Autozone is my go to store for all of my car maintenance needs. I still enjoy doing general…read moremaintenance on my cars as I am very particular with my vehicles. I shop the Delhi location on a regular basis. The place is usually clean, well stocked and friendly employees. My review today is based on their advertisement of "free recycling". The past three times I've brought in my used oil, I am immediately told their containers are full, and to bring it back next week. Kinda inconvenient, as I don't plan to just recycle my old oil and walk out. I buy almost $50 in new synthetic oil every time, plus other items. The employee could have just said to put it on the "empty cart" and get my new oil. I know it's a large company and will not care or even miss out my purchases. So I'm done giving them my business. I decided to drive down the street to the competition and I recycled my old oil and bought all my new stuff without any hassle. That's the way it will be for here on out.

After all the work and anxiety, he came down to and not being the battery, but I needed an alternator. But I knew exactly who to call. With one phone call I was like right back to join Matt who treated me again like an actual friend while taking care of business at the same time. They were sorry to hear about the failure of the battery and it being the alternator, but they were going to help to get me back on the road. At price gouging only support. No bad attitude Only positivity. And that's exactly what I need when going to car troubles just like anyone else. This auto parts source stands out against the rest just because of the fact that I don't have to worry about being screwed over because I'm a female and I'm just gonna get the truth, I'm gonna get help that I need, and I'm gonna get all the information and all of my questions. No funny stuff. I actually went to a different advanced auto parts right before this, and they tried to charge me for the same part Almost $100 more. I will leave that location out. I just want to get extra act late because this shows the consistency not just a one time thing, but that Angel and Matt are consistent and their store is running like that all the time whether it be a weekday or a weekend. Thank you guys so much and trust me, I will be back if I have to, lol! I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family

I was told they would have to find one and MAYBE have it by Monday. Deal agreed to. VIN provided. Customer on the way. No car. It sure felt like a bait and switch. I then spoke with Trevor, the new-car sales manager. He said he'd try to find one and call me back in 15-20 minutes. He never called. Hopefully GM Darrel Russel looks into how this was handled. I went to another Subaru dealer, received FAR better treatment, bought the exact vehicle I wanted for $1,600 LESS than King's deal, and drove it home that day. Thanks, King's. You lost the sale and saved me $1,600.
