That said, I've been taken advantage of several times by bigger, name brand dealerships with the naive thought that they also cared about getting me to point A to point B in a safe, reliable, reasonably priced vehicle. I've been lied to, ripped off and all around discouraged with the tactics of these bigger dealerships (Honda of Marysville Oh and Dennis Hyundai of Dublin Oh) Naturally, when it came time to purchase yet another vehicle my guard was up. I spent a couple weeks searching for the right car but more importantly the right dealership! I drove and hour and a half to do business with A+. When I was there I was able to breathe a sigh of relief! Finally real people who actually cared about finding me a good deal. I get it, they've need to make some money too but I could tell that wasn't their ONLY motive. They didn't try and slip extra charges in while distracting me with small talk when it came time to sign papers (which has happened to me.) They didn't pressure me or make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. You can buy a car ANYWHERE (17 + millions cars are bought and sold every year) so it's not really about the car, it's who's selling it to you and what their intentions are as a whole. I recommend A+ to anyone who is looking to buy piece of mind along with a vehicle.

The vehicle shut down on me twice two days after purchase. The dealership said that the oil filter looked like the original and was so clogged, the engine was barely getting oil. They basically told me that I should get rid of the vehicle as soon as possible. I'm so disgusted. I'm into over $1,000 in repairs and have only owned it a week.

We got the car for a fair price. What really made this establishment stand out was the way they responded to a couple of minor issues we identified with the car when we got it home. Beck was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and the owner was willing to take care of it. Buying a used car is always a gamble but working with an honest and upright company like Preferred Auto made it a winning experience!

We walked around the lot of very nice looking used cars and then found it. We were just starting to look it over when the dealer came out. He go the key so we could looking it over. It started right up and sounded new. My son had already given the dealer his license so am we got a tag and took it for a drive. The only issue we seen was the TPMS was showing a low tire by the time we got back. Everything else felt very nice. We talked to the dealer and made a deal based on the TPMS working after we check tire pressure and it was within spec. So the next day they sent the car to a local tire shop that ended up replacing all 4 sensors. I couldn't ask for better support for purchasing a car. Not only do I highly recommend this used car lot. I will say that if I am ever in the market for another used car this will be the first place I check.

After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!

Don't go by what CARFAX said, the dealership, OR the apparent service records. NONE of it matched up, and we were told that if there is something wrong with it, let them know. "We are reasonable. Of course it is "as is", but we have been in business over 30 years because we are reasonable. If something is wrong with the car, let us know." Well, we let them know... We have already spent $450 within the first week on brakes which their reports said are good--checked in July, 2026 with at least 9 more months to go. NOPE! Brakes had 2 mm left. Pretty dangerous to be test driving a car at maximum speeds with so little to brake. And the exhaust with rust? $800. Leaking axle boot--$350. And the timing belt? Car description on website said it was replaced at 71K miles. Not what Carfax had. Didn't have it all in fact. Checked the sticker under the hood... Nothing there except a mechanic's name. I took down the VIN and called around to see if the timing belt was ever done. In my estimation, if I wanted to sell a car, that kinda stuff would be part of my due diligence. Dunno, maybe I'm just old school... So we contacted the dealership, hoping they would be true to their word. My wife called, and the guy said he would have Russ (our salesman) call Back. NOPE again. So my wife called him instead. Russ said he would contact one of the owners to return our call to work on this. Guess what... NEGATIVE. Is it deception? Miscommunication? Disorganization? Whatever it is, they haven't followed through. And we are out an extra couple thousand. Other reviews say they're nice guys. Sure, not a jerk in the bunch, but if they can't be counted on, who cares? Maybe this review will jog someone's brain and they will contact us. I would be happy to rewrite this review. And my son, as of Sept. 5th, needs a used car, pronto. Wish I could send him to Mason Car Company...
