First time at this store. I purchased the tires online and had them shipped and made an appointment. The young man who helped me was Chris and he was so upbeat and pleasant to deal with and has great work ethics. My appointment was at 10:15 and it was done in 35 minutes. I needed an alignment and Luke came out and showed me the numbers and about 15 minutes later it was done. Make an appointment and pre order tires to what you want so that they have them there and it should be a quick appointment. The business was clean and neat. I never went into the restroom so I cannot comment about that. The truck tires were cheaper online from them, the alignment was average. The only complaint I have is that I have a lug nut socket that doesn't scratch the rim and they didn't use it. I will check the torque and check the rims. I don't think they were scratched because it's usually the younger kids that don't know how to use the air gun. read more

Dropped in here after unfortunately popping two tires. Christian took care of me and he provided the best service I've ever received at any auto service. Super nice, informed me how it would all go down, walked through pricing and was right on point with how long it would take. The only issue is they didn't rotate the rest of my tires. I left and realized it later unfortunately. I'll probably go somewhere else since I'm not in town any more, to get those rotated and make sure the new tires are in the back. I shopped online on their website first and compared prices with other shops. They had the best deal for the tires I wanted. I made an appointment for 3:45, but ended up being available earlier. I called up and they were able to get me in an hour sooner which was great. I dropped my car off, but honestly could have waited. Took only about 45 minutes and my car was good to go. Their customer service is what kept me coming back. The 1st time I went here I had a tire that was going flat. I cane to see if it could be patched or if I'd have to replace. They fixed it free of charge. I couldn't believe it. I had never even been here before. When it was time for me to get tires for my car I of course came here to see what prices they had since they were so great before. I got quotes then went to other places for quotes. They were the cheapest & they had a 20% rebate offer too. I got my tires there. I got a call from the manager yesterday. He believed they had mixed up my tires & put the wrong tires on my car. He told me I could look at the number on the tire or bring it to them & they could look. I looked & they did in fact put the wrong tires on my car. The tires they put on my car were less expensive tires than the ones I purchased. I did need to bring my car back in for them to switch them out. Bought two sets of tires here just this past month. For a set on my truck I made an appointment and was finished in an hour. A few days later my mother brought her explorer up and they had her sit in the car (COVID precaution which she appreciated) while the new tires were installed. She called me when she arrived and when she called under an hour later I was worried there was a problem... but she was already back on the road with her new tires installed. My last set of tires came from a different tire chain (that also has discount in the name and even to get the tires rotated took forever and every time I've gotten anything installed it's had to be left overnight because they didn't get to it despite me having an appointment). The punctuality and speed of service alone is reason to keep coming back. While washing my SUV this morning I found a screw in my tire. I immediately went to Discount Tire and was greeted right away and helped within minutes. I got there after 10am so there were a few people in front of me. The team member who helped me and checked me in was super nice and professional. He told me there was a bit of a wait but if my tire was wasn't losing air that I should be ok to leave and come back at 11:30am if I didn't want to wait. I went to run errands and got back at 11:30am. They took my SUV right in and were probably finished with it in maybe 20-25 minutes. When it was finished the technician explained what they did to fix it and told me the patch would last the life of the tire which was a relief. To my surprise when I went to pay for the service, they told me it was free! Super happy about that! I also appreciated the steps they took to prevent the spread of the coronavirus by wearing masks and keeping the seats and stuff 6 feet apart. No doubt that I will definitely go back there for any future tire needs. read more

I needed to replace two OEM tires on my 12 yr. old Chevrolet Suburban due to cracking in the sidewall. After calling most ALL of the tire dealers in the Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky Tri-state area and comparing the same brand of tire/model, and the cost for balancing, installation, taxes and disposal fees, Discount Tire was the cheapest. But that in and of itself was not a sufficient reason to jump to a decision to buy. I wanted to know how reputable the tire dealers were, so I decided to look at a number of reviews on line. And to my amazement, Discount Tire was not only the cheaper of the group, but also the most respected! Well it's one thing to read what others have written, but it is another to experience a business's service first hand. I decided after my researching to purchase two tires on line, as doing so, would allow Discount Tire to order those tires and schedule my installation at the earliest possible time. Now past experience with other tire dealers has led me to believe there would be at least one to two days wait. Wrong! Discount Tire called me 3 hrs. later informing me they had the tires and could now schedule an installation time. I replied that I'd like to have them installed within the next couple of days, and the gentleman to whom I spoke said that they had an opening that afternoon. I arrived 20 minutes early and they took my car in for service immediately. They took all four tires off, replaced a tire pressure sensor, as the valve stem was bad, took the old tires off, put the new tires on, spin balanced all of them, and all of this was done in 25 minutes from start to finish...we were actually out 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment start time!!! The store was as clean as any Air Force hangar I'd ever seen (they are usually immaculate!), and cleaner then some of doctor's offices I've been in through the years. They staff was polite, clean, EFFICIENT, knowledgeable and very helpful...explaining in detail how tire pressure sensors work and why they fail... And, their cost to replace those sensors was 50% cheaper than my "Authorized dealer" would do it!!! I have to say, buying tires is usually like going to the dentist and finding out you need a root canal, a bridge, two implants and have a terminal gum disease! But THIS experience couldn't haven't been better...the only thing that would have made it better would be to have gotten the tires for free! They advertise for a stay in your car while servicing your car but when I got there none of them really had a clear understanding of how to do that. It was not until I started questioning the front desk gentleman did I get what was advertised. The 4 man staff looks to be very young ( under 30) so maybe a little less experienced was the issue. 1st contact: Bought a trailer tire & rim. The one they had in stock had a defect, they got us another one, more expensive, better tire - from another store - still only charged us for the cheaper one since they quoted it & they did not have anymore of that one available. :) 2nd contact: Showed up 2 minutes before closing (not intentionally); staff jumped through hoops to plug a tire for us, free of charge even! NOT the same tire we bought either. They said they believe in customer service the way it used to be. Agree here! 3nd contact: Our original purchase got damaged due to a big bolt in the tire, causing side bubbles. We did not purchase the warranty but they still tried to see what they could do with the manufacturer & either get us a discount or something.
