My wife and I have been taking our cars to Pete for years and have had nothing but good experiences. I have sent numerous friends there as well and all have been satisfied. One example. My daughters Honda was stalling. She took it to the dealer who said the head-gasket was failing (not unusual in older Hondas) and needed replaced, for about $2000. We took the car to Integrity. In about 5 minutes they found a very-visible and obvious leak in an air hose, fixed it and the problem was solved. No charge. read more

I had pressure build up in my engine causing the oil filter to swell and bust off leaking oil. They told me they couldn't do anything so I decided to tow it and bring it to another shop. They parked it on the curb and tore the bottom air cover off and dismissed me and said it was the least of my problems. Didn't offer to fix it just to take it off and throw it away. Don't go to this place.... Go to Wildcat Auto Care a small drive away from these people. read more

I see that "Pete" has my past review listed under 'not recommended review'. Since he has chosen to make my attempt at providing the public an honest review of my recent experience with his business, I will make an addendum to my last post. I have found that "Pete" had the check engine light on my vehicle disrupted while the vehicle was under his COMPLETE care, and HIS care ONLY... No one else has touched this vehicle, other than for diagnostics, in order to aid in proper repairs. I'm still gathering my information for litigation. STAY AWAY from this establishment, unless you have lots of cash for work NOT performed. An oil change, maybe. The place is a joke. It took me 2 years to find them out. His mechanics are mostly good men. But, they have to abide by his rules, and perform at a lessor ability, IF he says so.. It's not their fault, as they're only doing as their told. And, It's a shame that good mechanics end with a bad reputation due to an inept "boss". read more

It isn't called "Integrity Automotive" for nothing. Great family owned business. Went to Midas for a brake job on discontinued Daewoo car and they wanted $1,300.00. Took it to Pete and got it done for $250.00. That was many years ago and I have gone back many time with many different cars and I have yet to leave the building with the feeling that I got screwed. In fact, I always know I got a fair deal. I just wish the rest of you would stop going there because it stays so busy its hard to find a parking space. lol read more

The name says it, this place has Integrity! They will tell you honestly what repairs have to be made immediately and which ones can be delayed for a little while-all you have to do is ask. One of the few repair shops who are willing to put in a used part (like a display panel on the dash) as long as you understand they can't warranty the part. This shop has done all of the maintenance on my parent's 1996 Chevy S-10 pick-up and it now has close to 200,000 miles on it and runs great! We had to have our 2001 Buick Regal towed for overheating and when we told the tow truck driver where to take the car, he smiled and said everyone he's talked to had good things to say about the work done by Integrity Automotive. We take our 2013 Malibu to Integrity Automotive for regular maintenance and we're hoping to eventually beat my parent's 200,000 miles on their truck.
