I was ready to buy a new battery, but needed one question answered, "How do I know it's the battery and not the alternator? Instead of following her back into the store, I closed my hood and drove a mile down the street to Walmart where I received better service. Yes, the big box retailer down the street that also sells fishing poles, televisions and beef jerky was able to answer all my questions, take my old battery out and install my new one all while providing better service than Autozone, a car parts specialist. We decided to switch the battery in the parking lot, and they let us use a few of their tools to do this. We were also able to not pay the money for the core of the old battery, as we were able to return it right away. There was some corrosion on the old battery and it wasn't coming apart easily. Ellie was very helpful and came out to lend us a hand. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The next time we need anything for either of our cars we will definitely return here.
