I had been wanting to get a new Cat-Back and some headers installed on my 2002 Camaro since I bought it. It had a 10 year old flowmaster kit that had seen better days. I searched on the internet for local shops and Flowtek had the best reviews of anything locally. I went there and spoke with one of their employees who talked me out of headers due to me want to keep a mellow tone that wasn't too loud. He also recommended a Magnaflow muffler over the Borla I wanted. I was pretty set on what I wanted, but decided to take his suggestion since he's the expert. I'm glad I did. The car sounds EXACTLY how I wanted it to sound. I also wanted quad tips and they went out of their to help me find the exact tips I wanted and called to verify how I wanted the placement of the tips before they started. I will absolutely come back to Flowtek Customs for any exhaust work or modifications I plan to do in the future.

I am no car stereo installer but I have done many of my own. It just so happened. I was very very busy with work and I wanted the system installed so I had to find an installer well this was a big mistake. Just to do the install which meant running a line converter actually put in the subs in the trunk and connecting the amp $850. all the work was done in the trunk. They didn't have to run the main power of the wire up or anything so it wasn't difficult so I had a few months started having problems with it so I had the time so I went ahead and got in here and seeing what was going on. The line converter they put in there melted! that could've caused a car fire. The next biggy I seen was 50ft of rca cable that was bunched up and stuffed underneath the service area in the trunk. Both the line converter and the RCA cables could've probably been purchased on Temu for $1.50 they were that cheap. That prompted me to just undo everything they did and redo it and man was it a mess the cheapest stuff you could think of they used and horrible at running wires and hiding this and putting the all the interior panels back together is a horrible job all the way around. they didn't quote me on the job originally they said well you know it depends on how much work it is. I don't think that should've included four hours worth of breaks for two people anyway either way, believe me it wasn't $850 worth of work if I do it for somebody I would probably charge them 150+ wire and line converter which would've been a different line converter of course. That said I wouldn't let them work on somebody's car that I didn't like. Worst experience I ever had in a car stereo store of any caliber. I would be glad to give him a zero but you have to do at least a one. I mean I took $850 and flushed it in the toilet because there was nothing that they put in there that I kept and everything they did I had to redo that said seriously I wouldn't have no work done there if I were you

My DRL was busted, a few dents and whatnot on the hood, and a broken side mirror cap. Shelby, the estimator, told me to bring it in the following Friday 4/17/26 and that work would be begin that following Monday 4/20/26 (they are closed on weekends). I was going away for the week so thought this would be perfect. Shelby told me 7-10 days of work time. I did not get my car back until last Friday 5/15/26! They kept submitting additional supplements for things they should have known would be something they should've put on the original estimate. I finally got my car back and noticed that they did not even do one of the major issues that we spoke about during our initial estimate on 4/9/26. MY SIDE MIRROR. So I emailed Shelby and she says that it was not part of the estimate?????? Complete incompetence over there. And, after the fact, I saw that they have terrible reviews for very similar stories. I was referred to them by Nissan which is where I went for my estimate initially but because they do not do body work, they suggested that I take it over to The Body Shop. BIG MISTAKE. No one should ever use this place. Shiesty!

After doing my research on EAG I felt confident that the car is being sold from a very reputable car company. So I decided to contact EAG for additional information on the car. I sent an email and hoped to negotiate on the pricing. The car was about 10% higher than what I wanted to pay (compared to other similar listings on the internet). EAG was firm on their price and fully explained why. They are not just flipping cars. All of their cars are get a comprehensive inspection and get a full overhaul to bring the car back to new as possible. My car received about $8-$10k ***retail value*** worth of services and parts (Valve adjustment, oil pan gasket, belts, etc). All paperwork was done through email and FedEx. I was warned that the "rejuvenation" process can take several weeks before I can take delivery of the car. During this process, I received regular updates with pictures. When the car was ready. I booked my plane ticket (San Francisco to Cincinnati). The owner of the company pick me and my friend from the airport. We were treated to breakfast and a tour of EAG. We got an up close and personal tour of museum quality super rare cars (M1, Z1, M3 Lightweight, etc) After the tour, I finally pick up the keys to my dream car! The car was better than I imagined. The doors shut tight. No rattles. Everything felt solid. Everything functioned as it should (wipers, heated seats, AC, sunroof). I cannot believe that this was an 18 year old car. I chose not to ship the car back to California because I wanted to drive cross country to fully experience and bond with my *new* car. About 20 mins into our journey home, the tire monitoring warning and DSC lights came on. I immediately called EAG, and they told me to come back to the shop so they can look at the issue. They found a faulty sensor on one of the wheels and replaced it at no cost. We drove the car for over 2,400 miles, 36 hours behind the wheel, across 11 states, 4 time zones. The car was absolutely perfect and performed as designed. Once again, I cannot believe that this is an 18 year old car. EAG did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bottom line: You get what you pay for!
