Also, the LARGE mechanic was to exhausted to even put the sticker on in the car himself he had me do it, not to mention the last times I've had it through Valvoline (Cincinnati locations, which are better btw), they put the sticker on, reset my "see dealership" message on my car, and when they checked the air filters, they stated they don't need to be changed! They ate supposed to do the work, not the person paying! Lazy! Plus I've read all the horror stories of others that went to this location! I'll NEVER go back to this location!

I am going to go ahead and give them 4 stars but there are some things you should know. First,…read morethis is a very "no frills" place. You will know what I mean if you go there. Secondly, everyone there works on cars so you might have to track down "the boss". He is probably working on a car somewhere. When I was there, I think someone left because they couldn't find him but maybe they left for some other reason. I'm just guessing as to why. I am recommending them because I was there with two other customers who were told by tire chain company places that they could not patch their tire because of where the nail was and that they were better off buying new tires. This place fixed my tire and theirs, no problem. While chatting with the other customers and we agreed that the chain stores just want to sell you a new tire (or four new tires). I am recommending them for their honesty, not how fancy a place or how "organized" (shall we say) they are. Another plus is that they are open until 8 pm. I got my flat at 5 pm so that was the main reason I chose them in the first place.

I'm happy to add myself to that list. After sitting there for as long as I did, I'm shocked that they have any reviews that are above one star.

Bottom line though, if you have an EV, go to the tire discounters EV location about 40 mins north! Overall great experience other than the issues I'd mentioned in a prior review-- where I was told one thing but another happened. But the tires are installed and seem to be working well. Got a decent price compared to others nearby also.

When my lifelong mechanic retired, I was thrilled to find this shop. The staff was friendly and the…read moreservice was consistently top-notch. However, over the past several years, the quality of service has declined dramatically, particularly regarding customer interaction. The staff is now consistently rude, both on the phone and in person. My last three experiences have been deeply disappointing: Months after purchasing new calipers for my truck, they were ruined by a faulty hose that cost less than $20 to replace, forcing me to pay for new calipers all over again. I purchased a new set of tires for my Lexus. Immediately after leaving the shop, I discovered one of the new tires was leaking air. I have been avoiding making an appointment to fix it simply because I am tired of dealing with the staff's poor attitude, so I find myself stopping to add air to the tire weekly. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tire balance/rotation. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $140 for a wheel alignment I never requested or approved. The employee insisted I had mentioned it, and then condescendingly questioned why I expected a complimentary tire service for tires I had purchased two years prior. I had to remind him I bought a full set of four tires for over $1,000, which included this service. Throughout this entire exchange, the General Manager sat nearby and deliberately ignored the situation. This level of service is unacceptable. You have lost my business, and I will only return for services that are already covered under warranty. After that, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. P.S. I recently saw one of your own employees having his car serviced at a competitor's shop. He told me he wouldn't trust his own vehicle to be worked on at your location.

In the first couple miles we started hearing a loud noise from the car and pulled over to a gas station to check it out - and we had a flat tire. Because of the storms and the holiday, AAA could only give us a 6-hour service window. Luckily, we saw that Mt. Zion Tires was 0.5 miles away, and we made it there safely. Not only were they open on Christmas Day, they were super friendly and helpful on the phone and as soon as we arrived they got right to work on our tire. At some point we had ran over a nail. So they patched the hole, and sent us on our way! And it only cost $20. It can't be fun to have to work on a holiday and outside when it's miserably cold. But I am SO grateful they were open and so helpful and affordable. They made this situation feel like just a bump in the road and not a crisis that ruined our holiday and travel. Now we're safely back on the road and I'm so thankful!

I do not know what was said. They must be making more money than they know what to do with and do not want new customers. That is the impression I got, so I left. This shop is probably best used if you're looking for a used tire (they have mountains of them on the side of building) or for a tire emergency on a Sunday.
