One of the items on the to-do list was getting the oil changed in my friend's Mitsubishi, so I took the car to the dealer for the oil change. Michael Lindsey was the service consultant who helped me out with the oil change. He was very nice and attentive. Since it wasn't my vehicle, he was especially good at letting me know what was going on. When the oil change was complete, he told me the vehicle needed front end brakes (he was correct) and was willing to do the brakes that day. That didn't work for me so I scheduled the brakes for a few days later. He told me to call the day before to reserve a loaner car. I called the day before and left a message and he called me back within minutes. When I took the vehicle back for the brakes, he again was accommodating and had a loaner car for me. He called me an hour after I dropped the car off to tell me that they had all the parts needed and the car would be ready by noon. At 11:30 he called to tell me the car was ready. I went in to pick up the car and he, once again, did a great job of being positive and of processing my payment. Michael started my day out right and kept it going that way. I have no knowledge of Jeff Wyler dealerships but I have to say that they have a gem in Michael Lindsey. He could sell ice to an Eskimo.

When we arrived, the person I had been communicating with had another customer. Me and my 5 year old son sat in the lobby for almost 2 hours. We had not eaten and was not told until we decided to leave to get something to eat who I was waiting for, and he thanked me for being patient (which at that time was wearing thin) We return to the dealership, he throws some numbers at me. we talk and then he tries to put me in another kind of vehicle that I was not interested in. When I turned the vehicle down, he had the sales manager come and talk to me. Then I'm told that the quote that was sent to me was based on "perfect" credit. I told them that they should have a disclosure on there that says the numbers could change depending on credit and trade appraisa. he replied, it's on there somewhere!" I said do you think I'm going to zoom in to find that in small writing. Then after the sales manager tried again to put me in a vehicle I did not want, he proceeded to tell me that I was NEVER approved for the vehicle the quote was sent over for. When I asked where the numbers came from on the monthly payment he was trying to sell me I got some kind of BS response. I gave them a piece of my mind and told them I would do business elsewhere and possibly with a co-signer. The manager then said, " we could do that right now over the phone." I told them I wouldn't do business with them if they were the last car dealership on Earth!! And to top it off, my salesman just kept on preaching about being "transparent" with me!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!

We currently own two Audi's which we have serviced at Beechmont. They are easy to deal with. Give us loaners, Are straight forward with the pricing. This auto group seems to go out of their way to help. Not to compare...but the other reviewer brought up the Montgomery store. I purchased my Audi at the Montgomery store - only because they had the car I wanted in stock. Each time I took it in for scheduled maintenance, the Montgomery guys tried to get me to do some other very expensive work on the car. At the 35k mark, they told me I needed new brakes and new tires. $1800 for brakes!! Not. I took it to another Audi authorized mechanic who said "come see me in 10,000 miles". At 62,000 miles my brakes and tires are still OK (though I am replacing them in the spring). Buying an Audi? Go to Beechmont. Good people.

Disappointing experience. We drove twice from Indianapolis to complete the deal on a 2007 Honda…read moreElement, which we walked away from. Part of the issue we encountered involved having the car inspected as a contingency of the purchase. We scheduled an inspection with a local shop, and the shop dropped the appointment, which wasn't Crossroad's fault. But knowing that we were earnest about the vehicle, with cash literally hand in, they wouldn't work with us to hold the vehicle an extra two days to arrange a local inspection with a Honda Dealership. We let them know we could see there were alignment issues (minor), but also felt what may have been a transmission issue as well. We also let them know the passenger side seatbelt wasn't working properly, to which they stated Honda would repair it for life...but obviously didn't do much of a safety inspection prior to offering the car for sale, and don't appear in any hurry to take it to Honda to have it repaired...which could have been done WE took it to Honda and paid for the inspection They did, however, have the rims redone in some type of silver sparkly finish, because, you know...rims. It might have been a great deal, we were more than willing to leave a deposit, and the inspection would have assuaged our fears. Heck, they could have even written backup deals on the vehicle in the interim to help minimize the loss of a sale if the Honda inspection worked against them for all we cared. They had the opportunity to earn our business, with us offering viable options, and didn't. Got more of a 'your a sale, not a customer' feeling. Not the worst place in the world, but certainly didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling working with them either. Likely wouldn't recommend them to a prospective buyer. Regardless of how good the deal looks from them, If you do decide to buy here, pay the money to have an authorized dealer go through the vehicle of choice stem to stern.

BUYER BEWARE -- My Experience With This Dealership…read more I take full responsibility for trusting this dealership, but the warning signs were there. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I traveled from central Indiana to purchase a 2019 Honda Ridgeline based on the dealership providing a clean Carfax report. After the purchase, I discovered that the truck had significant prior damage that was not apparent to me at the time of sale. The rear driver-side bumper had moderate damage, and the front driver-side quarter panel and bumper had severe damage that appeared to have been pieced back together. All it took was driving the truck through Mike's Carwash for the quarter panel and bumper to pop out! I took the vehicle to a collision repair shop, where I was told they frequently see situations involving vehicles with prior damage that was not properly disclosed by dealerships. The repairs cost me an additional $4,500 out of pocket. To make matters worse, the truck had a recall involving the rear hitch terminal. The dealership could not complete the recall because of the damage to the rear bumper. Even the collision foam for the bumper was missing, which surprised the people dealing with the repair. This experience has cost me money, time, and a tremendous amount of frustration. I relied on the information provided by the dealership and ended up with a vehicle that needed thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs. My advice to anyone considering buying from this dealership: do your homework, get an independent pre-purchase inspection, and do not rely solely on a clean Carfax report. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from these people, and I strongly urge other buyers to proceed with caution.
