At 1:55 I received a text from Michael Mason Sales Manager to confirm my 3:00 appointment. (I never made an appointment.) I happened to be on my way to the dealer so I did not respond. I got to the dealer to find out the car wasn't even at that lot and it had been sold. (I understand the car being sold. You snooze you lose.) But if they had my number to text me about an appointment I didn't make then surely they could have text me to tell me the car was sold. Completely incompetent and disorganized. I called about a truck for sale, informed the salesman I wanted to buy it. But I wouldn't be able to make the drive for a 3 days to my work schedule (first responder). I followed up by telling them I had funds ready through my credit union and sent them confirmation I had a rental car to drive me there. I asked if they needed a deposit to hold the truck and was told no, they would hold it. The following day I was texted that the truck had sold and sent a much more expensive option. Went to purchase a Highlander and upon inspection I found that the rims had chips on all 4. Passenger side front being the worst. The sale manager Jack looked at the rims and said those are replaceable covers that protect the rim and can be replaced like a hubcap. I was good with that . I wrote a 45,000 check on the word of the sales manager that it was not the actual rims that were chipped. Before delivery the next day I found out they were not replaceable and called Jack immediately and was told that they gave me money off the vehicle already and that should cover buying new rims. I told him I bought the car with discounts when I was assured the rims were fine not on the assumption. He couldn't admit he didn't know what he was talking about and his only solution was to tear up the paperwork. I stopped my 45,000 dollar check asap and thankfully it didn't go through. This guy shouldn't manage an ice cream shop. The salesman Shaun was top notch , great guy and loved dealing with him. I feel bad for him. He is too good of a guy to be at Beechmont for long. I just couldn't believe the unprofessional conversation with Jack the sales manager and how there was no trying to resolve the issue in any way. Not even meeting me halfway. My son and daughter oth have been screwed over by this company didn't even have there cars for 1 to 2 months before they had transmission issues. And a year later my son's transmission went out again look like it had been leaking transmission fluid for quite a while . And they say it's not covered . Well that a bunch of bull they should've responsible for there cars that they sale nowmy son has no vehicle and was told it's gonna cost thousands to fix . Check out lady at parts is sweet but the guy finding the parts is quite irritable to say the least... i do understand the frustration that his job may cause though. the main reason for the 4 stars is i had 4 tires put on my vehicle. I Went to go pick it up and checked it out, there was a crack on my taillight. I respect all the hard work they did though so i will not be contacting them about it. Sadden to go get work done and it comes out needing more work done and no one told me they tapped the tail light. I will say its barley noticeable but to car guys it is:(. Beechmont Ford's used car department runs on deception. After a week of assurances from salesperson Daniel Garcia that a Ford Blue Certified, 2023 Lexus ES 350 Luxury was "pristine" (with only a tiny wheel scrape) and repeated denials of any other flaws, I drove 2.5 hours to find deep gouges, rock chips, permanent-marker seat damage, a large brown stain in the driver's seat and a missing jack -- all in the first 2 minutes and conveniently absent from the online photos and assurances from the salesperson. At this point, there was no need to inspect further... I killed the deal. Financing was initially very inflated until I pointed out their own Ford Certified rate available to "A-tier" credit buyers like me, which they seemed to have no knowledge of, triggering a second credit check. This all was not a mistake; it was a calculated bait-and-switch. We have had a nightmare experience with a VW Tiquan purchased in September 2023. They sold us a lemon and they knew it. Drove it for 30 days or less and the car broke down and had to be towed. We also bought the best extended warranty they sold and that warranty service would not pay for the service the car needed to fix it. That nightmare went on for 4 months. Got it back from the 4 month ordeal and the engine light is back on because the warranty wouldn't pay for what it needed That warranty service was 4k to purchase. We ended up having to pay 2k more for the repairs that warranty service wouldn't pay for. We will never get the money out of this crap car. I could go on with more issues but what would it do.....NOTHING! read more

