They never explained their labor charges, and after I got my van back, I had to take it to another shop because they had cut wires and failed to complete the front-end work properly. I ended up spending even more money to have both sides repaired correctly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kennedy Motor. There were major red flags throughout the process, including poor communication, unexpected charges, and incomplete repairs.
