They are the current managers, and ensured our experience was above par from the moment they met us. They took the time to ensure they knew our needs, and helped every step of the way. Drive 80 miles to have the sales guy double book the same car. Complete waste of time. Sale team has no clue on booking of vehicles. People grabbing vehicle keys willy nilly handing them out without checking for appointments. 80 mile drive during the busy time in cincinnati. They had asked me while I was there how I was going to purchase this 2021 tesla model s and I said I had cash. They pushed me to one side and made me wait while I was there for over 30min. Visited the dealership at noon on a Sunday. They were scheduled to open at 12:00 but the parking lot was blocked off. We saw an employee who advised that we could park on the service side and they'd be open in five or six minutes. We parked and walked over. We were looking for a specific vehicle we saw online. Disclaimer: it's challenging to look for a used car in this competitive market. The practice of listing a car on their website with a note to call for pricing adds to the complexity. The building was not open - 12:10 at this point but we lucked upon a salesman named Chris. He had a snarky attitude from the beginning, an odd characteristic for someone ill-prepared with no keys, and no pricing. He also advised that the pricing for the vehicle we'd inquired about would not be available for a week to a week and a half. He suggested that we leave our names and phone number and someone would call us when the car was available to test drive. No thanks!! The used car market is rough. Thanks Performance Lexus for making the process even harder. Don't put the cars on your site until you're prepared to receive inquiries about them. read more

Me and my fiancée purchased a BMW from this dealership at first everyone was nice and made us feel like we were valued customers. Before signing any contract I noticed one of the wheels was bent I voiced my concern and they shortly included fixing the wheel in the contract. Lol that was a joke for one I bought the car having faith the car was reliable but no they pulled the battery the day we picked the car up making it seem there was nothing wrong with the car. On our way home all these warning lights appeared to this day the wheel isn't fixed they keep saying they fixed the issue but according to the picture it's not clearly. Now we are forced to seek a lawyer to either get our wheel fixed or get our money back!! Stay away from this dealership the service center is a joke. Very rude and unprofessional. ***UPDATE*** When we originally I specifically remember asking Justin if they wheels were good and he claimed all were good besides one. Come to find out the 4 wheels were cracked and we still haven't received a call from Lexus even after we called almost everyday to speak to someone. Now we are forced to pay an attorney to get or shit fixed because it says in our contract that they were going to fix our wheel but it was never done. The cars been sitting out in our drive way for a few weeks now because it chewed the tires up that were on the car. All I can say is we're are un pleased with the service we received. Recently stopped in to get some answers about a few small issues my car was having. When I walked in, there was only one female employee there who was on her phone. No big deal because there were no other customers. I went up to her and said hi and that's when I saw her name was Kelly B on her name tag. After I said hi, Kelly looked me up and down and rolled her eyes before sighing and saying "What ?" very rudely. Taken aback, I asked if she could help answer a few questions I had. She spat back with, "Don't you have google you can ask questions to ?" before returning to her phone. At this point I wasn't sure what to do so I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. Kelly didn't even bother to respond and instead continued doing whatever on her phone. Since I saw that this interact wasn't going anywhere and that Kelly wouldn't make the time of day, I decided to leave. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. I took my wife's Lexis for a routine oil change and was pleasantly surprised at how they handled the Covid issue. I was greeted by a masked service advisor and then they sanitized the car as I waited in their newly made sanitizer waiting room (which was sanitized every hour). The car was sanitized once again after the service. My friend from Florida had his Honda services and he couldn't believe how I was treated. They weren't too concerned in Florida with any issues of Covid. So hats off to performance Lexus. Maybe, just maybe I buy my next car from them. read more

I normally have had decent service with this location. Nothing above and beyond like the service I use to get in Cleveland, OH. However, I scheduled an appointment to have a dent repair done and when I called to see if they could repair it they assured me over the phone they would be able to and scheduled a loaner vehicle so I would be able to get to work. After waiting for 15 min before I was helped I was told I would have to go around the corner to a different location not associated with Lexus for they take walk-ins. Meaning I would not be getting a loaner vehicle which makes it a tad difficult to get to work. Had I known they would NOT be able to help me with anything I would've looked somewhere else and made arrangements to get to work. Would have been nice to have this clear communication. read more