Here, we are again. I love how this location can sweep things under the rug and really not get things organized. I went in for an oil change and came out with a dent in my door and paint missing. I can't believe they let their techs bring out a vehicle they damaged and hope the customer leaves the lot. We all know if I would have left the lot without noticing the damage I would have been told sorry about you can't prove it happened here. Well, after my previous experiences I walk around my vehicle every time, I mean why would you expect me not to notice that I have a DENT in my driver door. Seriously I have been so upset with this, Sarah M. had approached me in the lot asking if everything was okay as I pointed out the damage. She told me she would have to go make sure there was no damage noted which there was not. Then I get told well I will have to do XYZ then I will contact you. Well, I'm sorry but I should have never been able to leave the lot with this, it should have been taken care of. Then it only get better no word from Sarah, and She and David G. were supposed to contact me from the last issue (per the owner) but was left with no call backs as I emailed and returned calls. I then had to call the dealership to find out what's going on I was told to bring my car in on Monday 24th, I also requested a vehicle of size or the F150 they typically rent out. I was told no issues it would be held if anything went wrong I would be given a call promptly Monday morning.... Well guess what???? Show up Monday and Sarah is on vacation(which is fine) , no truck, no ticket for why I am there, and yet another MESS. Mike C. stepped in and said he would figure it out, but an HOUR later finally I get a truck and can leave. And I love how the service guy who stands at the end with the dirty blonde hair close to the waiting area entrance, made the snarky remark "Better not loose that ticket." Yeah I heard you and its BS how I get looked at as such an A** H*** because I'm upset I have to keep driving a 60 + mile back and forth and I don't even get an actual apology and I get treated like it's my fault YOUR TECH DAMAGED MY CAR AGAIN! I have been promised for my tank to be filled up nope never happened. I'm allowed to be upset, I'm allowed to be annoyed, and I walked away before I said what I really wanted. I even told Gabe, how this place makes me look like a A** H*** but it's very hard to rearrange my schedule due to these inconveniences. And yet you offer to drive my car to me, but that still putting miles on it, and why would I trust someone to drive my car if I can't trust them to change my oil? I have been interested in purchasing a new truck for my husband and now I have a feeling I may just look at other locations due to the issues. I really planned on having a nice review this last time with the oil change as things seemed to went smoothly. But the part that's the most upsetting is that someone can damage a car and think it's acceptable to not take responsibility. I would have rather someone came to me and said "Hey we hit your car with ABC," and I would have been more calm, understanding. But, walking out to my car to find the damage and not being told escalated the situation because in my book that's disrespectful in more ways than one. read more

Pleasantly surprised by this Ford service place. I've been to two Ford service places before this one, one place lied and told me they wouldn't take cars older than 3 years, and one place made me wait without my car for 3 weeks to do simple repairs, so when I made an appointment I was expecting the worst. I told them I needed my car checked and regular service, they told me they would be able to do that within an hour,( which surprised me, as I've had to wait days before at other places), and low and behold, 40min later they told me I was ready to go, and that they had found nothing wrong with it and charged me only $32. I think this is the only time in my life where a mechanic has not found anything wrong with my car or where they didn't take advantage of the fact I am not a car person and know nothing (lol). The least I have ever spent on my car as well. At last, I finally found my new car service place! Way to go Ford beechmont! You've earned yourself a customer. read more

Okay, that's fine. Fast forward 5 hours, I call them back and they act like they've never talked to me before. And then they tell me they can't take my FORD into their dealership to be serviced because it wasn't purchased there. Alright, why did you take my information & say you'd call back and never did? Why not tell me from the start that you're too lazy to see my car? Quite possibly the worst over-the-phone interaction I've ever had. In late August beechmont ford "fixed" a recall on the toe link and we purchased and had them install 4 new tires on our Explorer. A month later during our scheduled oil change and tire rotation they convinced my wife that the tires were wearing dangerously and she needed two new tires which we had just purchased at the time of the recall repair back in August. The manager denied the issue was related to the toe link and told my wife that this part of the car "isn't even related to how the tires wear". He convinced her that it was her falt since she didn't have the tires balanced by them at the time of installation. Fast forward to November, less than 4 months after the recall work and 1 months after the visit where we purchased 2 new tires, we scheduled the car for service due to the driver side rear tire was clearly leaning and making a dragging noise. We clearly stated that this has been an ongoing issue since the recall work back in August. On this visit the "tech" said there was nothing wrong with it and that it was still "in specs". Instead, he found the 3 other issues with the brake system and a seal that "may" be leaking and needs to be replaced and the noise was "probably" from a wheel bearing that "could be going bad" and we should have it replaced as soon as possible. My issue is that we had the car in for an issue with the rear driver side tire and the tech said there was nothing wrong there but here is a list of issues we found probably hoping they could con my wife into doing work that wasn't needed and not correcting the real issue that they caused. This time I went with my wife to hear for myself the explanation from the service department. After hearing the diagnosis from the secretary, I asked for the manager. I met with the manager and was told a pack of lies (he should be a used car salesman not a manager) trying to cover up what his tech and secretary tried to sell us as the issue and not their incompetency. After the manager tried to say the leaning tire was normal, then moved to blame the leaning tire and dragging noise on the front brakes, he finally realized I wasn't buying his lies he finally agreed to have a different tech look at the toe link and rear driver side tire. ....... That evening the secretary called me and stated it was finished and ready for pick up. She said, the second tech concluded, that "the toe link was in spec, but he adjusted it and made it MORE IN SPEC" (WTF does that mean) and that the tire is no longer leaning since he adjusted it. When my wife picked up the car, they told her it was fixed but we still had to pay the diagnostic fee since they had two techs look at it and that the issue of the leaning tire wasn't an issue because it was in "spec" even though after he "made it more in spec" it was fixed. They told my wife that the tire doesn't lean and the dragging noise is gone but they can't explain what caused the leaning tire and the noise, but they assured us that it wasn't because of the toe link that they installed and now re-adjusted. (I wish I went with her to see if they tried to lie to me or in their eyes was she just an easy target to discriminate against with their lies.) This manager straight up lies and manipulates customers into believing that they need to do work that isn't necessary or to cover up their shotty work. Because of their incompetence and lies to cover their shotty work we had to purchase new tires and return to them for service several times wasting our time and shop fees not to mention the unnecessary work they tried to con us into paying for. read more

