I've been here twice now and both times have been nothing short of a great experience. For starters: It was very easy to book online. The only thing I'd request (to make it even easier on future clients) , is the ability to choose the gender of the preferred specialist or have a list of specific specialists that work there. There is a space in the "Notes" section where you can input that sort of information, which I do appreciate. Upon arrival, you're greeted by a representative there. I was fortunate to have met and work with Ada. They then walk you to the room. The rooms were pretty clean both times, dim lighting , clean sheets, clean atmosphere, and soothing, relaxing music that compliments the ambiance. I have chosen to purchase the 60 min Luxury CBD Deep Tissue Massage both times and have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of my overall body & well being. I appreciated that Ada asked me where my areas of concern & focus were. Ada also asked follow up questions regarding those areas as far as experiencing any pain. Throughout the massage, Ada continued to ask if the applied pressure was okay and was very good at noticing when my body was reacting to the pressures. That was also much appreciated! Since the two massages (both a week apart): I feel much lighter and a lot less tense. As someone who works 12-16 hour days, and holds the weight of the world and stress in my upper body, I can safely say this is the best I've felt in quite some time. I've been coming to Restful Spa for quite a while now, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. The first thing I noticed was how clean, peaceful, and quiet the spa is. From the moment you walk in, you can actually relax. During the massage, the rooms stay quiet, which makes it so much easier to completely unwind. What keeps me coming back, though, is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, and after visiting regularly, they know exactly where my body needs the most attention without me having to explain much. I work out often, so my muscles are usually very tight. Every massage leaves me feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed. It's one of the few places where I can truly feel the difference after my session. I've also tried their cupping therapy and their CBD massage oil. Both are absolutely worth it. The cupping helps release my tight muscles, and the CBD oil has become my favorite add-on. It helps my body feel even more relaxed during and after the massage. Once I tried it, I started asking for it every time. For me, taking care of my body is an investment, and Restful Spa has become part of my routine. Ever since returning from my honeymoon trip to Thailand, Restful Spa in Saratoga has been my absolute go-to spot. On top of the stellar service, they have excellent pricing that provides incredible value. I just visited this afternoon (if the staff is reading this, I'm the bigger guy who specifically asked for a neck pillow for the face opening!). I decided to switch things up today and try the relaxation massage. It wasn't exactly what I had pictured going in, but I was completely blown away. I left feeling more deeply relaxed than I have after any other massage I've ever had. I've booked with several different massage therapists here over time, and every single one of them has been phenomenal. The spa itself is spotless. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but you don't even notice it once you're on the table. Speaking of the tables, as a larger guy, I fit on their beds perfectly, which is always a huge relief. The outside is not fancy but the rooms are clean and quiet. I called today (Saturday) asked if there was open availability for a 1 hour massage. She had me coming in one hour later, great! Came in, was greeted by the massage therapist and was asked to pay $70 up front, which is fine, and nothing too out of the ordinary for these kinds of places. First of all, the bed itself is so uncomfortable. They need to fix the head rest situation as I've never been so uncomfortable during a massage in my life. Tried to ignore it, therapist asked what pressure I wanted, I said medium. Personally I felt the medium could have been more firm, but I didn't exactly speak up either and ask for a firmer pressure. I did appreciate the free hot stones, but had no warnings to when she was applying it on my skin and it was HOT in those first few seconds she put it on my body. Other than that, she didn't really have any special techniques. It felt like an hour massage you would receive at a nail salon from a nail tech lady except the therapist used her elbows most of the time. The minute I came out she didn't allow me to pass to get to the front door area (passed the curtain) I thought it was weird that she literally demanded a tip and said "tip me!" Like, girl, calm down, I was going to tip you no matter what. Instead of saying "tip me!" Ask me "how do you feel? How was your massage?" Just wanted to give you my opinion as a customer for a new establishment who is not planning on returning. read more

Therapist was checking phone all the time and texting during the massage, it was not 1-2 times it was 20-30 times I had to ask multiple times At the end they required me to tip them $20 despite me leaving $15 and saying I do not wish to leave more it was not that good and you kept checking your phone. I went on line and booked 2 appts. One for me and one for my sister. I then called after a few hours to ensure they knew there would be 2 of us at 12:30, the lady said Yes I see that. So I confirmed We showed up on time and one The masseuse did not show up. They put me in a room and had me wait 20 mins and showed me a phone that translated English that the other one was on their way. I waited and after 20 minutes I got dressed and left the room. The lady at desk said oh sorry, sorry, we didn't have anyone. I asked for a refund as it was now 30 mins since I had arrived and I had only booked 30 mins as we had to make an appt. My sister came out of her massage and gave the lady a cash in tip. We were walking out and she said excuse me but more more. We said "Huh" more of what??? She pointed to the tip and said more more this !!!! OMG !! It was all sooooooooooooooo unprofessional. read more
