10/10 do not recommend. This is by far the worst place I have ever went to. The car I got had several issues including bad breaks shocks and ball joint which is very unsafe. They promised to fix the problems and make it right. I called over and over and over to get my car fixed. They lied and said they would call back to set up an appointment repeatedly. The car finally broke down and they fixed one of the many things. Just enough for it to run a little longer. Then the one major thing that was wrong they promised to fix caused other major issues with the catalytic converter. I will tell everyone I know to not shop here EVER! I also plan on going to Pickett in front of their business to try to prevent another person getting screwed by these people. Oh and they will use the "we are God fearing people and pray" tactic don't fall for it!!! Don't waste your time or money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have applied my payments towards other people's accounts without so much as an apology. The managers and owner do not return phone calls. The office staff will promise to call you back and mail you account statements upon request and never follow through. The owner, Douglas R. Cox is very disrespectful and treats you as nothing more than a dollar sign. They are extremely nice while you are car shopping and once you sign the contract they couldn't care less.
