I made an offer for my son who is serving abroad to purchase a vehicle that this lot bought at auction for far less than what he is asking. I was $999 off asking price and also paying shipping from OH to CA for an additional $1100-$1400. This lot would not BUDGE or even remotely negotiate. Not even for a fellow active duty military who happens to be 18 and on a limited income. Very disappointing and very Greedy. Absolutely the worse buying experience I have had in 30 years of buying cars. Indicated they had 6 of the car I wanted. Two were not anywhere near ready for sale and two were old pieces of crap. At least four times they told me they would call me back and didn't. Picked out a car and waited around forever for the keys, they could not find them. Told them I could not get back until noon the next day and they demanded a non-refundable $300 deposit to hold it for TWO HOURS! Who would essentially make payment on a car they never heard run! I went here and was looking for a car for my wife. While looking we over heard a couple ask to take $200 off the price of a Audi they were looking at and they wouldn't. The salesman was very rude to them. Made me and my wife uncomfortable so we walked out because of it. Looking at the recent comment from E Brashear , the owner says they are liers and is rude to her. Then says look at Facebook reviews. Im sure they will say me and my wife didnt hear them and or dont know the whole story but we only know what we SAW and Heard. I am a fare person on my reviews and you can see that. I'm sure they are their friends leaving reviews. Look at all the other platforms and you will see they don't lower the price and are rude to their customers. We wont be back. We found a car online with Cincinnati Auto Group and called to get more details on this Escalade. The person said it was in great shape, no issues, etc. So we drove 2 1/2 hours with all intentions of buying this car. When we arrived it wasn't on the lot and the salesman had to go get it. It wasn't at all as it was listed. It was missing the third row seat. The body was a bit rough and then we started it and it sounded like a farm truck. It was loud! Ok, so we drove all this way, lets see how it drove. My wife drove it and it shook like crazy. We were afraid to go over 50 mph, so we turned around and went back. Becareful if you plan to drive or buy one online as they don't disclose everything or in this case anything!!! If all you do is read this first sentence and not the rest, take my advice and research the car you are buying from Cincinnati Auto Group. They will give you a CarFax but also pay for an Autocheck report and anything else you can find. Fortunately we didn't buy a car from this place but here's the story you should know before buying. My son was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign and it totaled his Scion. We found what we thought would be a good replacement on the CAG website. We talked to the salesperson and researched all the websites to make sure there wasn't conflicting information. We live in Kansas so I asked them to hold the car for 1 day as we had to drive 10 hours to see it and I didn't want it to be gone. They told me they charged $300 to hold the car and that it was non-refundable if we didn't purchase the car. Based on all the information we had it was our intent to purchase the car so I paid the fee. We drove all day and spent the night at a hotel near CAG and went to the lot first thing in the morning. I don't know if the pictures they have online were photoshopped or not but the car was a disaster in person. The hood was barely hanging on and it almost fell off when we opened it, the car had some modifications that looked like they were spray painted with a rattle can and despite the salesperson saying their mechanics had verified everything was in working order, my son is a mechanic and we found that some of the engine accessories were not functional and there was a hole in the exhaust line where an O2 sensor was supposed to go so exhaust was leaking out in to the engine compartment. You get the picture and we didn't even drive the car it was so bad. Here's the kicker.. The morning of our meeting I was on the Cargurus site and noticed a new report posted. Cargurus uses Autocheck and they reported in Autocheck that the car had frame damage as reported by the auction house. Unfortunately, CarFax doesn't report this type of thing nor did CAG advise us the car had frame damage. Had we known that we would not have driven 10 hours to see the car. I talk about the issues with auction cars below. Here are a couple important things to note. The other report indicated the car was purchased from an auction. That is not always a bad thing but most of the time when cars go to auction it means a reputable dealer was unwilling to sell it because it has issues they don't want to stand behind. Often times groups like CAG buy those cars for a great deal and then try to turn them over to unsuspecting or uninformed consumers. The other thing is that the other report showed the frame damage and CarFax did not so be sure to check every resource you can. It gets worse. When we confronted the salesperson about the frame damage she said that she was unaware of the damage but the salesperson lingering next to us said he was aware of it and tried to explain the situation. I then asked if they knew about it why didn't they disclose it and the salesperson again said she wasn't aware of it but when I said the guy next to us was aware he suddenly said he was not aware of the damage.. You can see where this is going.. We asked if based on the circumstances and the fact we drove 10 hours to see a completely misrepresented car if the could refund the $300 and they said NO!!.. Strong indicator of their customer service.. Long story but hopefully it is helpful to anyone thinking of buying from CAG. read more

