I am going to go ahead and give them 4 stars but there are some things you should know. First,…read morethis is a very "no frills" place. You will know what I mean if you go there. Secondly, everyone there works on cars so you might have to track down "the boss". He is probably working on a car somewhere. When I was there, I think someone left because they couldn't find him but maybe they left for some other reason. I'm just guessing as to why. I am recommending them because I was there with two other customers who were told by tire chain company places that they could not patch their tire because of where the nail was and that they were better off buying new tires. This place fixed my tire and theirs, no problem. While chatting with the other customers and we agreed that the chain stores just want to sell you a new tire (or four new tires). I am recommending them for their honesty, not how fancy a place or how "organized" (shall we say) they are. Another plus is that they are open until 8 pm. I got my flat at 5 pm so that was the main reason I chose them in the first place.

Wanted to give a revised review after the district manager got in touch to discuss with me. While…read morethere wasn't much to be done to get my time back, the location itself did make an effort to make it right after the fact. I felt I owed it to them to give a good review after that. Bottom line though, if you have an EV, go to the tire discounters EV location about 40 mins north! Overall great experience other than the issues I'd mentioned in a prior review-- where I was told one thing but another happened. But the tires are installed and seem to be working well. Got a decent price compared to others nearby also.

I don't mean to be an asshole or anything but absolutely terrible customer service and employees…read more Earlier today I made a booking online for 7pm, it was open online and I thought all was good. I did however, look at the reviews before I came in and got a little concerned. I got inside and I noticed 2 workers sitting at the front just chatting it up and asked me whats up and I told them I had a 7pm reservation and they asked if I made it online and told me the online doesn't work which was stated months ago in a review, I guess it hasn't changed. Then proceeded to try and hustle me into paying for a free safety inspection. They tried telling me it was a 50 dollar fee and that my "free safety inspection" was just the visual stuff such as wipers, blinkers and headlights. AND even after all of that they told me they can try and get me in tomorrow but i would need to pay and it would also take about 2-6 hours. I asked why, and they told me because they need to figure out all that's wrong with it and order all the parts and put all the parts on it something like that after I specifically told them I was there for a FREE safety inspection. I think you need to look at the cameras and fire or do something with these employees because that is just wild. and it's stated that a free safety inspection includes what I needed done and they refused me service even with my booking. They were in the main lobby around 6:50-7:00pm today. Trying to hustle an 18 year old before they close up shop is absolutely ridiculous. First experience at an auto repair shop by myself aswell lol. pretty fucking bad if I had to say so myself, and I also drove 45 fucking minutes there and back so that was nice. Guess i'll be doing my brake rotors and pads myself without the reassurance it's actually that that's causing the problem, when it's guaranteed in the website. Or otherwise, taking my business elsewhere, absolutely ridiculous. One more thing, they also told me all the mechanics leave at 5 pm and they're needed for what I was going for, then why the fuck have the online say i can have that service at 7pm?! again, absolutely ridiculous and I think they're straight up lying to my face. fire them both, if they wanna hustle they don't deserve a job. they can make a living off of hustling.

In the first couple miles we started hearing a loud noise from the car and pulled over to a gas station to check it out - and we had a flat tire. Because of the storms and the holiday, AAA could only give us a 6-hour service window. Luckily, we saw that Mt. Zion Tires was 0.5 miles away, and we made it there safely. Not only were they open on Christmas Day, they were super friendly and helpful on the phone and as soon as we arrived they got right to work on our tire. At some point we had ran over a nail. So they patched the hole, and sent us on our way! And it only cost $20. It can't be fun to have to work on a holiday and outside when it's miserably cold. But I am SO grateful they were open and so helpful and affordable. They made this situation feel like just a bump in the road and not a crisis that ruined our holiday and travel. Now we're safely back on the road and I'm so thankful!

I'm not sure what that was all about. The man I spoke to when I arrived asking about the work I wanted done, then went to speak to a someone who was working on a car (outside on the ground not on a car lift) in what I assume was Arabic and the second man just glared at me. I do not know what was said. They must be making more money than they know what to do with and do not want new customers. That is the impression I got, so I left. This shop is probably best used if you're looking for a used tire (they have mountains of them on the side of building) or for a tire emergency on a Sunday.
