I was looking at a used truck to buy in Middletown (4+hr from home) and found these mechanic reviews on Yelp, so I called to ask whether they could perform a pre-purchase inspection on a Saturday. The young lady in the office (turns out she's the owner's daughter) was very nice, professional and thorough in relaying mechanics' answers to me. My thoughts were better to invest in an inspection than to buy a lemon. They made an appointment for me, and we arrived there with the truck about the time we expected. Again, very professional and friendly. I even devised a 3-page inspection form in addition to their own. Harris performed the inspection while we drove down the street to lunch, completed the inspection forms, took the truck for a test drive and even wrote in 10 additional comments. Rick and his establishment came highly recommended. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. They have a nicely equipped facility as well. I had some engine and suspension work done. It was completed in timely manner and I received a thoroughly repaired vehicle.
