We paid Creed's $6100 on 5/13/24 for the replacement of the turbos and catalytic converter. 3 weeks…read morelater the same problem occurred so we contacted them and they said they would order the parts and get us in to repair again. After being led on with promises for months we filed complaints with the better business bureau and they never responded to them. We then went to the KY state attorney general and file a complaint with them. They did not respond to them either. In the meantime they moved out of their shop and have ghosted us completely and the employee who recommended them. Will not answer calls, texts at all. Very dishonest customer service and won't refund our money. We now have a truck that won't run for 8 months and are still paying on it.
