I have had body work done on several cars here over the last few years, and had nothing but great service and fantastic results at a very reasonable price! Most recently, I had a couple spots repaired (a fender scraped against the garage door, and a dented/scratched passenger side door) on my beloved "Blue Magnetism"-colored Prius Prime. I was really worried that the paint could not be matched well, since it is kind of an unusual color. But American Auto Body knocked it out of the park! They even washed and buffed the whole car, so it was super clean and sparkly when I picked it up. It looks absolutely perfect. Couldn't be happier! My Toyota emblem randomly fell off but I was cleaning snow off my car and it was randomly gone. They said I hit something but the marks had been there 3 years prior and I have proof of all of this. They told me they would fix the mirror BUT I HAVE TO PAY $50,( the mirror is $15 at AutoParts) even though it was their mistake to begin with. I would NEVER recommend this place. There is also missing parts to my car after getting it back from them. ALSO! They quoted me $1400 for a HEADLIGHT when Arnold's right next door quoted me not even HALF of that. The better business bureau will getting a claim. Never in my life have a been to Worse place. When the dealership sent the wrong part they were great with getting my car back to me quickly while they waited on the correct part. Once it was in and painted (very fast turn around), they actually came to my house to pick up my car, made the repairs, and dropped it off within hours. Super fast and convenient!
