Not saying I never had an issue on a order but always worked a settlement out. I got nothing for the $2800.00 repair that didn't fix the problem after I was assured it would. Later I received an estimate of $379 to replace the air intake hose. I agreed, but afterwards discovered the part costs about $30 and can be replaced by an experienced mechanic in about 30 minutes. CB charged $85 for labor, $270 for the part, plus tax! This is a clear case of gouging the customer. The next time I need service, I'll consider more cost effective options.