Granted loan out can make it hard to get approved but when you try and trade in a car and then put money down. Someone should take it. Specially if you advertise credit approval guaranteed. Um faculae it's not. They tried. But apparently they need to remove that because it's not true. I know I watch someone live through it. Could have given her more for her car and lowered the other a little or something to help a single mom out but nope they didn't do shit to make it work. All they cared about was the money. 100% recommend this place!! I was long for a very specific car and found one here which was over and hour and a half from my home . My husband and I arrived and were greeted very warmly by Billy Gramann. I myself have horrible anxiety in social situations but Billy wasn't pushy or adamant about us buying this SUV. Literally told us to drive it all over and gave us directions since we weren't familiar with the area. We thought we heard a weird noise so Billy took the car drove it himself then let us drive it again for an hour straight long time to see if we hear it which we didn't. The whole process of buying my new SUV was flawless and sooo easy. The facility is beautiful and clean and just over all lovely. Everyone was so helpful and nice and I wasn't looked down to when I didn't understand all the car jargon. They explained everything so well. I have had to go else where for oil changes and other services because they always tell me that their phone system is down. Last Thursday I called them because my door on the driver side won't close. Once again they told me that the system is down and they would call me back but NEVER DID. I will reach out to the BBB tomorrow to let them know of how poor this company is being ran and Ford because it's time to get the word out. read more

I had a good experience here with their service department. I had two issues I need help for with my 2014 Ford Mustang. The first was the power supply through the 12 Volt cigarette lighter. My GPS car charger worked in my last vehicle and in other vehicles, but not in the Mustang. They checked the electrical system and have assured me that the power ports are functional. While I'm not certain, I'm writing this off to the charger since other charging devices seem to work. The second issue I have is with the passenger airbag system. The airbag system enables and disables based on if the sensor in the seat detects an adult or not. They've explained to me that the vehicle is operating as designed which so far appears to be true. I give the airbag design a 1 star rating as I'm unbelievably disappointed in the design of the system (I'm an engineer), but the dealer gets a 5 star as they've done everything within their control. At 65000 miles, the engine of the car I purchased here needed to be replaced. The service department said it was due to a defect but, since it was no longer under warranty, they were not responsible for the defect. The manager told me that that's why warranties are only for 60000 miles, extremely inferior quality. I had to take my car to a different dealership for repair because I had moved and after my engine was replaced, the engine light came on the next day. When I took it back they said the turbo was bad. They gave me a ride to pick up a rental and made some appalling racist remarks on the drive there. I reached out to Ford corporate and they did nothing. They clearly don't stand behind their products and apparently condone racism. read more

We purchased a car here in April of 2011. We test drove the car at Kings Ford, but I spent time finding the exact model and color of the car we wanted, which happened to be at Beechmont. Since Kings was rude to us, we went to Beechmont. We knew what we wanted (if you are buying a lime green car, you know what you want) and they got the car for us quick. Our salesperson (Matt? Probably. Sorry, dear salesguy. You were really nice. I just am forgetful) was great and got the car ready for us to take home that day. Overall, our experience was great. In terms of buying, wondeful. Very helpful, still helpful about stuff like Sync, great. Service has been kind of awful. We took it in because the brake fluid was low (which is really worry some) and said we needed that taken care of plus an oil change. Got two miles down the road, light turned on. It also took an hour and thirty minutes to do that oil change. Then another hour to fix the mistake they made. I'm just going to mosey down to Jiffy Lube from now on. read more

I have purchased a 2011 F350 from Mt. Orab Ford in Mt. Orab, Ohio. I had an excellent experience, the salesperson (John) searched for my truck and found one in Michigan..he cared! I was able to sell my trade-in through the dealership to an individual who wanted to buy it immediately. The price was fair, the trade-in was fair and the small town friendship was excellent.
