I have slowly been…read morelosing the valve caps on the tires of my Kia which I check the tire pressure on at least monthly. It always seems to happen the same way either screwing the cap off but mostly back on because of the limited access the hubcap allows me. This store is just down the street at the intersection of Spring Grove and Kenard Avenue so it is very easy to pull into and out of the parking lot. This is where I also bought the Turtle wax rubbing compound after the bumper of my car was scratched up last year. The associates are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Sometimes I had to wait a few minutes to interact with them as they help other customers but it has been worth it. Their prices and the brand selections are reasonable. I found a set of gray valve caps here for $0.99 that perfectly matched my car. I recommend coming here for car parts & accessories big and small. I went into Advance to buy a small part for my car (nothing serious, something cosmetic) and not only was I not greeted, but the person attending the store that day rolled his eyes at me! Oh, I'm sorry Mr. Lazypants, is my presence here hindering you from all the nothing you're doing? Anyway, I found what I needed, but I had a question about it. I wanted to compare it to a different similar product. I didn't want to ask Mr. Lazypants, but since he was the only person in the store, I didn't have much choice. Bad idea. Not only was he incredibly rude and condescending, but he didn't even answer my quesion! He didn't have the basic knowledge to answer my question, and TRUST ME I am in no way, shape, or form an expert on cars. Duly noted, Advance Auto Parts! I'll never be back to this store or any other. This brand is hot garbage and needs to be avoided at all costs unless you want to wake up to your car missing and some kids joy riding it. Kia will clown on your experience and tell people to call their insurance. This brand is extremely incompetent and their cars are almost all ugly af and crap anyways. Hondas were stolen at insane rates in the 80s and 90s and Kia fucked up and made it super easy for people to steal their cars 3 decades later.... yeah I said it Kia sucks and is an incompetent brand. Salesman Derrick sent me a text asking if I had any questions. At that time I told him I had a hard 25k out the door budget including taxes and fees, and asked if he thought that was doable. His response (and I have the text ) was "I am confident we can get that done because we are having a moving sale to reduce inventory" and asked me to "come in to secure the sale." Went in for the test drive, said I wanted to proceed, just to find out he had lied and we were not even close. I can only assume his plan was to tell me what I wanted to hear just to get me there figuring I would just give more money.. Went back and forth with him and the sales manager (Tommy I think) , who's best attempt to make it right was to offer a new K4 for less than I was offering for the K5. Ultimately I took the K4 offer because I was not going home without a car that day, but two days later, I'm still angry about it. I went in to "secure my K5 purchase" and left with a K4. They should have made it right by honoring what their salesman had committed to. If they really cared about the customer they would have. The jeff Wyler enterprise can afford to have honored the commitment and taken the small loss and would have possibly gained a customer for life. Instead, a couple thousand dollars means more than their word. . The lack of integrity shown was incredibly disappointing.

Since then, we've had nothing but positive experiences at the service center with both of hyundais. The guys who work here are really welcoming and knowledgeable and the waiting room is pretty nice for a car dealership service area. When there have been issues, I've felt informed but not pressured into making expensive decisions. I definitely do not dread bringing my car here and when it's time to upgrade our older car, we'll probably look here first.

First, I have to say the salesman we were working with at JW Hyundai was great. He was very helpful and tried several ways to get us into a car and even looked at other Wyler locations. The manager, Tim, was rude and condescending. Refused to help us, wouldn't even call another Wyler location to see if a car we wanted to look at was available to go see. When I asked if he could call for us, his exact words were, "Well, you can call, but no, I won't call for you." At which time we walked out. He was far more concerned about making a sale only for his dealership than supporting the Wyler network. I feel he was also that way because we were two woman shopping alone even though I had been pre-approved. He was willing to lose a sale and possible future sales for the entire Wyler network instead of being helpful. After we left JW Hyundai I realized where the car probably was, so we drove two minutes up the street to JW Kia and purchased the exact car we came to see at JW Hyundai. The people at the JW Kia were amazing! They were helpful, and worked quickly to get us a deal and get our paperwork completed before the other people who were also looking at the car, and we drove off with the exact car we originally wanted. Great job losing a sale for your dealership, Tim! I've never actually been to a dealership where the manager lets a sale just walk out the door. I will direct my business and anyone who asks me about JW to JW Kia on Colerain. BTW the Kia dealership was much busier than Hyundai. That should say something.
