    Like New 06 Cadillac DTS

Fair, honest with friendly low pressure sales and finance people. We purchased a 06 Cadillac out of state from Mid-Towne Auto Center. It is a very clean low mileage car in mostly like new condition. Completely corrosion free - looks new underneath too. I believe they cherry pick their inventory. They gave me a contact who had it shipped to me about $200 dollars less expensive than other shipper quotes. I recommend Mid-Towne Auto Center. John N. Hartford, WI

Inconsistent Inspections and Predatory Upselling I have…read morebeen coming to this dealership for two years for my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid, but after my experience on April 1st, I will not be returning. Last week, I brought my car in for an oil change. The Multi-Point Inspection report marked my tires as "Green" (8/32" or higher). I returned one week later for two safety recalls. Suddenly, the service department claimed my front tires were at 5/32" and needed immediate replacement. It is physically impossible to lose that much tread in seven days of normal driving. Furthermore, they claimed a nail in my driver's side front tire was "unrepairable" due to its proximity to the sidewall and quoted me over $550 for two new Pirelli tires. I immediately took the vehicle to a reputable tire specialist who confirmed the tire was perfectly safe to patch. They successfully repaired the tire for a fraction of the cost. It is clear that because the recall work was under warranty (low profit), the service department attempted to manufacture a "repair" to upcharge me. This is predatory behavior and a complete breach of trust. If you go here, double-check their "inspections"--the math doesn't add up. ................. Attached is a picture of the response the owner did in another platform: Response to Owner Your response actually confirms my point about inconsistent inspections. You claim my tires were measured at 6/32" during my previous visit. However, your own technician marked my tires in the "GREEN" (8/32" or higher) section on that inspection report. If they were truly 6/32", they should have been marked "YELLOW" (Caution). This is documented proof that your "safety inspections" are either being faked or are wildly inaccurate. Calling a customer's factual experience "false" while admitting to a reporting error in the same breath is a poor look for a "President's Award" dealership. I chose a specialist who confirmed the tire was safe to repair. I'll stick with experts who provide consistent data over a dealership that "guesses" on safety reports to justify a $550 sale.

Textbook definition of a shady used car dealer... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They buy junk cars at…read moreauctions and elsewhere for next to nothing that have a thousand problems. Read the other reviews, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU about the condition of the car, whats wrong and what has been already fixed. I saw one of their cars online. Called them to ask about it and they said it "was in perfect shape, no issues at all". I drive 2 hours to go look at it and what do you know? it had a million OBVIOUS problems, its leaking multiple fluids, it barely runs, the engine is knocking, it didn't have features they claimed in the ad, it shakes when driving, etc... The list of issues goes on... Since I was already there, I looked at another vehicle they had and ended up buying it because it was in slightly better shape and they claimed it had a bunch of new repairs. LIE! It hadn't had the repairs they claimed and I ended up spending THOUSANDS of dollars getting the vehicle fixed before it was even safe to drive. Just imagine... spending thousands of dollars on a car to find out the seller LIED to you and you cant even drive it without thousands more in repairs... If you do make the mistake of buying a car from them, be sure to read the fine print in the paperwork. They offered me a 30 day warranty on the engine and trans and told me verbally: "anything goes wrong we will fix it for you" HOWEVER, they put in the contract that they only cover 50% of the repairs. So guess what? If your engine blows up the day after you buy it, you will still have to pay THOUSANDS on a car you just bought even though it has a "warranty". Here is the list of repairs my van needed within DAYS of bringing it home... 1.) Timing belt and kit 2.) AC Compressor 3.) Power Steering Pump + one of the hoses was leaking 4.) Sway bar end links 5.) lower ball joints 6.) Alignment 6.) Spark plugs were shot 7.) Air filter was clogged 8.) BOTH side sliding doors fell off of the tracks days after I got it home. Turns out they "band-aid" fixed the door wheels just to sell it. 9.) Engine mount - This is what they told me they replaced. LIE! it was completely broken 10.) Serpentine belt was frayed and cracking. Had to be replaced along with all of the serp pulleys as they were making noise. 11.) Valve covers gaskets. One was leaking 12.) The bottom splash guard was missing and had to be replaced 13.) the wheel well fender liners were trashed, All of the fasteners were missing and after the drive home they were both hanging down into the wheel well and rubbing on the tires. Another "band-aid" fix they performed. Both had to be replaced with all new fasteners. 14.) Both front axle shaft boots were torn and slinging grease. Both axles had to be replaced. 15.) Engine intake manifold boot was torn, leaking air and causing the engine to run rough at times. I don't know about you. But it is completely unacceptable to tell a customer the car has "no issues" when they ABSOLUTELY know otherwise... They know exactly what they are doing, selling lemons to people, knowing they have issues, lying about it, and screwing people over left and right... Again, look at the other reviews. Exact same situation... DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO! Worst vehicle purchase in my entire life and I've had about 12 different cars since I could drive. All of them used.

These individuals scammed me out of $998 for a January payment that was deemed late, but paid in cash accordingly. Verbal agreements were made and continuously stepped back on. These people do nothing but lie and steal. You can be as communicative as you want and still make payments but they really don't give two fucks. They'll turn around and tack on more money for bullshit fees, etc and claim you owe car payments that even though you have the proof of payment through emails and text messages, they'll still deny. Not to mention they'll also pull other peoples information up if you happen to have the same name and claim you owe that too. What's even funnier is the fact they still sell THC products through their acquired vape shops and somehow still have a business. They'll also let their employees ruin the cars on the lot causing damage to the vehicles before selling to it to people and turn around and not put your warranty THAT YOU PAY FOR into effect until 3 months later so in the event you need repair, you won't get it and you'll get questioned by the warranty company themselves ultimately making you look like a lie at the expense of VIP themselves. This simply could have been avoided had they had been honest from the jump. Don't buy from them, you'll regret every cent you put into their fucked up business
