Last night in the mini "snowpocalype," my car skid on an icy patch, turned 270 degrees, and the…read moreback driver's side tire slammed into a curb. It was no longer parallel with the road. After going a hundred feet, I realized driving home was not a safe option. I called my insurance agent and they gave me 4 numbers of tow companies to call. At Your Service was one of them. I called all 4, was told by each of them that there was an hour wait, so I called back the one who had sounded the friendliest. I'm not sure anymore that that was the right choice. I was charged $200 to go 15 miles -- twice as much as it should be! -- the premium supposedly due to the bad weather and "plenty of other people who need our help." He claimed it would take 2 hours to get me where I wanted to go. In reality it ended up taking 45 minutes. But by the time I called to get other estimates ($135) there would have been an additional hour wait, so I stuck with At Your Service because I was freezing and it was getting dark. The driver Mike was VERY nice -- if you call, ask to speak with him. He took good care of me and my car, and he's the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. I do not believe I would have been charged $200 if he had answered my call. So I was pleased with the service itself, just not the "friendly" guy who ripped me off on a bad day and was rude to me to boot. I'm sure he was having a busy day and was very stressed and tired, but he wasn't the only one, and I would have appreciated some compassion (and fair pricing) after what had happened.

I paid for parking at this lot and entered my license plate into the system as required. I realized…read moreshortly after that I had not yet placed the receipt on my dashboard and immediately returned to my car to correct it. When I arrived, the tow truck driver was near my vehicle but not yet in a position to tow. I showed him my paid receipt and told him I was returning to place it on the dashboard. I briefly stepped away (about one minute) to retrieve my daughter and my phone, which I needed to access the vehicle. When I returned, the driver had repositioned his truck, hooked my car, and demanded $70 in cash for a "drop fee," despite having been informed that I had already paid and was actively correcting the display requirement. The receipt provided does not appear to comply with Ohio Revised Code 4513.601 (C), which requires that when a vehicle is released before removal, the company must show both the full tow rate and the reduced fee charged. The receipt I received lists only an "hourly tow charge" and does not clearly identify a drop fee or the full towing amount. Additionally, the signage at this lot does not appear to meet the requirements of Ohio Revised Code 4513.601 (A)(1), which states that tow-away signage must be visible from all entrances to the property. The sign is positioned behind the payment kiosk and is not readable from the entrance, meaning drivers cannot review the towing terms before parking. Based on my experience, the tow was initiated despite clear notice that payment had been made, and the documentation and signage raise serious compliance concerns under Ohio law. I would strongly encourage others to carefully document their parking and be aware of how quickly towing can be initiated--even when you have paid.

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A CAR!!. The only good salesmen in this company is the black man , dayle…read morewith a Y !! He was beyond helpful, nice and had my mom's back through the entire process. He was very considerate and gave us his honest opinions/ advice when we showed up. My mom purchased a 2013 jeep compass just a few days ago and while driving in traffic the car broke down from rust to the tire rods. She paid $168 cash to get the car towed to CAC and apparently they "didn't even see" that the tire rods were even as badly rusted as they were and claimed she would be their first priority in the morning. The next day came and nobody called, nobody fixed anything or even updated us to let us know it would not be fixed yet. We had to physically go up there just to get a hold of someone because the phone rang the ENTIRE DAY, with nobody picking up but again the manager ( DALE) claimed he was in the office the whole day...yeah right. Upon arriving today to see about getting a refund for the car AND the towing fees , he told us he would get in touch with his upper management and give us a call around 1:30/2 with an answer..5 PM rolls around with no call so again we physically went up there and immediately when pulling in we made eye contact with the manager ( DALE ) and this man puts his cigarette out and runs in the office, closes his door and proceeds to CALL my mom instead of come out and talk to her like a man. Then lies to our face and says he didn't see us . All of this is to say DO NOT do business with them unless you are DESPERATE ‼‼ THANK YOU DAYLE for being wonderful! I hope you see this and choose a better company to work for! You are too good to be working with them!

Even though they were under no obligation to help my daughter with the repair, they bit the bullet and had the catalytic converter replaced at no charge to my daughter. This isn't a cheap repair, but Cincinnati Auto Credit stood behind there product and provided service above and beyond the call of duty.