I went in trusting all Lexus dealerships for maintenance work. I soon realize that I was wrong. *Parents take note for your young kids driving. They will rip you off with hidden fees that they will not tell you about and try to take advantage of your kid by not following certain parts of the warranty. I felt so disappointed, as a young driver, in how much they said they cared for their customers and didn't live up to their reviews. I have never had this bad of an experience at any other Lexus dealerships before (Texas, Missouri, Illinois & even the Loveland Park dealership location). read more

I would say that there is a perceived expectation for how a "lexus" dealership should treat you ... these folks go above and beyond. I worked with Amanda, and must say, she is top-knotch. She sold me the car that I was looking at, and worked with me to make sure I was getting a deal that I thought was fair, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. A few weeks later, I had an issue with my radio, and Amanda worked to get my car in the service center within a matter of days. Bought a used car from them hatch wnt over tried to swap it out a couple of days later for a different car sense it not covered on the warranty I purchased and they said I can trade it back in at a loss and I Lose my deposit. Just bought a Toyota from a dealership in Michigan and it did not come with plate screws. These screws are very specific to Toyota and Lexus, so you can't just get them anywhere. I went into the dealership I expected to happily pay for the screws, before I even told them what I was there for they offered me coffee, water or anything? They were just so pleasant... when I got to the parts department the manager said they usually do charge but it was on the house. Made my day I'm sure if you need a car, service or parts or accessories they will go above and beyond... beautiful dealership! read more

I had a great experience with purchasing a Lexus IS 250 from Lexus RiverCenter a few months ago so I was happy to make the hour drive from my home to have my car serviced at this dealership as well. They continue to exceed my expectations. Alyssa in the service department was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure I understood everything that was happening before, during, and after my vehicle was serviced. The customer waiting lounge was comfortable and accommodating; it felt like my wait time flew by and the next thing I knew Alyssa was letting me know my vehicle was ready. I pulled into the garage to see if they could do an oil change. Rather than say no, they told me to wait in my vehicle outside the garage. About 15 minutes later, the guy comes and tells me that they are going to close soon and to schedule an appointment. Why have me wait to tell me that they couldn't take me? That kept me from getting to another company the same day. After I left, I called and spoke to Dave, in my efforts to schedule an appointment for early the next morning. At some point, Dave stopped responding to me. I could hear him clearly, but he seemed not to hear me. The phone eventually disconnected. I waited for him to call me back. He knew my name, had my account pulled up, with my phone number, but never called me back. He knew exactly how to reach me. I've experienced multiple similar experiences, from refusing to give me a proper quote in writing, which I had NEVER experienced (it was bizarre) before that day, to failing to take care of damage they caused to my car while doing a detail of my entire car. They spilled a chemical on the joystick and the padding crumbled off. They were supposed to order a new covering for the joystick, and claimed to have ordered it, but NEVER followed up. They may treat some clients very well, but I've experienced a pattern of disrespect and unprofessionalism regarding other clients, such as myself. I've been a Lexus owner and customer for over 24 years. The customer service is horrible, and going down hill, at least for me. I need to get work done on my vehicle, but I don't trust their service department. Update: On March 8, 2021, i contacted Lexus again to get the oil change. I don't recall the name of the man that took the call, but it was not Dave. He pulled up my account. I asked him if there was space available today. He said yes, but didn't give me the times. He then asked if I were having any other issues. As I responded to that question, the phone again disconnected. This time, however, I didn't wait for him to call me back; I immediately called back and Brenda once again transferred me to the service department. The phone rang repeatedly, but no one ever picked up. It finally went to an unidentified voicemail, so I didn't leave a vm. I decided that maybe it was a sign not to get my car serviced there, after giving them a second chance. The service guy failed to call me back again, despite verifying my identity, based on my number, which he established immediately. I can't help but wonder if they are intentionally hanging up on me. Unfortunately, there is only one other Lexus dealership in Mason, but I don't know if it is the same owner. Update: March 10, 2021 I called to speak to Justin three times today because Lexus violated my privacy and discussed my car with a third person without my knowledge or consent. That is not only unprofessional, but violated my expectation of privacy as a customer. Justin failed to call me back. I called three times, left a message twice and the last time I didn't leave a message because they steered me to the wrong vm. I will now reach out to corporate. Unfortunately, it appears all of the Lexus dealerships in Covington, Mason and Dayton are owned by the same people. I just moved to Cincinnati and naturally, I was nervous about having to go to a new dealership for service. I should have never worried. I've called and left messages 7 times in 5 days to get information about our extended warranty. No one has called me back. They people that answer transfer 2 different peoples voicemail and not one return call. I will NEVER but from them again. I paid to much money to not get a simple question answered. I have consistently had fantastic service from my service advisor, Stephen Douglas. However, I was not happy when I learned that he was released yesterday not too long after he had helped me with an emergent issue with my door locks not functioning properly (actuator on the driver door needed to be replaced). I called yesterday morning and he was able to get me in after lunch. Nothing but great things to say about his service level. I'm sure there is a back story to the dismissal, but he had always treated me with the utmost respect and provided quick service. I hope that the next service advisor that I'm assigned to is comparable. With regard to the complimentary washes, they can be improved. Yes, they are free and available 6 days a week, but I find that I have to redo the outside of the windows every time before leaving. I have brought this to Justin's attention, but the issue has yet to be resolved. It is a fantastic perk that is offered, but when you have to finish the work yourself before leaving it tarnishes the perk a bit. Phil Booth is the absolute best salesperson to work with. While I didn't have a reason to see Phil yesterday, when he passed me in the client lounge he was quick to stop by and say hi. He's top notch! read more

