nail salon from a nail tech lady except the therapist used her elbows most of the time. The minute I came out she didn't allow me to pass to get to the front door area (passed the curtain) I thought it was weird that she literally demanded a tip and said "tip me!" Like, girl, calm down, I was going to tip you no matter what. Instead of saying "tip me!" Ask me "how do you feel? How was your massage?" Just wanted to give you my opinion as a customer for a new establishment who is not planning on returning. read more

Called in the morning to book an appointment and I had a wonderful massage experience with Miya today! The massage was so relaxing and Miya picked up on my trouble areas and knew which areas to focus on. The place is small but rooms are clean. Therapist was checking phone all the time and texting during the massage, it was not 1-2 times it was 20-30 times I had to ask multiple times At the end they required me to tip them $20 despite me leaving $15 and saying I do not wish to leave more it was not that good and you kept checking your phone. I do not recommend unfortunately. read more

I went on line and booked 2 appts. One for me and one for my sister. I then called after a few hours to ensure they knew there would be 2 of us at 12:30, the lady said Yes I see that. So I confirmed We showed up on time and one The masseuse did not show up. They put me in a room and had me wait 20 mins and showed me a phone that translated English that the other one was on their way. I waited and after 20 minutes I got dressed and left the room. The lady at desk said oh sorry, sorry, we didn't have anyone. I asked for a refund as it was now 30 mins since I had arrived and I had only booked 30 mins as we had to make an appt. My sister came out of her massage and gave the lady a cash in tip. We were walking out and she said excuse me but more more. We said "Huh" more of what??? She pointed to the tip and said more more this !!!! OMG !! It was all sooooooooooooooo unprofessional. read more

We went for a massage yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They have very clean and quiet rooms, peaceful music playing, there was no loud chattering as I have experienced in another place we tried earlier.
