Hustled, communicated, resolved any and all issues in a timely fashion. This review very easily could have been 5 stars. Here is why...I asked if they could please be sure the regular scheduled PM be done before I purchase. They agreed. Part of this is to inspect the brakes. So, 2 weeks after we purchase, the brakes start making a very faint scratching sound intermittently. Since I had already had scheduled an appointment to have the glove box handle fixed, I called and had them add another brake check to the list. So, 1,000 miles and 30 days after purchase, their service department tells me it needs brakes all around. Wait...huh? The lady helping me said their cutoff is 4mm. I get it. But, my rebuttal was this. " if I owned the vehicle and was bringing it in for a brake check, and the brakes were at 4mm, they would SURELY alert me that it will be needing brakes soon." They could have fought me on this. The brakes were not under warranty. Conrad to the rescue again. He stepped in and worked his magic. And, they replaced the brakes at no cost to me. I see a lot of negative reviews here. Mine was positive.