I am so happy that I decided to purchase my used car from this dealership. My last car was a nightmare, but this place was a breath of fresh air. They were actually willing to work with me on pricing. I got a Cadillac from their used lot, which i LOVE! It was dumb luck to stumble into such a great buying experience after having been disappointed with the local Columbus, OH dealership from which I had purchased my previous two Lexus cars. As a third time buyer of Lexus, I continue to be impressed by comfort, value and reliability. They are GREAT cars. To have an excellent buying experience on top of that was just bonus. I drove almost two hours out of town to buy this car from Lexus Rivercenter - primarily due to the outstanding support and responsiveness Mark showed in helping me to find the car I was looking for. All the while, he was patient, responsive, detail-oriented, and fair. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Lexus Rivercenter if you live in the area and are in the market for a Lexus. They were fair, honest and sincere - not the easiest thing to find from car dealerships. I was very pleased with the customer service from the moment I made my first phone call. Ryan Schatteman is a "no pressure" representative who took the time to ask questions about my needs. He definitely went above and beyond what was expected, even after I purchased the vehicle. Make sure you have financing lined up before you arrive. I am paying 1.25% more by not doing my due diligence. I was told I was receiving the best rate out there, but I soon found out I was given the highest. Lesson learned. read more

I've always had a positive experience at Lexus RiverCenter. They're really focused on a positive customer experience - from purchasing and servicing a car, and everything in between. Lexus gives complimentary car washes no matter where you've bought it, and the waits are reasonable depending on how busy they are. I had my car washed there today. They told me it would take about 30-40 minutes. I was out in 25 minutes. Their waiting room is not a cold place with vinyl tiles, vinyl plastic seats, etc rather it is a warm, inviting lounge with leather couches, warm lighting, a self-serve bar where you can have your choice of coffee, cookies, snacks and soda. They have a separate kiddie room with their own TV and kiddie chairs. I'm sure other luxury dealerships focus on these things as well but thought I'd share my Lexus RiverCenter experience read more
