Inconsistent Inspections and Predatory Upselling I have…read morebeen coming to this dealership for two years for my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid, but after my experience on April 1st, I will not be returning. Last week, I brought my car in for an oil change. The Multi-Point Inspection report marked my tires as "Green" (8/32" or higher). I returned one week later for two safety recalls. Suddenly, the service department claimed my front tires were at 5/32" and needed immediate replacement. It is physically impossible to lose that much tread in seven days of normal driving. Furthermore, they claimed a nail in my driver's side front tire was "unrepairable" due to its proximity to the sidewall and quoted me over $550 for two new Pirelli tires. I immediately took the vehicle to a reputable tire specialist who confirmed the tire was perfectly safe to patch. They successfully repaired the tire for a fraction of the cost. It is clear that because the recall work was under warranty (low profit), the service department attempted to manufacture a "repair" to upcharge me. This is predatory behavior and a complete breach of trust. If you go here, double-check their "inspections"--the math doesn't add up. ................. Attached is a picture of the response the owner did in another platform: Response to Owner Your response actually confirms my point about inconsistent inspections. You claim my tires were measured at 6/32" during my previous visit. However, your own technician marked my tires in the "GREEN" (8/32" or higher) section on that inspection report. If they were truly 6/32", they should have been marked "YELLOW" (Caution). This is documented proof that your "safety inspections" are either being faked or are wildly inaccurate. Calling a customer's factual experience "false" while admitting to a reporting error in the same breath is a poor look for a "President's Award" dealership. I chose a specialist who confirmed the tire was safe to repair. I'll stick with experts who provide consistent data over a dealership that "guesses" on safety reports to justify a $550 sale.

I took it to my mechanic to have him go over the car. Turns out the check engine light is due to it needing a new timing chain. Without a grace period to return the car or offer to repair it or help with repairing it. I went to the terrible warranty company I was told they only work with to file a claim. The warranty company stated they couldn't honor the claim because they were waiting for the dealership to finalize something, to this day and several inquiries they have not finalized anything with the company. The warranty company only covers up to $2000 for each repair. I happened to notice on the warranty paperwork (that i actually got emailed to me) had a higher purchase price on it. I questioned it and again asked for the contract paperwork with no response. Major issue. I asked if it were possible to change warranty companies, again with no response. The overall transaction was moved along very quickly, which was odd. I've asked for copies of the overall paperwork for the transaction several times with no response. They didn't give me any paperwork before I left. My overall experience has been terrible and with no communication when you request something. I contacted two people there and still cannot get an answer. They were responsive when I wanted to come in and take a look at it and up to the signing of the "contract". My opinion: work with another dealership. These guys have shady business practices and are terrible at communicating after the sale. You can find better elsewhere.

These individuals scammed me out of $998 for a January payment that was deemed late, but paid in cash accordingly. Verbal agreements were made and continuously stepped back on. These people do nothing but lie and steal. You can be as communicative as you want and still make payments but they really don't give two fucks. They'll turn around and tack on more money for bullshit fees, etc and claim you owe car payments that even though you have the proof of payment through emails and text messages, they'll still deny. Not to mention they'll also pull other peoples information up if you happen to have the same name and claim you owe that too. What's even funnier is the fact they still sell THC products through their acquired vape shops and somehow still have a business. They'll also let their employees ruin the cars on the lot causing damage to the vehicles before selling to it to people and turn around and not put your warranty THAT YOU PAY FOR into effect until 3 months later so in the event you need repair, you won't get it and you'll get questioned by the warranty company themselves ultimately making you look like a lie at the expense of VIP themselves. This simply could have been avoided had they had been honest from the jump. Don't buy from them, you'll regret every cent you put into their fucked up business
