Absolute joke of a store. I called about getting my brakes done on a Sunday, and they said to bring it in. I wanted my pads replaced, and the guy told me no problem, quoted me a little over $200, and said he'd call me when it was done. A few hours later the tech calls me, tells me the rotors need to be replaced. I tell him no, just replace the pads. Then he proceeds to give me the absolute dumbest and most incorrect version of how brakes work I've ever heard in my life. I'm actually glad they ended up not doing the job, because if these are the kind of people they have doing brake work, that makes me nervous. I tell him again to just replace the pads. A few minutes later the counter person calls me and says they won't replace the pads unless I get the rotors done too, and the price is now almost $600. He completely brushed off the fact that the tech has zero understanding of how brakes work, and said "he's new". I told them to put it back together and I'd be over to pick it up. Did the job myself in the driveway in about an hour, and the rotors are fine. I'll tell everyone I meet not to go to this absolute joke of a store. read more

I called in to ask about the cost of a blower motor replacement, and they said $667 after tax. I confronted him about the outrageous pricing because I got the piece for $40 online and fixed it in under 5 minutes. The receptionist told me I didn't know what I'm talking about and that I'm ignorant of the whole operation of Firestone. The owner of this facility has no morals when regards to providing an honest customer service. I would not recommend taking your car here whatsoever. read more

Went for full synthetic oil change & tire rotation at a better price than Meineke or Monro offered. I don't bother with Valvoline Instant Oil Change since they don't provide tire rotation. Got advised I will need new tires sometime this summer or early fall, which I expected based on the remaining tread depth. Manager didn't try to do any hard sell "this is an emergency" bs. He even advised that there would be a quarterly tire sales event happening within a month and that's when the best deals are available, so I should wait to buy tires during one of those times in June or September. I have not had any actual repair work quoted by this shop, so I can't evaluate their pricing, quality, or honesty on that. read more

I brought my front rotors in to be replaced by Firestone's 1 year warranty, which I had them replaced in February. I had my rear rotors replaced two day prior to my appointment. I came in at the appointment time and they inspected my car, said my rear rotors were warped. I let them know they were replaced two days prior and they wanted me to blame my mechanic that did the work. I didn't have my front rotors replaced because I knew I had a scheduled appointment to replaced my front rotors. My steering wheel shook, which is a sign of front rotor issues. They tried to get me to pay for new rear rotors when I just had work done on them. They looked brand new and maybe had 20 miles on them. Someone else came to talk to me and said that the mechanic was new and that it was difficult to tell which rotors were bad... I'm not sure why they would diagnose the problem to the rear rotors, but I am a female and was dressed up for work, so maybe they thought I didn't know anything about my car and would've just "let them go ahead and make the car function". Believe it or not, the front rotors were the issue and the car runs smoothly now. I'm glad they were able to replace them free of charge due to their warranty of work, but for them to try to get me to pay for something I didn't need was poor business. Beware and know what you need before taking your car to have work done here. read more

This place is a sham when it comes to major repairs they will scam you .. Engine was leaking badly paid nine hundred fifty bucks for A valve cover job.. Car was released still leaking brought back told I have to pay for the diagnostics to find out the leaks when they already was doing a valve cover job If they actually did that.. Now told it's my engine leaking and transmission. They could have told me that the 1st day of repairs. I would have paid for it. Something just isn't right here. So, my tires were on the verge of being as smooth as a baby's butt, and this is apparently not good if you want to keep you car from hydroplaning or worse... Therefore, I had to bite the bullet and get some "new shoes" for my car. I called a bunch of tire places and Firestone had the best deal. I found a coupon (yeah!) and went to their location. Their lobby has that rubber tire mixed with grease and plastic smell, which in small doses, is ok. The person at the counter was nice and quickly took down my information and did not try to upsell me (at first) which I appreciate. The bathroom is fine and there is a water fountain. There is a small TV that wasn't too loud or obnoxious. My car was then fitted with great tires and I was out the door without too much time spent reading the many sports/car/entertainment magazines. I have since been back recently for my tire rotation (I was a little overdue) and they did recommend some necessary maintenance procedures. They offered to have them performed during the tire rotation, but I declined for the moment. I will most likely be back. I appreciated the ability to essentially make an appointment and have the car done at the time they said. Stopped in after calling to get my tire repaired. No appointment, they were busy but fit me in. I had the car roll on me just enough that it came off the jack and slightly bent something on the wheel itself. I told them about that, and they fixed (Unbent) that, and did not charge me anything for it. I gave them plenty of opportunity to make a few extra bucks on that; it was, after all, my fault for not setting the parking brake. $28, back out the door in under an hour. I have used them before, and I'll use them again. It's nice to see a shop that is honest and takes good care of it's customers. read more

I setup an appointment online and when I arrived I was greeted nicely. Everything was easy, no upselling, and the waiting area was nice enough to work in while I waited. I usually make an appointment before coming up so I'm not waiting long for a spot in their garage. They seem to be honest which can sometimes be hard to find. Worse customer service ever. People stand at the check in desk over ten minutes before anyone comes to help. I sat for over an hour observing this as each customer walked in. My peeve today however is my appointment. Getting a second alignment in less than two weeks. It seems every time I get an alignment at this location, it takes more than one appointment to get it correct. However this time our body shop used Firestone, not me. Spoke with the manager Kevin who made my appointment for 9:30 am. As i checked in, the gentleman at the desk informed me i wasn't on the schedule so it would be about a two hour wait. He askes if this is okay. Actually no its not because I have somewhere to be by noon. A 9:30 appointment should have given plenty of time for this. After waiting one and a half hours, my car still wasnt taken back to begin the work. Not a happy customer at all. Im one of those people that would gladly pay extra for good customer service. I feel not only is their service not up to par, the work isnt all that great either. At this point, I don't plan to return to this location. read more
