Talked to a salesman to confirm it was on the lot and let him know that if I liked it I was going to trade in my BMW and buy it. He said I could test drive it if I was serious. I let him know that I'm diving 3 hours round trip and that I was serious. Got there and the manager had an assistant tell me I couldn't test drive it. I asked if they were going to test drive my care if I traded it in. They said yes. I said I want to test drive the one I'm buying. They said no. Wasted half a day. But the facilities were nice. We told him what we were looking for and he was extremely helpful. Patsy Garner I had a transmission replaced at your shop and had a warranty. My transmission went and your manager would not honor the contract and replace my transmission that has a warranty that I bought from the dealership. I've contacted general manager several times and the dealership refused for me to speak with him on the last attempt they said he would be unavailable until April I'm very disappointed and upset because I've been dealing with them for very many years I refer many customers to them a vehicle or have their vehicle just serviced i'm confused about the Camargo Cadillac says they give their customers and I did not receive that. If I could give zero stars I would.... Worse SERVICE DEPT I have ever dealt with. Brought my XT5 in for a transmission leak, 10am, asked if I was waiting on it due to last minute meeting I couldn't. Received no call back that day, waited until 1pm the following day until I called. They said they haven't even looked at it. Came and picked up because I couldn't go another day without, they couldn't offer a loaner. Didnt ask if there was something they could do or even reschedule..... I had a collision in October of last year. And although I have a Chevrolet Impala my dealer recommended me to Camargo's Cadillac's Body Shop next door for repair. They were wonderful. They kept me current as the repair progressed, the charge for work was very reasonable, and they did a terrific job. I just loved them. Yesterday I noticed the passenger side lower molding had somehow separated from the car's body. And even though Camargo wasn't responsible, I trusted them so much I brought my car to them to see if they could repair it or replace that part if necessary. I met the manager who immediately got underneath my car and then told me to go to the waiting rom as he would repair it ight now! 15 minutes later the same manager (not one of his staff) brought my car to me all fixed. And when I asked him what I owed, he said no charge. When and where would you ever get that kind of service from a body shop? At Camargo Cadillac's Body Shop that's where!! On a scale of 1 to 5 they get a 10!! I love them and you will too!! read more

We bought a pre owned certified Cadillac from Camargo Cadillac. First complaint is that when I got the car back to my shop and checked it over, it was a quart and 1/2 low on oil and way over due for an oil change and the passenger mirror did not work. When I contacted the dealer about the problems, the dealership manager lied to me and told me that they serviced the vehicle but loaned it out as a loner car so they forgot to change the oil again. The problem with that is, it did not have an AC Delco filter on it which most people know that they only use AC Delco oil filters so I was lied to again. Second, I was told the car came with a 3 year warranty, but then was just told that it was out of warranty within a year and a half. So be careful, they will tell you anything to sell you a vehicle and They do not properly service their certified preowned vehicles. I would suggest any vehicle bought here be looked over before purchase. read more

Stopped by yesterday to look at a vehicle they had parked in front. At first, impressed by the quick sales presence but then disgusted by equally quick dismissal by said sales associate. I told him I was looking for a 1 or 2 year old luxury suv, he didn't ask about my budget. He had me follow him to his desk while he went through his inventory online to see 'what came up'. After a minute he asked me the year of the car I was driving (2013) and then suggested a Chrysler Pacifica with 111,000 miles on it - pretty far from the parameters I gave him. When I said that didn't work he suggested, after looking over his shoulder and saying in a whisper (note, I was the only customer there) that I go down the road to Kia because some of his family members drive those and they're good cars. I should have left when he referenced his female coworker, who was clearly in her senior years, as a 'young lady'. Suffice to say, I would never by a car from this 'young man'. read more

Dropped my Escalade off in January due to a defect which ended up being a new engine. Today is June 27 -6 months later Eric from the service department called and said battery is dead and said I am responsible for buying a new one. The battery was less than 6 months old when it was dropped off. The service department has been in possession of my vehicle for 6 months they are responsible for it!! My husband decided to just go pick it he was done dealing with these clowns. Leaving the lot -check engine light comes on. I had to turn around take it back- they said it was the spark plug. it was"fixed". Left the light check engine light comes on. Turn around back at Camargo now the service department is keeping it once again to get it fixed. The absolute worst experience I've had. How can they say they're #1 in customer satisfaction?! This whole experience has been horrible I was without a car for 6 months and still making the payment Would never recommend Camargo- the service department sucks read more

