    I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the entire transaction my daughter & I had at Becks we found my vehicle on CarGuru.com and I sought, researched and narrowed my SUVs down to 2 lots. I called and spoke to Max and he assured me he could help my dire situation. But my financial institution fell through and I was not approved for the vehicle. My daughter & I decided to go the hour drive and I was amazed at how simple and easy and HONESTLY Max was. He kept my grandson busy with a carfax fox plushie and answered every question we had without hesitation and made the entire process stress free. Everyone we spoke to was kind respectful and made us feel at home. When shopping for a used vehicle I would definitely recommend giving Becks a try before going anywhere else! I'm going back when I buy my next vehicle.

    I had the pleasure of working with Alex Kovalskiy on getting me a used 2014 Nissan Sentra. This is the second time I've come to this lot to buy a car. The first time was a few years ago and it was a 2011 Nissan Versa. I was working with a young woman whose name I unfortunately do not remember, who also gave me great service. I had such a great time the first time I came to get a car from here, that it made sense to come back to get a replacement for the car I bought before. And the car I bought before just has a few issues so I'll be able to sell it for a little bit of money to a family member. So it's not like the old car even ran itself to death. I like to wait a bit before I write any review about a car I bought, just to make sure that I get a chance to use the car and see how everything's going to go. I have had zero issue besides the car needing a new shock. The car has run great! I am extremely happy with my purchase. And when I took it to the mechanic on the test drive to get it looked at, the mechanic gave it rave reviews. I feel like I get really lucky too, because this car was maybe the third car we walked past and the first car that I took out on the test drive and I found a great car just immediately. I feel like this lot always has a lot of good cars. In fact, when we were there it look like the lot had a lot of sales because there wasn't a whole lot of cars on the lot that day. Which is obviously great for them! I love the service of the people who work on this lot. They don't hover over you while you look at the cars in the lot and pick which one you'd like to test drive. There's no stress or fuss about taking any of the cars for a test drive. And since we all got there right as the banks for closing that day, and it was a Saturday, so the banks wouldn't be open until Monday, we were able to put down a deposit that held the car until I was able to bring the rest of the money Monday. So that was really helpful and it eased a lot of the worry I had because I knew I probably wouldn't have enough time to make it to the bank even if I found a car I liked. I honestly thought I had written another review about my experience the first time I bought a car. It might be on another site. But I definitely recommend this lot even if you have to make a little bit of a drive. I think it's worth it!

    Sold us a truck that rusty frame was painted over, so bad could not be put on a lift. Check engine light came on within a couple of days.

    Told me a different price while talking, did the paperwork and then changed the price back to the listing price. Don't waste your time.​

    I found my dream car and it's located 2,400 hundred miles from where I live. The car is 18 years…read moreold. This could be a very risky purchase - there is no warranty for a 18 year old car! After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

We walked around the lot of very nice looking used cars and then found it. We were just starting to look it over when the dealer came out. He go the key so we could looking it over. It started right up and sounded new. My son had already given the dealer his license so am we got a tag and took it for a drive. The only issue we seen was the TPMS was showing a low tire by the time we got back. Everything else felt very nice. We talked to the dealer and made a deal based on the TPMS working after we check tire pressure and it was within spec. So the next day they sent the car to a local tire shop that ended up replacing all 4 sensors. I couldn't ask for better support for purchasing a car. Not only do I highly recommend this used car lot. I will say that if I am ever in the market for another used car this will be the first place I check.

I was trying to purchase a car and about a week ago I made them an internet offer (It shows in the inquiry where I gave all my information "Make Offer" . I waited for days, no response, left a phone message no response. They reduced the price very close of what I had already offered. I immediately made a second offer at the listed price (the reduced price) and also I apologized if for some reason I had upset some one, you guested, no response. I had a friend to call and see if the car was available, he was told that the car was available. Such behavior and customer service tactics are unacceptable and indicative of poor judgment.

They stated the car had no known issues and everything was working perfectly. 3 days after purchase I went to have the oil changed and was informed of an oil leak coming from the oil pan seal. I went to the dealership where they claim the work was done, and sure enough, the service report shows "oil pan leaking" on 8/20/2024. I have asked the seller to reimburse me for the misinformation they provided and blatantly lying about known issues. They are now telling me that this issue was fixed by "their mechanic" but unable to provide any documentation or receipts. Ford dealer has verified that no work has been done to the oil pan or seal. If the seller is unwilling to make this right, I will be forced to take legal action. Do not trust anything they tell you and make sure you have a mechanic look at your vehicle prior to purchase, regardless of any paperwork they provide.
