I did a visual and saw nothing so I decided to wait. Took it to another mechanic whom I trust and he found no problem with the water pump. This is very disappointing and seems like borderline fraud. This time, however, Susan Cullen was my contact. She is incredible! She helped me secure a test drive of the in demand vehicle I wanted. She was also very familiar with the functions of the car. And entirely no pressure. When I decided to buy the car, she laid out all my options very clearly. She helped me with my trade in, and made the entire process quick and easy. Bought a certified Audi, two months later the transmission had issues. While repairing it, the car was damaged with the car lift. I got my car back and the brakes sound terrible when I said something to the guy the car dealership they said it's because it's sat for a week at the dealership and the rotor became very very pitted. How can brakes become pitted after one week of sitting we researched it and they said it would have to sit for at least six months. read more

Do not buy a car from Audi. My 2018 Q7 has a massive oil consumption issue that Audi refuses to take responsibility for even though there is a class action lawsuit settlement for older models for the same issue. To fix the issue caused by a known vehicle defect, they want us to pay 16K to have the pistons replaced or the second and safer option offered is to pay 30K for a new engine. I'm only giving this a 1 star review because it wouldn't allow me to go lower. I purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 in June of 2022. At first, the Q5 was good. We had some minor quirks (couldn't get garage door opener to work) but it was OK. Then I started to have issues with Apple Car Play. The Audi Internet connection would keep dropping every 5-10 minutes. I explained the issue to the service department. I was told it was a known bug and they couldn't fix it. No new documentation to Audi, just that they couldn't fix it. I ended up buying the iPhone 14 from my iPhone 11 and it did get better. But I would still get bluetooth issues and it would drop the Audi Connection, jus not as frequently. Unfortunately, it got worse and I would then loose the screen completely while driving on trips. This happened multiple times and the only way to reset was to stop the vehicle, turn it off and then let it reboot. This seemed to work for awhile at least, but would still come back. The above issues were minor. The bigger issue and a major safety issue was with the Audi Pre Sense. While driving through a stop light intersection and not close to the car ahead of me (200-300 feet at 25 mph), a car pulled up in the lane to my right and stopped waiting to turn. Unfortunately my Q5 Pre Sense decided it should slam on the brakes, almost causing the car behind me to rear end me. I pushed on the gas again (obviously the car ahead of me was long gone by now), and the Pre Sense locked up the brakes again. I got to hear lots of various car horns blaring at me. The service departments "resolution" was to turn down the sensitivity to the lowest. If that didn't work, I was told to deactivate this safety feature before driving every time I started up the Q5. If that isn't bad enough, I was driving on I-275 passing a semi and the semi slightly moved toward me, but did not go in to my lane. Unfortunately the Q5 Pre Sense activated and slammed on the brakes. Then 5 days later while pulling out and turning right on a 2 lane road, the Pre Sense slammed on the brakes again when a car was going the other way in the opposite lane and I was now stopped in traffic. The really bad part of this is that I called and talked to the New Car Manager and explained this all to him. This was on February 7th and after being told how sorry he was for my issues, was told he would call me back. After not getting a call back, I left multiple messages to try and find out what Audi Dis Connection would be doing. 20 days later, I'm still waiting for that call back. I don't think this should have been that hard to fix or diagnose the issues. Obviously something electronic was going on for my first issue with the Audi Internet/screen blank. For the Pre Sense, most likely an issue with the sensors being out of alignment. But instead of bringing it in and doing some testing and maybe giving me a loaner for a couple of days, I get crickets. If you ever see me pulling in to the Audi Dis Connection, it'll only be to turn around. Absolutely horrible service. read more

