When I arrived, the man in the office explained what I heard, why I heard it, and what he did to fix it. Then charged me much less than I was expecting. Last week, my wife had her oil changed at another local business. Shortly afterwards, I noticed a pool of oil under her spot in the garage. I took it in to Russell's on a Saturday morning with no appointment, and he called me before days end letting me know the "oil changers" must've over-tightened the plastic oil plug, stripping the threads. He let me know why it was leaking, he made full repairs, and let me know what to look for in the future. He also pointed out they not only change the oil, but provide a full servicing while they do. Then charged me much less than I expected. This family-owned shop hasn't let me down yet. They provide the service you need, at a completely fair price. Definitely recommend.
