He checked my battery and alternator, confirmed if battery under warranty still or not, and then when i told him my intention to purchase a battery elsewhere due to price, he still remained helpful - clearly great asset for this location . Ridiculous behavior, Very ignorant when it comes to automobiles and parts. Went in and dealt with the rude manager on multiple occasions. I was nothing but polite and patient asking for parts. He thinks he knows it all and was very rude when I am an ASE certified tech. Most recently my son went inside with me and was told to leave because he didn't have a mask. I would have just let him sit outside while I grabbed my can of paint, but the way he treated my disabled son was outstanding. I will be driving an extra 5 minutes to go to the other location on Redding to avoid this location from now on. read more

This was a horrible experience. I've since spent WAY too much money trying to get my car fixed since a young gentleman replaced my battery. It has entirely messed up my car, and it hasn't been the same for 3 months now after having the kid install the battery. He took about 40 minutes replacing the old battery with the new one and didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about whatsoever. The next day, triple A had to jump my car 3 different times because my car was completely dead. It had to stay at the Subaru dealership for 2 weeks afterwards. DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about making the sale. Your car will never be the same in the wrong way. No bueno. read more

AutoZone has been top notch on two separate occasions. While traveling over Thanksgiving weekend, we accidentally broke the arm of my rear windshield wiper. I was so distraught with anticipation of spending $150 or more to repair it. One day my husband came homeand took my car out. When he came back my wiper arm was fixed. Vince replaced the part for under $40. That relieved a ton of stress. A few weeks ago I purchased a replacement bulb and grease for my daytime running light. After watching a few videos, my husband and I were going to replace it. After an hour and several bolts removed, the new bulb was still not installed. So, Monday I was going to return the bulbs and opened. But, Michael took me out to my vehicle and replaced the bulb on the spot. While replacing the bulb he opened up the cover to the air filter and recommended that it might need replacing soon. So I went inside, bought the new filter, and he replaced it for me as well. My car is giving me a fit tonight when the headlight burns out. I came home and complained that the car is falling apart and that I should not fix the car, not even the headlight. I figured I would be the one to install the bulb if I bought it and I remembered how much pain that would cause. In exhaustion, I rationalized that I could take the entire car to a dealership and let them charge me tons of money to fix the headlight. Anyhow, it was dark and its illegal to drive without a headlight (and I've been pulled over several times doing so). I decided to pull into Autozone and get the bulb. When I walked in the sale associate met me at the door and asked what I needed. I said a headlight. He went to check in the computer but then dismissed that task He said let's go out and just check it. Mind you, it was approximately freezing outside, so much I still had the car running! He asked me to pop the hood and we slid the broken headlight out. I did not even return to the store when he came back with the new headlight and promptly installed it! My jaw hit the ground. Remember those full service gas stations? I feel like I went back into time and experienced that great service. Most car part stores will sell you a box and put the thing into a bag and send you on your way. Autozone sales associates go the extra mile! read more

George U. was super helpful. My car stopped working suddenly and then started back up. Even though it was a very cold morning George came out and tested my battery and alternator. It turned out the battery and alternator were perfectly fine however there was corrosion on the battery terminals. George showed me which products and helped me clean the terminals. My car has worked great ever since. George not only saved me a trip to my mechanic but also gave me some basic car repair knowledge. He was patient and provided A+++ service. read more

I have stopped at this store many times over the last several years to get small parts for my cars and every time the people working here have been very helpful. I am not very technical, but the individuals working here have always been good about explaining how to install light bulbs, windshield wipers, etc. I stopped by the store today to purchased to new wipers for my Toyota. Ben helped me and when I asked him how different were they to install than wipers on Volvo's he even installed the wipers on my car. As I was leaving he was installing a new battery in the car parked next to me. With this kind of service, why go anywhere else? Also, If I was the owner I would make sure that Ben was happy in his job. He has a great attitude and is a credit to this store. read more

Hi, I'm leaving feedback for Richard Kingdon. I had work done at a nearby auto repair facility that quoted $80 for a dipstick replacement. I came in and Richard was welcoming and energetic. He did such a fine job of listening and helping me weigh the various options, and even went outside to my car to assist; he ended up determining an ingenious way to help me solve the dilemma and spared me the time and energy of buying something there that didn't work. They ended up not having the specific part, but he again saved the day by helping me find the closest Autozone location that did have it, as opposed to waiting several hours for it to arrive at their store (for which I would have waited if it weren't for him). His help and intangible intuitive assets (which really have been conveyed in my writing far less superior than actually experienced) is a clear example of a five star employee who deserves both recognition and advancement for ability and effort. I am a small car dealer in a Cincinnati Northern Kentucky area. I live in Mason Ohio in frequently come to this AutoZone. I'd like to say that every employee that I encounter there is exceptionally more than willing to help me in any and all questions concerns or physical tasks that I have asked for. One in particular is Mike. He's very knowledgeable and always gives good advice. He always goes the extra mile for me even to call other places. I would like to say that yes parts stores are a little bit more than going out and finding the part yourself and things of that nature off-line. But when you have great customer service like this AutoZone in and employees like Mike. And don't have to go through the InternetOr go through a one 800 number or send things back it's definitely worth the couple extra bucks. I am not knowledgeable about cars. I was told by the dealership I needed a new battery. My husband always uses the Autozone store on Montgomery near Fields Ertel and said to go there and they would help me get a new battery. The store was very clean and organized and I was greeted by all the employees at the desk when I entered. I explained my need and George came out to my car to see if my battery tested low. My battery and alternator showed no problem and George taught me the corrosive debris on the battery poles was the problem. I purchased a kit and he did the work taking the time to teach me how to take care of this in the future. George was patient and did an excellent job, my lights are showing bright again (the original clue that something was wrong was my dim lights).