Three things to k ow about Audi on Montgomery. 1. This was the easiest car I ever purchased. They made it so easy, simple, and quick. I financed the car and it was still simple and quick. There have been times I paid cash (at other nameless dealers) and it was more difficult than this purchase. 2. We decided on the Q7. Excellent choice. We purchased it and then drove it across the county and it is not just a beautiful ride but so easy to drive. We LOVE IT! 3. This one is really important. Our sales person was Shane Mcgrady. He was very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Never pushy. And because we were moving he worked on his day off from home while taking care of his twins to expedite the paper work for us! I purchased a CPO certified A3 from the Audi Connection. This means it comes with a factory warranty. 9 months into the ownership, I had 2 problems. 1 being a noise in the front suspension and the other being the car would stall. I took it in and was told by Travis the service manager that the noise was $1000 fix and they could not fix the stalling because the car's computer is not "throwing a code." On top of wanting me to pay $1000 dollars they wanted to charge me $165 to pay them to look at the car!!! After a very long conversation, I ended up not paying the $165 dollars and not agreeing to the $1000 fix and left with my car. Later, Travis called me and said that he would have the lead technician at the dealership look at the car and see if he could figure out the issues. I took the car back 2 weeks later and the lead tech drove with me in the car and here the noises in the front. I asked if he had any idea what that was or why the car would stall and he said he had no idea and would try to figure it out. Later that day I was called back to the dealership and was told that the front end was fixed under warranty but the stalling issue was still unknown and they would not do anything to help me until the car had a code. I had another long conversation with Travis but got no help. I called the "Audi Advocate" and the only suggestion they had was to take the car to another dealership. They wanted me to call and explain the issues but I insisted that they be my advocate and call on my behave. After a long discussion they agreed and I had an appointment scheduled with Audi East. I took the car there and made sure that they look over the front end and the stalling issues. After 4 hours of having my car, they called and said that the fuel pump and control module were reporting "codes" and that my warranty would cover all repairs and I would not be charged for any work. If you are having any issues with your Audi and the Audi Connection is not Will to help you, go to Audi East. They are very customer friendly and have the expertise to figure out issues that the other dealership does not have. In my opinion, the Audi Connection is happy to sell you a car but if you have issues, they are not willing to help. read more

Tried to work with Mike Kline for over three months on a new S-6. I found Mr. Kline to be condescending, uncooperative and uninterested in trying to put together a deal of any kind. When I started my search, The Audi Connection in Cincinnati, had one S-6 in stock. Mr. Kline was adamant they were hard to get and he was unwilling to deal. Three months later they still have the same car sitting in their lot (UNSOLD) as well as one more! His last comment to me was there weren't very many S-6's and the dealership wanted "sticker price" for the car. Ended up purchasing an S-7, at another dealership, using my ACNA discount plus other cash discounts. We have been taking our 2003 Allroad and 2007 A3 to the Audi Connection for 8 years since we moved from Chicago. EVERY service and routine maintenance has been done there. Lee Davis has always treated us fairly and has always consulted us before making repairs after a diagnosis. In fact, sometimes he will hold off on a repair and "watch" an issue if it is not serious. He always fits us in the schedule as soon as possible, gives us loaners, and treats us like family. I have complete faith in the service department. When the new Q7 finally came out and it was time to turn in my Allroad, Lee recommended that we work with Greg Meyer in their sales team. The entire process was FANTASTIC. Greg is a true professional. He went above and beyond in making sure we had a great experience and received a very fair price on the new car. He kept us informed of the delivery date, spent hours with us showing us all the features, stood by his company and the car to address a few minor issues. He even gave me his cell phone number because I was taking a long road trip right after delivery of the vehicle. Prices are high, and they will "nickel and dime" you. I have had several incidents where this happened: every time my oil light came on in my Audi, I took it to Audi and they were charging me for an oil change every time. After about a year and a half of expensive oil changes, a technician told my I could just come in and get my oil topped off at no charge! Nobody mentioned this to me before. Another time: My hood wouldn't open because the latch piece was not snapped in place. They charged me $99 to open the hood, only to tell me that the latch was broken and needed to "be replaced after opening the hood a few more times", which would cost $365. I took it to another place immediately after for a second opinion, and they told me nothing was broken or wrong with it. It seemed that the latch piece was not snapped in completely, which was the problem. read more

I stood at the service desk for close to 15 minutes before someone final acknowledged me, even though they kept looking at me, including the guy in the front left desk that felt staring straight ahead into the sales floor was more important. This was just when I dropped my $85k vehicle off after it's been in multiple dealerships for the same issues. They also gave me a base model $30k vehicle with zero add-ons as my loaner. When I picked it up I found out they didn't bother addressing all the issues because "I was passing through the area" and it would have taken too much time to actually fix my vehicle that is under the purchased Audi care plan. Their "fix" for my one door was to spray more lubricant in the hinge than in a pig catching contest. It now drips and still has the same issue. The one part they claimed there were zero in the US and it would take 3+ weeks to ship. The dealership I called so I can take the vehicle to afterwards said this isn't true. Then they claimed they had to get a leather specialist to come in from and outside company to look at my seat in order to open the seat up. The other dealership said this also isn't true, and they they currently had a vehicle in the shop that they just pulled the seat apart. Oh and none of the software issues were resolved. Actually they got worse and I have 3 more issues now occurring. Thanks for wasting my day. I guess scheduling an appointment out a week prior with a laundry list of on going issues means nothing to this dealership. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the same lazy guy in the front left desk just brushed me off and made me wait 15 minutes for another rep to help me, so he could occasionally look at his computer screen, but not actually click on anything or do any work. Then the rep that helped me sent me to the cashier to pay $25 for 1 wiper blade. The cashier then had no clue who had my keys or where I needed to go to get my vehicle. read more

