He was at our spot with a tow truck in about 30 mins and called us an hour or so later to inform me of what was wrong. He laid out the options. Was very transparent and gave us a rough timeline. While he had the car he sent updates on when he ordered parts, when they arrived at the shop and how far along he was with the work. This was critical for me as I had to drive back to Chicago in a rental and needed to coordinate when I'd make the drive back to Cincy to pick up my car. The car is like new. I felt a little nervous driving it back right after getting the work done but it performed great on the road and I made it back to Chicago with no issues. I wish he was based in Chicago so I could take the car to him with any future issues. Hopefully we never get stranded in Cincy again, but if we do I find some peace in knowing we have someone great to take it to.

I am a Xavier student and live right off campus, so this was the most convenient place near me to take my car. It turned out that my car had a recall a few years back that messed with a sensor and that is what was causing it to fail. Glenn figured all of this out, was patient while I attempted to explain what was happening, and even was kind enough to call my step father and repeat everything he said to me to him (I wouldn't have remembered anything, as I said, I don't do cars). They confirmed everything was alright with my car after he had fixed the sensor issue, and he didn't even end up charging me! Maybe he just pitied my pack of knowledge.
