I purchased a set of Michelin tires from Tire Discounters 1-1/2 years ago. I have taken advantage of their free tire rotation program, scheduling a rotation every 5,000 miles, which they happily perform in about an hour. Recently, one of my tires developed a small leak. Since Tire Discounters provides lifetime valve stem replacement and tire repair, I called them and scheduled an appointment. My tire was inspected and found to have picked up a small nail. I came to this location on Saturday to get four tires and an alignment and it took them almost all day to complete this. They offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience. I came back on Wednesday to get the oil changed done because I didn't have time that Saturday since they had taken so long. I came Wednesday to get an oil change and after waiting 2 hours NOTHING had been done so I had to reschedule this AGAIN. here we are Friday - I brought my truck in at NOON - It is now 4:05, and they are finally done with my vehicle. They told me it was going to take an hour and 45 minutes and as you can tell by the time it took them FOUR hours to do an oil change. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!! I appointment at eight in the morning for a set of and an alignment. I was waiting at the door at 7:45 AM. They did not complete my vehicle until 12:45 PM. Four hours and 45 minutes for a set of tires is insane and caused me to miss two appointments. The Josh apologize for the said he would give me it for your oil change so I scheduled for the oil change on a different day. I've now been sitting here for two hours, and the vehicle is still in the parking lot and has not even been pulled in yet. I was trying to introduce other customers that I work with to this location and not only be back but definitely the other people I work cannot location with this type of service. read more

I came in to get just two new tires and it took 2 hours. But when I left I noticed my hubcaps were missing and they did not tell me. So I went back and was told the techs broke them. They said new ones were coming, but never did. I called multiple times about it and talk to them in person and still months later no hubcaps. So their customer service sucks and I will never be going here again. read more

We have been customers since this location opened its doors. My car was to be done by Friday morning. I missed two days of work and still waiting for my car when I called they confused me with someone else. I didn't get my car till late Friday. Even though I had an appointment, it took over a hour to even get my car out of the parking lot and in to be serviced. The staff was very friendly and the service was great, however, what is the point of having an appointment? this is as the worst tire discounters I have ever dealt with, they damaged my fender and then pushed it back in and said it was all good, they are required to make an report and they never did, after talking to a bunch of different people I reached a lady who said that they will review the security footage so after all that they called me back and said after looking at the photos I sent previously he said it didn't look that bad and they couldn't have done it so there was no need to review the footage. Nick is the technician that serviced my suv. He did the job as quoted and also found 2 belts that needed replaced. I discovered a piece of metal in my tire one evening. It was after hours from most repair garages. I arrived at Tire Discounters before 8 am, which is their advertised time to open, and was helped almost right away, despite arriving earlier than business hours. I have an AWD vehicle and if the tire needed replacing, I would have had to purchase all 4 tires. Instead, I was told the tire was only punctured on one side and their patch plug (which is guaranteed for the life of the tire) could be used. Then, to even more delight, I was given this service FREE of charge! I could have been out hundreds of dollars. I was at their mercy. But they provided honesty and no bill. I think they've made a customer for life. When I do need new tires, I'll plan to give this Tire Discounters location my business. read more

I visited tire discounters due to a flat tire. I told them to go ahead and change my oil and make sure everything else was working good. They were able to fix my tire and patch it up. But when they drained my oil, they forgot to check and see if they had filters. They were unfortunately out and had to fill my oil with out it. Tim was who handle the situation beautifully. Not only did he not charge me for my tire, but he also didn't charge me for my oil change! I was very impressed! He told me to come back in a few days and he'll change my oil with the filter. When I did return, he took $20 off my bill for the oil change. I have to use synthetic because I drive a VW, so the $20 off was a great surprise. I highly recommend Tire Discounters! I am fascinated with the service I receive here every time I walk in the door. I own a BMW and got tired of paying the crazy inflation at the dealers repair bays. I have had this location work on my focus for years and always receive expedite service that lasts. The best thing about this place is the manager and the front desk guy Jake. The manager (mike I think) has diagnosed my vehicle many times understanding that I may not be back for a couple weeks to get the problem fixed. He understands the circumstances surrounding each situation and is fair enough to tell you what needs to be done right away and what can wait instead of insisting everything should be done immediately like most shops do.