Nice place but they could care less if you buy from them or not. I knew watt I wanted from researching on line. When I first walked in, seemed like I was bothering them. Maybe it was a bad day? Anyway, told them watt I was there to look at and he said it's in the back lot and for me to go look at it. Once I made it back there I found it and had to walk all the way back to get the keys. Again, like I was bothering him. Just not a welcoming place, I guess. And as far as pricing, I was told there's not much " wiggle room ". Whatever, I get it. They got to make money but they did say they'd knock $300 off. But the vehicle needed brakes. Told them to keep the $300 and put brakes on it and I'll buy it. Long story short, I bought it because it a fair price and going to be what I need it to be. But to me they could care less if I bought it or not. Update12/28/21: In response to the owners reply to my review on Google, "When it comes to the vehicle you purchased we took money off the price of the vehicle to help cover the issue at the time of sale which you agreed to versus us having us fix the issue." This is NOT a true statement as the price reduction was apart of haggling and not ABS. Also YOUR sales person was aware of the ABS issue and still sold us a warranty KNOWING it would NOT cover the ABS issue; which you clearly admitted here, "When you purchased the third part service contract we have no control over what they cover but unfortunately when it comes to per existing conditions they do not cover those. When it comes to canceling a service contract unfortunately we are not able to cancel a cash sale service contract". So, why did it take me writing a negative review in order to get a response? Someone should have called me back to relay this "lame" excuse after my numerous calls and my husbands calls? This is a rhetorical question as I do not expect an honest response. This ordeal is "bad, poor and dishonest" business practice. 12/27/21:We purchased a used car for our teenaged son on Dec. 5, 2021. We knew we would have to put a little work into it as the cars are sold "As Is" with the option of purchasing a warranty. We'll when test drove the car the ABS light came on. We informed Mark upon our return and he showed us the Penn Warranty Corporation options. We purchased the warranty that covered the ABS plus other items (standard option). We'll on Dec. 8th we took the car to Jeff Wyler Nissan (best experience) to have it checked out and gave the name of our warranty company. Turns out The Penn Warranty Corporation had no paper work for us, but was forth coming with "if the ABS light was already on they would not cover the repairs". I contacted Mark/CAG and asked for a refund for the amount I paid for the warranty. Mark sold us the warranty so he should have knowledge of the product, how it worked; basically we felt he knew the ABS issue would not be covered yet sold us the warranty anyway. Nissan had the car for 2 days waiting on PWC to get back with them and during their dialogue told Jeff Wyler Nissan IF they cover anything; it would not be at the 100% labor charge but $75 toward labor. Our deductible was supposed to be $100 but would have been more out of pocket with their weak coverage. Needless to say, they did NOT cover the fix, we paid the $1600 to fix the vehicle and thus want the warranty payment back as it was/is useless. I've been calling Cincinnati Automotive Group since 12/8/21 (today is 12/27/21) and we keep getting the run around after giving our name, contact and reason behind the call. Things such as, (Mark) "I'll look into this and call you back", others "I'll give Mark the message". All we desire is our $750 returned and this issue can be closed. read more

I got the title very late. Every time I asked them, they always said that it would be delivered soon, but I didn't get it for more than two month. Moreover, you have to obtain the plate by yourself. The car fee included an inspection fee of US$199. There is no report and they told that it was a visual inspection. Within six months of buying the car, it has already spent US$2,300 to repair the car. The service is bad, the car is not in good condition. read more

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Cincinnati Automotive Group. Just from the smell of the interior should have been a huge warning sign but we needed an inexpensive vehicle to use for deliveries, so we ended up buying an older model vehicle from here. Both of our instincts told us to leave and not purchase the vehicle but for some reason we didn't. And yes, we purchased it "as is" and we knew that; however, after 3 weeks the vehicle died, and it needs a new engine. We called them to see if they would consider helping us out but got no response. Don't get me wrong, I know we bought the car "as is" and that is our responsibility but, seriously? 3 weeks?! I truly believe a business should also be somewhat responsible for the crap it sells. Oh yeah, almost forgot, we ask what they did to the vehicle while they had it and the salesman said they changed the oil (which they did not) and they put in a new A/C compressor (which they definitely did not). So he lied. They did nothing to that car but tried, and failed, to make it smell better. How can they live with themselves. I wish I would have read reviews before we went there so I hope this review helps someone else out. We ended up donating the car to the VA. I'm hoping the VA can fix it and someone less fortunate than us can use it. read more

These individuals here are ridiculous. I had previously inquired about a turbocharged mustang with these individuals. This was a vehicle that had been a rental, been in a couple accidents, and they had no documentation of who installed this massive turbo and if the did it correctly. Following a test drive it was more than obvious it needed a new tune, an alignment, as well has some minor body damage just about everywhere. I asked them to come down $1,000 and they wouldn't. I had them give me the value of a trade in for my car... Kelly blue book gave me an instant cash offer of $5,200 without ever seeing it. These people offered $4,000 without seeing it. I told them about the KBB offer and they ignored my text messages and just simply didn't seem to care. These people are out to literally screw people and make money and don't expect to negotiate anything more than $500 off the price from the assholes. To give you another example they had a 2005 corvette with 140,000 miles on it and was in two accidents. The same corvette in only one accident, with 109,000 miles was listed for $1,000 less about 230 miles away... so as you wish with these people but they are very unwilling to work with you. read more
