Last week, my wife had her oil changed at another local business. Shortly afterwards, I noticed a pool of oil under her spot in the garage. I took it in to Russell's on a Saturday morning with no appointment, and he called me before days end letting me know the "oil changers" must've over-tightened the plastic oil plug, stripping the threads. He let me know why it was leaking, he made full repairs, and let me know what to look for in the future. He also pointed out they not only change the oil, but provide a full servicing while they do.
