Another great experience at Fuller Ford. Sales team gave me the best deal on the particular model I was looking at. I told them what I wanted, with the options I liked. They listened and found exactly what I was looking for. They were super organized and informative during the delivery. A++. I know when it needs future service they will take care of what needs to be done and be reasonable and honest with the cost. Thanks!

Common occurrence when Fuller Ford "fixes" your unit...bandaids until the next month

Highly disappointed with the service provided at Fuller Ford in Cincinnati, OH. We've had multiple issues on our motor homes F-53 Chassis and they basically put bandaids on it instead of looking for the root cause. Our unit only has 5k miles and we've had the spark plugs replaced (twice), wiring and smart junction box yet we get a misfire code every other month. The appointment wait times are a minimum of 3 weeks and they are very short with you when you ask questions.

I recently took my car there to get some body damage repaired after some jackwagon backed into me.. They did an outstanding job and displayed superior customer service. They even had a cool feature where I could check on my car's progress through a webcam - how innovative is that? While I'm not currently in the market for a new car, if the service shown by their body shop is indicative of their overall customer service then they are worth a visit.

Mitchell, KY and working with Trent Nipper was truly exceptional. He made the entire experience outstanding from start to finish. His communication was exceptional -- he answered every question we had (and we had plenty), always quickly, clearly, and with genuine patience. Trent is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and truly friendly. He made sure we understood every detail, never rushed us, and made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. We ended up getting exactly the car we wanted at exactly the price we wanted, which says everything about how well he listens and advocates for his customers. Even after the sale, Trent went above and beyond. We hired our own carrier for transport, and he stayed involved the entire time, making sure the pickup went smoothly and that the car arrived safely. Per my prior review, and as a result of GM Don Paparella challenging me to "go ahead and sue them…read moresince they didn't do a 'f word' thing wrong", I had no choice but to file my first ever lawsuit (and hopefully my last, as I am not litigious and am usually more than happy to try to work things out if there's any kind of dispute). The court has now, after one single hearing, ruled in my favor and determined that this dealer committed blatant acts of dishonesty regarding its obvious responsibility to pay to fix my damages, as well as a deliberate disregard of all of my efforts to just have them own up to their mistakes. With the finding and a ruling that they were fully at fault, I was awarded a couple of thousand of dollars above the original amount of damages that I had asked for in my lawsuit, in addition to fees and costs. I am happy to have this all behind me now, but PLEASE, for any of you out there looking for a new car, do not spend your hard-earned money at this place. Also, if you are already in a dispute with them and they keep ignoring you, please do NOT just go away. That is what the GM and others there want you to do and is why they refuse to acknowledge phone calls and emails. Please be persistent and hold their feet to the fire. It is worthy of mentioning that an attorney from MBUSA has reached out to me and has indicated that MBUSA will be conducting an investigation into this dealership and the GM, in particular. She said that his/their repeated actions fall far below what Mercedes expects from its dealerships.

We reached out multiple Lexus locations in the area, to ensure that we made the right decision. When we decided to pull the trigger on the first vehicle (2021 RX 450h), we gave this location an opportunity to win our business. We worked directly with Brent Smart and Kelly Bruner. They are the current managers, and ensured our experience was above par from the moment they met us. They took the time to ensure they knew our needs, and helped every step of the way. I'd revisit them over and over again, if I was in the market! Way to go, Brent and Kelly! The other call out was with Kevin Hitchcock, the Finance Manager. He was very personable, helpful, and efficient. He made sure to get us the best rates, best warranties, and took care of all our needs. People grabbing vehicle keys willy nilly handing them out without checking for appointments. 80 mile drive during the busy time in cincinnati. They had asked me while I was there how I was going to purchase this 2021 tesla model s and I said I had cash. They pushed me to one side and made me wait while I was there for over 30min. They where working the other customer looking at the tesla while they had me waiting. Crooked sales team trying to get the payment plan to make money on interest and passing on the cash offer at full price..................
