Honest business. Their backlog is their testimony. Customers become regulars, and just keep coming back. Give them lead time. You might need a month, or a bit more. But you will be happy with the service. read more

Highly recommended. They are good and reasonably priced. Unless it is an emergency they can take care of right away, reservations are 2 to 6 weeks out. Having used them several times, I'd rate them as a "10" if I could. read more

Great service, and did not overcharge. I highly recommend!!! I appreciated their honesty and helpfulness.

I recently bought a 23-year-old used car and took it to Elite for an oil change, look-over, and to fix the seal along the passenger door window. They fixed the seal and it works great, took care of the oil change, and gave a thorough, honest assessment with very fair price quotes. They didn't try and sell me anything extra but instead said the issues they found were minor and didn't need addressed now. The charge for this service was great - I feel like I didn't pay them enough! Elite is definitely where we'll bring all our cars in the future! read more

We had our son's truck at another shop and spent about 3 grand trying to get it running and every time we got it back something else was wrong or it wouldn't run at all. We finally took it to Elite and they fixed it the very first time. So happy with them. We are customers for life! Thank you Elite for you direct and honest service! Five stars! read more

Elite Automotive was recommended to me and to speak with Emily. My Ford Explorer threw some transmission codes. Emily assured me Elite could take care of the issues. I also spoke with Dave who was going to do the work. After the car was driven and diagnosed, an estimate was given to me. When the repair was finished, the final bill was spot-on. I have driven the car for a couple three weeks and no problems. Emily and Dave were professional, truthful, and honest. Repairs cost money. It is up to the owner to decide if the vehicle is worth it. I will give my business to Elite Automotive in the future. Don read more

Elite is the way to go! After taking my car to4 other shops and paying to crazy fees to have them find the problem, with no answers. I finally took it into elite, and man do I wish I'd gone in before now! They it me in same day and had some idea a few hours later. The customer service is wonderful, they educated me and helped me understand fully what's wrong with the car then go above and beyond to fix the issue. They had even taken info home on the weekends and did more research to be sure they have the correct problem. Opon finding that the job was too large for them they called around and found the best price at a shop that could do the repair for me. I would highly suggest elite automotive to anyone, especially someone not well versed in auto care that wants to be treated equally and be kindly educated, not taken advantage of! read more

Have used Elite a couple times and couldn't be more satisfied. Very professional organization. Excellent communication and accurate pre-work estimates. Fair pricing and high quality work. A great alternative to dealerships. Highly recommend! read more

I called Elite and talked with Emily about an oil leak on my 2014 Wrangler. She scheduled me for the following Tuesday, but said if I drop it off earlier, they might be able to get to it. So I dropped it off on Saturday morning and they called me Tuesday to let me know it was ready. The price was fair and the folks were as courteous as all the previous reviews said they were. No doubt I'll be using them in the future. Thanks for a positive experience Elite Automotive. read more

First-time customer. They diagnosed & fixed a problem with my Fusion that 3 other companies couldn't - a 'creaking' sound caused by the control arm to my front driver-side wheel. Very reasonable price based on the money I paid out to the other 3 companies to NOT fix the problem. Co-owner David was very approachable & honest. Emily at the desk was very knowledgeable to what the techs were doing in the shop. New building. Clean restrooms. I'll be back. read more

This is your go-to place for any auto repairs. They always fix it but only when needed. They are honest and will not even talk work you didn't ask for. Any make or model they can fix it for you. The office manager really knows her automotive knowledge very well. She makes the place run smooth. Dave and Chris have set up a great repair shop. Don't go to the dealers unless they tell you to because they don't have the what you need. Best automotive repair shop in Maineville! read more

They are the only place that will work on my cars. They only charge for what they can fix, don't charge for unnecessary things and are quick and very professional. Emely is friendly and professional. Great place. Nice to find a shop like that. read more

This place is great. TLDR version: honest, expert, and fairly priced. The only downside is that I'm not the only one who has discovered them, so usually a one-two week wait for service (which is a good sign). Longer version: We moved to the area in 2016 and gave them a shot because of the convenience (we live within walking distance) and hoped they would work out for us. They have turned out to be the best auto shop we have ever used. Like several other reviewers have mentioned, Emily, the service manager, is part of the magic. She is very experienced and almost always knows what a repair will cost. Having a dedicated customer service manager lets us (the customer) ask more questions without cutting into repair time with the mechanics. Service is very prompt when they get you in, but there is often a wait. I definitely see that as a good sign. We did have one instance where our serpentine belt gave out on a Saturday morning, and Dave went out of their way to get us in an repaired that day. One last thing that I found to be an indicator of their customer service orientation. When I picked up my car this morning, the sunshade was put up in the windshield. I've never had that happen at a mechanic before. We have used chains, dealerships, and independent mechanics across the country, and Elite Automotive is the best we've ever experienced. read more

On a whim last night I stopped by Elite for the first time close to their closing time. I was frustrated with a minor headlight issue. Emily was so kind and accommodating. I didn't wait long and she was able to have someone take a look at my car. Not only was it a quick fix, but it saved me the annoyance of running what the dealership told me was a mandatory $110 diagnostic test. Additionally, they noticed a concern with my battery but did not apply any pressure for me to purchase a new one from them. It was easy and a relief, and I was out the door 30 minutes and $28 dollars later. I will be back when I need car servicing again. read more

Good service, fair pricing, "kinda like it used to was" as us old fa...uh, folks, yeah, old folks like to say. Emily, out front where the customer service begins, is a gem....very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very willing to explain. Service itself has always been good. The only downside is that they are so popular there is often a two week wait. read more