Here we go. I dropped my car off on 3/17/19 to have the front and back passenger windows replaced because someone broke into my car. Today is 4/17/19 and I just got my car back. On 3/19/19 I got an estimate for what all needed to be repaired, I assumed it was just the 2 windows but apparently there was a scratch that I didn't see and a piece of trim around the window. Great, take care of it, I have a rental, no big deal. After about a week my insurance company called and said they haven't been able to get ahold of the shop and do not understand what is taking so long. I called to figure it out, apparently one of the windows was on back order? Cool just get it done. My adjuster called to let me know he had finally got in touch with them and told me the same thing that the window was on back order. He also said once they get the window in and everything else is done and cleaned up they will wash it again and make sure they got everything and nothing else was wrong with the car. So they did that and informed me they found a couple other minor details that needed to be touched up. I was told my car would be ready on Friday 4/12/19 by someone claiming to be the shop manger I believe he said his name was Wes. My adjuster gave me a call that Friday and said he had spoke to someone at the shop and they told him it would most likely be ready the following Monday or Tuesday. So I called on Tuesday 4/16/19 and they tell me my car is in the paint area and will be ready tomorrow 4/17/19. Today, 4/17/19 around 330 I call the shop to make sure my car is ready and they proceed to tell me my car will be ready in 45 minutes. Awesome my car is finally ready lol. I get there at 6:15. My car is still not ready, I wait 20-25 minutes. The shop manager in the shop today was Mike and he tells me my car is ready and we can go look it over. I go out side and open the door to see if the glass had been vacuumed out, nope glass all in between the seats and underneath, in the cracks etc. I used to work at a car wash, I told them to get me a vacuum and I'll do it myself. After I vacuume out my car I ask, what else did you guys do that took so long. Mike proceeds to tell me they blended some paint for a scratch underneath the window so I shut the door and look underneath the window and what do i see? Scratches little scratches clearly from the the broken glass. So mike and his guys grab a buffer and buff the scratches out real quick. Now after 32 days I finally have my car back with no explanation of why it took 32 days to replace two windows other than they were on back order, fix a piece of trim and I'm guessing buff some scratches out. To me this was a money grab by the shop from my insurance company and a giant waste of my time. Needles to say I will not be returning to this dumpster fire of a so called shop, do yourself a favor and take your bussines elsewhere read more

Yesterday, 7/21, I had a tire blowout (and I mean blowout) on 275 east. By the time I pulled over my tire was 90% off the rim. I called Camargo service and Angie expedited a technician to my rescue. Adam was at the scene within 25 minutes of my call with a spare. Within 10 minutes I was fixed and ready to go. Great service. Adam called a couple of hours later offering to meet me and install the new tire on my vehicle wherever it was convenient for me. We bought a 2009 Escalade in October 2019. After just a couple of weeks we started noticing the foul ashtray smell of a (assuming) previous owner/smoker. It was disguised extremely well when we went through the test drive and sales process. Salesman Rodney offered apology's and we've sent the car back twice for high tech sanitizing to no satisfaction. If it would have been detected or revealed up front, we would have rejected it and kept shopping. 8 months and the smell is NOT pleasant! I've attempted both voice and email communication to Greg Meyer, General Manager as suggested by salesman Rodney. We got Crickets... This car transaction has been extremely disappointing, especially coming from a dealership claiming high awards and integrity. This is so beneath a rewarding car buying experience. A previous smokers auto should be revealed up front and super discounted to someone that smokes and doesn't mind the smell. We do NOT recommend purchasing your vehicle from Camargo. When push came to shove they blew us off as though we were ticks or something beneath their radar as a future client or referral. We feel snookered, plain and simple. This has broken my wife's heart and made driving the car unpleasant. Want to buy a 2009 Escalade? Our next Cadillac will be bought elsewhere. CAMARGO STINKS! read more

Dealership gave me the run around. I took it in for a simple oil change, auto start wouldn't start when done and they wouldn't take it back and fix it. I even called back and explained to the Assist. Mgr. and he gave me back to the service guy who said he couldn't help me until I could bring back and leave overnight. There was NO way they were going to get my car overnight. I took off an hour early from work, brought in and it was all because service guys didn't put a hose back on right. Tony understood my first buying experience wasn't a pleasant one with a previous salesman. He also knew I was looking to change to Lincoln because of my previous buying experience.
