In fact, the day before our wedding I was run off the road by a distracted driver, shredded my tire, and destroyed my rim. Later the next week I called this location for a quote and they said they'd have to order the particular tire I needed and gave me some competitors to call to see if they had my tire in stock. I thought that was pretty nice of them, but when I called the other businesses they sure did have my tire, but they gave me quotes that were $300-$500 more! I called this location back, they ordered my tire, and my car was good to go the very next day. They did end up charging more than three original quote, but not much more and they gave a transparent explanation as to why the price changed, so I was fine with it.