They didn't replace things that need to be replaced or brought to my attention while the motor was out knowing it would have been cheaper to do so. Still had oil leak when i got it back. I went to Audi Connection around October 10th, 2020 to look at an A6. I wanted to drive a 3.0 and a 2.0, I wanted to see the difference since this would be the first Audi I owned. Max, the salesman I spoke with called me the following Monday and as I speaking to him I mentioned that I also went to the Audi dealer in Centerville, Oh. and it seemed like after that he was upset and told me it seemed like I was just calling him to ask questions about the Audi's in general. If I hadn't been interested in the car in Cincinnati I would not have talked with him about the A6 that they had. We then had a conversation about what he said to me. After 2 weeks I decided to go back to Audi in Cincinnati on Montgomery Rd. to buy this vehicle. Before I left my house I looked on the website to make sure they still had it, they did and the price was the same as weeks before. Max came out and ask what I wanted to do and also told me the vehicle was now priced $ 1000.00 higher ( are you kidding me!!! ) Remember, I looked online before I left my house and it still was priced as weeks before so I informed him of this. I offered him a price and he reluctantly took it to the general manager, general manager declined my offer, again I offered another price, not accepted either. After that general manager came out, Max introduced us and he was so rude then he just walked away. The worst, stay away at all costs!!! Bought a 2018 Q7 Prestige and the tail lights go out on the way home! Call dealer and they advise "no big deal" bring it home and they will pick up the vehicle in the morning and figure out the issue. The following day they did exactly that and determined (they think) that the tail light is the issue and they will have to order a new tail light assembly! I expressed concerns over having to deal with an electrical problem on a new car (especially an important safety feature such as tail lights)! In addition, didn't like the idea of tearing the interior apart and dealing with future rattles. I asked to speak with service manager about the "process" and to confirm they will be replacing the panel clips. The response is stunning; I was told NO they will not replace the clips! Unbelievable given that the car is BRAND NEW and the tailgate interior panels are notorious for rattling over time (in any SUV). Sooooooo, they loose a $75k deal over $10.00 in clips that Audi likely would have paid for....terrible service and glad I walked away from that clown show of a dealer!!!! read more

They made me feel completely taken advantage of and cheated. My brake pad check light came on in my 2007 Audi A4. I made an appointment and came in. They charged me $40 to get it checked out. Then after looking at my car, they told me my front brake pads needed replaced and it would cost approximately $600. They replaced them and then left me a voicemail to say they did. They also told me that my brake pad check light was faulty and it took driving it around a little to turn it off. I immediately wondered if I even needed to spend $600 on my brakes because maybe they weren't even bad! I just let it go though. I'm in my car a week later and I hit a bump on the highway. Surprise! My brake pad check light comes on. I find out that when they change brake pads, it only costs them $4 to replace the sensor, and they are supposed to change them at the same time. They didn't do it. This is completely unacceptable and I probably wasted my money at this crooked business. Do not give them business and waste your time and money. read more

After inquiring with them for 2 days about a car, they were rude and talked to my family and I like we were idiots. Little did they know my father has owned multiple luxury vehicles, he quickly had to put them in check. Then the next day we offered a price for a vehicle, they accepted. We began the sale process over the phone. They drug us around ALL DAY. Ignoring our calls and telling us things were spelled wrong on our credit app. The credit app had our address and our names! Not sure how that could be spelled wrong?? When asked what was spelled wrong the reply was "uh uh idk ". Finally after waiting all day we got a call saying what we were trying to do ( trade my husbands car in, put the new car in my name) was illegal and they hung up. I then called and asked to speak for a manager he said he had no idea about the deal but it was illegal. Uh? No it's not buddy. Then we tried to call and talk to another manger and again, they ignored our calls. Horrible horrible place. Mind you they knew of how we were gonna do the deal from the get go and still ran our credit and drug us around all day!
