Please consider using a different collision shop. I took my car to woods to fix a small dent / scuffed paint from my car being hit with a baseball bat. After about 2 or 3 months post being fixed, the paint cracked. I then took it back for a second time for the cracked paint to be fixed. Once I picked it up the second time, the fixed area of paint was raised / had a bubble almost under the paint. Keep in mind this is a very small area on the side of my car that was done wrongly not once, but twice. After the second time, I called and spoke to the manager. He denied any issue with the quality of work that was given and requested photos to show the issue. He failed to contact me back and I went through my insurance regarding the issues with Woods. They have since been taken off Nation Wides list of shops they work through. I will include photos to show the lack of quality. I rarely write negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience with this repair shop has been frustrating. Over the course of a year for a single passenger side body repair, I had to return multiple times to the shop and make over a dozen phone calls. The main issues were quality of work and customer service. Quality of Work: Several items from my insurance claim were missed during the initial repair, and even after the repairs were done in stages, I experienced recurring issues (e.g., electronics malfunctioning) only after driving the car off the lot. Customer Service: Communication was poor, with a lack of clarity on timing expectations for a replacement for a faulty part included in the original fix. Despite the shop eventually accommodating me once the part arrived (something I only learned by calling them myself), I faced further frustration when issues continued after the repair, when I drove off the lot. When I suggested they test cars in motion to avoid rework, I was dismissed as not being an "expert" and told to sit and wait, which I did for an additional hour, while this new issue was being fixed. Additionally, my car was always returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. In short, if you're considering Wood's Collision, proceed with caution. Document everything and be prepared for poor communication and potential rework. I could have just had bad luck, but felt the need to share my experience with others. read more

Simply due to the nature of the work that they do I hope to never have to use their services again. But speaking about the quality of work and the people that work there? They are amazing. They not only went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle, including cleaning and detailing it better than it was when it went in, but they also worked with me to overcome a miscommunication that was equally on my end and they took full responsibility. A exceeded my expectations and delivered great service on my car as well as in my personal communication. If I ever need auto body work done, or a friend or family member asks this is the first place I will point to. read more

Took my Mercedes Benz there on two occasions First was for the front bumper. Got the car back and already a chip in the paint and none of the sensors in the front bumper are working now. It was on a paint job and they worked before the repair. I was told by Joe that the car was not equipped with the sensors, but they were on there before the repair and I have the dealership bill of sale to prove it. Plus, the diagnosis even says they are malfunctioned because they were not hooked back up. The car was bought because of all the safety features on the car and it is my 17 yr olds car. Then took the car for back bumper and they only buffed the bumper and there are scratches and nicks still in the bumper. NEVER AGAIN. Now car is going to Mercedes and the insurance will deal with them. read more

Getting into an auto accident is never fun! Dealing with insurance and getting your car fixed can be a real pain but Wood's definitely helped in making the process easier. After my fender bender my insurance company sent me here for my auto repairs. Upon arrival, the receptionist was super friendly and walked me through the process. Being that I just needed a bumper repair, they only held my car for a day! They were great about checking in with me to tell me what needed to be fixed and when my car would be ready. They even offer complimentary exterior and interior detailing. I'm super pleased with how my car looks now and with the great customer service. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT ANY OF THE L. Wood & Son facilities! Worst place we've ever been to. They had my husband's utility truck for over 3 months and never touched it. We continuously got unacceptable excuses and after we complained about 3 months of waiting we were told if we didn't like it we could come and get it! Seriously! These guys are simply the best! I'm from out of town and had an accident on my front bumper. I was all set to take it somewhere else when my hubby urged me to only go with a body shop that was within the network of our insurance company. Not only does the insurance company back up their parts but so does this company. The process was easy from the start. The are clear about the estimates of cost and time of delivery. I was without my car for no more than a week so I feel very fortunate. They offer coordinating a rental car to be arranged. Fortunately, I was able to get by with rides from family and a few Lyft rides so I managed to skate by until I got my car back. And oh my goodness, did it look fabulous when I got it back!!! Damage to the hood of my car by a wind event. Hood needed replacement and paint on side touch up. Woods staff worked well with my insurance (Geico) making sure everything went smoothly, which was appreciated! Also car rental through Enterprise, and I was able to drop the rental off at Woods when my car was ready. Did a good job on the repair, which only took a week. read more

Wow! Excellent customer service. I showed up without an appointment. I had yellow paint on my rear bumper and the paint guy came out with some cloths and he made the yellow magically disappear!
