It was around 11PM on a Thursday night and after several unsuccessful calls to nearby 24/7 tow services, I came across Zeigler's listing and Jamie answered. Jamie was the only 24/7 tow services that was available as advertised. He was on location in about 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed our problem... he was able to tow the car and offered to take on the repairs next day. Meanwhile, we were able to rent a car from the nearby Cincinnati airport and continued our trip to Louisville that night. Jamie was very flexible on pickup and had our car ready to go on a trip back through Cincinnati on Sunday of that weekend. Professional, friendly, flexible, and fair pricing. They even went above and beyond what they needed to do. While fixing my car, they notiiced that I had a rather large hole in my car. (I have a Saturn = plastic) But the hole was from something else so that wasn't supposed to be fixed. They however called around and found a part to replace the area with the hole, and they fixed it for 250.00. I had called around about getting the hole fixed before but everywhere said it would cost 500.00 to fix, which just didn't seem worth it to me so I wasn't going to get it fixed. 250.00 was such a good price! Also, they cleaned my car out for me, which they didn't need to do. I would recommend this place to anyone, but it's pretty hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a so called "business". I am a single mother of five…read morechildren and had all five in my car on the way to a baseball tournament 30 miles away from home. Gary was referred to me as he provides cheap towing. That is accurate. I jumped on the opportunity to get my car towed 30 mils away for only $150. You certainly get what you pay for as that small towing fee will cost me more in the long run due to him further damaging my vehicle. He was very inconsistent with responses and failed to EVER provide updates or an ETA on when my vehicle would be returned to my home address as promised. Five and a half hours after the tow was confirmed he owner/Gary become unresponsive leaving me completely in the dark. A police report was filed and once Gary realized police entered his property he called me screaming asking me to "call off the guard dogs" and "stop sending people to his house". What do you expect when the customers car goes MIA for a 12 hour period? He brought my vehicle back only to find out the inside had been ransacked and the lever to pop the hood has been broken. I will update again once the hood is able to opened as to what was taken under neath. Needless to say, spend the extra couple hundred dollars and save yourself the trouble of dealing with this extremely unprofessional "business" owner. I would also like to add I only added one star because yelp required that. If I could go negative I absolutely would.
