I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and experienced a significant issue within just two days of ownership when one of the tires suffered a sidewall blowout. At the time of sale, I was informed that the tires were brand new; however, after the failure, I learned that they appeared to be retreaded rather than new as represented.
When I raised concerns about the tire, I was told that it was not one of the tires installed by the dealership, despite its condition and the fact that the failure occurred along the tire's seam. This response left me questioning the accuracy of the information provided both before and after the sale.
As a customer, I expected transparency, honesty, and support when addressing a serious safety concern. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations, and I was left stranded shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others and would encourage prospective buyers to thoroughly inspect any vehicle and verify all representations before completing a purchase. read more
