Cody took care of our scheduling and check-in, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the car back in less than 24 hours, and it was ready to hit the road. Tires aren't ever going to be cheap ... but this was the best deal we found around NKY, and we'd definitely return the next time we're dealing with a tire debacle.

BARELY ANYTHING in/on the filter and they deemed it "needed to be changed". Also, the LARGE mechanic was to exhausted to even put the sticker on in the car himself he had me do it, not to mention the last times I've had it through Valvoline (Cincinnati locations, which are better btw), they put the sticker on, reset my "see dealership" message on my car, and when they checked the air filters, they stated they don't need to be changed! They ate supposed to do the work, not the person paying! Lazy! Plus I've read all the horror stories of others that went to this location! I'll NEVER go back to this location!
