We had our Kia Sedona Van towed there since it was acting up - all "dummy Lights" (Check engine,…read moreetc.) were on. They determined that it was the Alternator & battery. After we drove away, the same thing happened a few days later. They checked things out again, made some adjustments and released the van to us. Again, the same thing happened again, so we had it towed to the Kia Dealer. The Dealer determined that the "After Market" Alternator was the problem and replaced it with a "Kia" Alternator, and things are fine now. This was an unusual problem, and they were very professional in how they handled everything. They agreed to reimburse us for the new alternator. Despite this problem, I would still do business with them and encourage others to use their services.

I bought my tires online and had them shipped directly to the shop. I setup an appointment online and when I arrived I was greeted nicely. Everything was easy, no upselling, and the waiting area was nice enough to work in while I waited. An hour later I had new tires installed and I knew I found my go to place in case I needed some car work in the future.

They were only able to patch one and said the other two "the nails aren't at a right angle, so we can't patch them" I've been having to fill them up two-three times a day! Part Two: (10/3/26) : Called them back and asked them what tire they patched up...they remembered my car and the tires, but stated "we did fix one, but without it here, I'm not really sure"...my file and number are in your system, so it SHOULD show which tire you fixed! Never the less, wouldn't come back here again...AAA or somewhere else!

I arrived at 8:00 am and he took my car back right away. Before he took my car back I asked him…read moreabout some additional services, such as a tune up. He quoted me their price, which was more than reasonable and I asked if it could also be done this morning, along with everything else...and he said that it was no problem....My car was finished in a timely manner, no fuss, no muss! He did come out midway to let me know that he did replace my windshield wipers because the one's that were on there, were worn out and no longer safe. My car also needs tires all the way around and I will be taking my car to Meineke because they DO NOT just put the cheapest one's on...They put what the manufacturer recommends and this is important to me, because I want to know that I'm safe. What impressed me was the fact that a lot of these places will go along with the customer and put the cheapest parts on an automobile, Meineke doesn't do that, they stand by what the manufacturer recommends. At the end of the day, that's always the best decision, because it's better to be safe than to be sorry.

I scheduled a service on my company fleet car a week in advance. Upon arrival the person working…read morethe front desk left as he saw me come in and went to the back. Came out with a big cinnabon role. Bad sign from that point as he seemed more worried about his roll than dealing with me at 8:00 am. Told him I scheduled service on my fleet car. His response was, " the last fleet car took several days to get approval, so you may not get your car back soon". The guys seemed to care less. Big change in people working and owners it appears. I have 4 personal vehicles I used to take in there. Needless to say, they seem in route to lose a bunch of business. I also reported them to the fleet company. Bad look guys!!!

While there were some issues with my appointment, it was on Good Year and not this location. They were still able to help me get my tires on and were transparent on everything. If you are ordering online and schedule it online as well, I would suggest following up with your location (a quick call) to make sure you are in the system. This is a problem with the online website so no reason for me to dock stars off of here. They were quick, very friendly, and helpful!

There was a hiccup with the online order where Goodyear Corp sold me tires that were on national back order. Stewart Tire came through and worked through this issue and did an amazing job following up with me. It reminded me of how businesses used to be and actually take pride in their occupation and customer service. Of course no one likes buying tires and doing service to their cars. But I feel Stewart Tire is honest and will do the work thorough and complete. The tire install went fine as expected. I give Stewart Tire an applause for their follow up and commitment to customer service.

Brian welcomed me and my children and treated us as if we were old friends, carrying their school bags, offering us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. My car hadn't been serviced in years and needed a lot done - they fixed everything in less than 3 hours (including getting parts delivered) and the price was way cheaper than anywhere else I've gone in the past. This was the single best experience I've ever had at a mechanics (which says a lot given that my car had so much wrong with it) and I will definitely only go to Tuffys from now on. Brian and Roger made a loyal customer out of me after just one visit!!! Top Marks!!!

All the staff were so helpful, particularly Jason, in explaining what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. The price was very fair and they even loaned me their company truck (free!) so I didn't need to rent a car or take an Uber to work. The front office was decorated beautifully for an auto repair business and the customer service was just as warm and welcoming. My car was repaired the same day and I was advised that if the problem recurred, I should bring it back in because they put a dye in the AC system to locate a potential leak. I highly recommend this business; I can't remember having such an enjoyable experience with an auto repair business!
