On 3/5/26 I brought my 2014 F150 in for a slight smell of burning oil. They diagnosed the problem…read morebeing a valve cover gasket leak. They repaired the problem and charged $1,745.44. That was after the $75 off coupon I had. Said they drove it 20 miles and it was fixed. Within 30 days after the repair, I started smelling and seeing the burning oil again. I called to let them know and they told me to bring it back so they can look at it again. It wasn't terrible and I never had oil under my truck when parked. I did not take it back. Instead after a few months I took it to another independent auto care. They diagnosed the problem as a torn valve cover gasket and stated there were several bolts loose and one the was striped. They recommended I take it back to Parkway but I had this other auto care take care of it as I had lost faith in Parkway Automotive. The other auto care replaced the valve cover and vacuum seal. That cost was $785,11. Over $1,000 difference in price and more work done. It's unfortunate that they overcharged me so much and did such a poor job in the repair. I will never do business with them again and expect if they overcharged others and do poor repairs, they will lose a lot of business to other auto care businesses. Very disappointed and they should be ashamed.

The first time was a standard oil change, the second time was getting a full set of new tires with an alignment and balancing and they repaired a broken tire pressure sensor. The alignment was done properly for the first time, probably ever in my 11 year old car, according to the tech. It was so rusted stuck that had to use a torch to heat everything up so it would release. And I just took it to a Toyota dealership less than 1 year ago for an alignment. When I told the staff this they said it looked like it had never been touched. So it seems to me that everyone else (Toyota and firestone) besides Overbeck wanted to stay on schedule, not getting behind, and just did the bare minimum. And let me tell you what- my car drives like it's new again. The third time was 2 days after my tire pressure sensor was replaced- I took it back in to have it looked at becuase the low tire pressure light came back on. They told me the one they replaced was only intermittently working and was therefore defective. So they replaced it for free and sent me on my way. The best part about this? They have a line that they text confirm your appointment, send quotes to, etc. I send a text to this number around 10pm on a Wednesday to try to secure an appointment early the next day. To my surprise, someone wrote back and told me to bring it right in in the morning, no appointment necessary. When I got there, they said "we're dropping everything to get you on your way", And even offered me a loaner car for the day, knowing I had to get to work. I declined because I had the capability to work in their cozy lobby on their wifi network. I feel like I'm truly treated like family here, they even greeted me by name today (which I find impressive since I've only been here three times). I'm so so satisfied. I just happened to come across this place because I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here. They want to make sure they're doing the best work possible and making sure they have happy clients.

When I went to this Aamco, Bill, the owner requested to take the car for a drive to see if he could diagnose the noise it was making. The customer service given my him was fantastic. Bill and the mechanics were able to identify that the part causing the leak in my transmission was small. All in all he got the par ordered from the manufacturer and fixed everything for less than $200. My only complaint is that this Aamco only works on transmissions lol!! I mean they are a transmission business but based on their customer service and pricing, I wish I could take my car hear for all its needs.

An affordable mechanic? No way! Yup- it is true, I found the perfect auto shop for my baby- my Jeep!!! I stumbled upon SGA through a friend. I popped into the office in hopes of scheduling a future oil change and was pleasantly surprised when Carlos, the manager, said he could take care of my girl right away. This was awesome news because I have neglected my girl and her oil change was long over due. Within minutes my car was on the rack. I relaxed in their office area- which looks NOTHING like the drab, greasy, cluttered, and dirty customer waiting area you expect to find at the mechanics. This place is very retro with an old school record player (and an awesome selection of vinyls), amazing photo prints line the walls (compliments of Carlos's brother- the photographer) and the environment is so clean and welcoming. I talked with the employees long after my Jeep was finished (which only took 20 minutes.) These guys are so warm & friendly you just want to hang out all day and have coffee & conversation! They also offer a very cut-to-the-chase rewards card... Every $1.00 you spend on their services, you get .05 cents back on your rewards card. I estimate if I bring my Jeep here for regular oil changes than I'll accumulate enough rewards to use towards a free oil change... Who doesn't love free???
